My skin looked good that day and I had a full face of makeup on!!! So out of line. I thought this was really unprofessional as healthcare worker/patient facing role. I work at a psychiatrist office in basically the same position and I would NEVER EVER look at a patient asking to reschedule and ask them "are you here for ADHD/depression/so on?" So rude, disrespectful, and quite frankly mean. Do better front desk lady. Everyone else in the office is so pleasant but she is just so rude every single time. I would give one star if I could only review the front desk (specifically the blonde older lady, the younger girl with the shag was super sweet).
