Photo department worst customer service ever! I needed help getting images off my phone to print on the self serve kiosk. The blonde female associate was rude and made a smart comment about the cord being plugged in backward. Her male photo associate plugged it in wrong ... then the male associate was absolutely awful to me. Very rude and wouldn't answer questions. I realize they were a little busy. I was courteous and patient waiting for help from them and it's Christmas season for everyone... workers and shoppers . I won't be back! read more

I don't know what happened but I used to be able to get my scripts in an hour and now it's taken 3 days or longer. Every time I try to pick them up, I'm always told "tomorrow " for days in a row. read more

35 minutes on hold to ask a question. The first few minutes and it said one caller ahead of you, the last 25 minutes said I was the next caller. Completely unacceptable. Then they picked up the phone and said "Hello, I can't hear you" then disconnected. I didn't get a chance to say hello back before they hung up. Switching Pharmacies. Insane read more

ssoooo slow. You have to really plan 30-45 plus minites for a prescription. Their outdoor speaker is so poor you literally can't hear anything. I've been on hold 45 minutes and they hang up to go on a meal break. EVERYTHING is inaccurate. It's worse then a fast food restaurant. When I call it's a 1minute question. I've been waiting over 15 minutes on hold and there are still 2 callers ahead of me. They also don't have simple things in stock, like steroids, test trips for diabetes and toothpaste ordered from my dentist. Actually now that I think of it. Nothing I've ever ordered is in stock haha. So poorly run. read more

They blame all mistakes on their call center and whisper about you to each other thinking you don't hear them. They are awful. I have never been to such an ugly pharmacy in my lifetime and I'm in my 70's. They rank zero in my book read more

Stopped in to get a graduation card. Clerk was wearing his mask below his mouth. I asked him to put it back up before I approached. His response was "they" are taking away our rights. I informed him it was not his job to educate me, it was his job to comply with his company's procedures. As I left he called out "Trump2020" Very disappointed in this employee interaction. read more

Another wasted trip today, Rx was not ready as promised per text and by voice as I attempted to confirm and pharmacy was wrong telling me it was ready, NOT READY AGAIN! read more

spouse and I got first round of Moderna vaccine on March 11. Tried to get appointment for second, now at 31 days, and they gave me a barcode slip of paper which was declined by our phones. Went online and were told that there were no appointments within 35 miles of our zip code. Tried to call store and they said there was no other way to get an appointment. Our first dose is useless at the end of this week and I'm told we have to start all over again. The people at the Silver Parkway store, in the town where we live, are absolutely the least helpful of anywhere! It seems that we should be able to get the second dose at the same place as the first? read more

Good selection of OTC meds. Good pricing with Walgreens house brands where applicable. Pharmacy stall always take the time to explain things to me. Will always help work through insurance issues when necessary. Super busy people but pleasant to deal with. read more

Pharmacy staff the worst of the worst of the worst. Five separate trips and five times terribly disappointed. Why? Scripts not filled 3 days after call-in, didn't have meds to fill but didn't order to fill either. Wrong amounts, mostly shortages.
