I have used their services twice. The latest being this morning. I was in a major bind with elderly dad that hates traveling, but needed to get to Houston. The ride to the airport he thought he had didn't pan out, so he calls me in a panic at 10:27am when his plane leaves at 1:40pm . I made a call and Michelle answers the phone and made it happen. She did some investigation and was able to secure a driver for my dad right away. The driver got to my dad in a hurry, helped him with the bags and got him to the airport in time. When I got the call from my dad that he was at the gate of the airport the family was ecstatic. Remember I said in the beginning of this review that he is elderly. I want to personally thank Michelle and the driver whoever you may be for helping our family out to get my dad where he needed to be. Would love to give these folks all stars, but my airport return dimmed the fifth star's light. On arrival at BUF, you can direct dial this service from a handset next to the luggage belts. Very good! Dispatch' instructions were clear and concise. My car was steps away within minutes. George, the driver, was helpful, polite, and a good driver. My return to the airport from Niagara ON? Not so good. I was early for my hotel pickup and stood at the valet doors. Ten min after pickup time, I talked with Dispatch who had contacted me. My driver had been standing about 15 feet from me for 10 min, but had just sauntered in and didn't say a word! He was driving a van with a magnetic sign reading MedVan. Wtf? Didn't say a word while speeding most of the way to the airport, either. Not a please or thank you when he asked for a passport at NexusBuffalo. Didn't assist with the van door, allowing me to awkwardly jump a good height from the car rail to the curb. Not good at all. read more

I reserved airport pick up and drop off with Buffalo Airport Shuttle. After our plane landed in Buffalo NY, and while we were getting our luggage i received an email from them that they tried to call me. So i called them back and talked to Sara. Our Driver was Dienson very friendly guy. After we were dropped off at Sheraton on the falls, i noticed i don't have my back pack and don't know where i left it, inside are my meds, i called Buffalo airport shuttle asked for Sara, i can tell they are willing to help me, to make it short Dienson called the office that it was in the van, what a relief and he came back. Next time if i have to visit Niagara Falls again i will sure reserve with Buffalo Airport shuttle service again Excellent Customer service. i recommend them to everyone. Very satisfied their services. I booked with them a night before we arrive and I called very late at night. But the lady who helped me over the phone treated me really nice and very detailed for their services. Our flight was delayed but they kept tracked on our flight by our flight number I provided, and their driver was waited for us near the luggage pick up area. They told me the drivers outfits, so it was easier to find her too. I saw some reviews with low stars, but my experiences with them was never like that. Everything was fine until I walked into the hotel and they told me I was let off at the wrong hotel! Thank goodness ours was not far, and we can walk without difficulty. The driver seemed to know what he was doing and I gave him a 15% tip, which I now regret. I called the company. They could not have cared less. read more

This shuttle service was terrible. They arrived an hour late for a scheduled pick up to the airport. They caused me to miss my flight, causing me to stay overnight in a hotel and reschedule my flight for the following day. They made no effort to get me to my flight on time or make other arrangements to get me to the airport, nor did they want to contribute to any of the extra costs I incurred due to their tardiness, such as hotel cost, fees for having to change my flight, extra meals or missing a full day of work. Their lack of follow thru and customer service is simply unacceptable. I would recommend you find another transportation service. read more

Picked up from Hilton Niagara Fallsview in Canada, dropped off at Buffalo Intl Airport. $85 for two of us (which is $25 cheaper than any other service quoted). Driver Jerry was 10 min early, super friendly -- ask him about the time he took a fair from Buffalo to Vegas -- and made getting through customs really easy. Dispatch communicated with him to avoid traffic and got us there in under an hour. I would use this service again every time I needed to get around Buffalo/Niagara area. read more

My wife complained of bad attitude when dealing with these guys. I had to pay $120 for a round trip from Buffalo airport to Niagara Falls visitor center. Also for pick up they were late by more than 30 minutes. The drive was pretty smooth in their cars. They don't book your reservation without credit card number, though you pay by cash; how weird. read more

We used buffalo airport shuttle from Toronto airport to Buffalo. It took 1 hour for the car to arrive at the meeting space. I asked for a partial refund and was basically told " tough luck". Very poor customer service read more

It was extremely terrible service. Wait, there was no service provided at all. They took the reservation and asked for a credit card and then promised a pickup at the airport for 8 passengers with 8 bags. We had kids with us and airport pickup time was 10:30pm. I land and they called us, saying "while you were in air(for 1 hour), we had an extremely busy day and have no driver available for you at this hour. So we will not charge your credit card". And then the best part is they call to check if we would still like to use their service for the return trip to the airport! Will never use this service. Thankfully, we called "Buffalo airport taxi service" and they had their booth right outside the airport ready to provide service. read more

A friendly person answered the phone each time I called, and was helpful. I received the written confirmations quickly. We booked shuttles between the Buffalo Airport to Niagara Falls round trip. The customer service wasn't as good when it came to the actual shuttle. Our flight time changed a month or so in advance, so I called and changed our pick-up time to an early time. I got a call the night before, confirming the pick up time. Then I happened to check my email (which I often don't do when on vacation), and there was an email telling me that they had moved the time back to the original time (which we feared wouldn't get us to the airport in time). I called the company and was told that the owner had just changed the time back (even though I had a written confirmation showing the earlier time). When I asked to talk to the owner, I was told to call him after 9:30 PM, which I did. He said that he had other people on the same trip, and that is why they changed the time back. I tried to get him to honor the earlier time, but he said NO. I checked email again and I had a new message from the company, confirming the earlier time, which had just been sent. But I had just talked to the owner and he had said NO. So, at that point, I didn't know what time the shuttle was coming. I called the owner back, and he said maybe someone else had gotten ahold of the other people in our van and they had agreed to leave earlier, so we should be ready at the earlier time. The next morning, we were in front of the hotel and the van arrived at the earlier time. Great! But we waited and waited, and the other people didn't come out. So the driver went in to find them, and they were unaware of the earlier time. So, we had to wait while they got a bellman to pick up their luggage (it was a big hotel and that took some time). So, we didn't leave for 1/2 hour after the scheduled time. The border crossing was really backed up, and I could tell that the driver was concerned that we weren't going to get to the airport in time. We made it, but if we'd been delayed at the border, we would have missed our flight. Both the drivers we dealt with were friendly and good drivers. The vans were 9 passengers, but that meant that 4 adults had to sit together in the back row---very tight for a hour+ ride. The van was old; seats worn. read more

If you enjoy hearing excuses for incompetent service then this is your shuttle. If you enjoy hearing things like "your lucky we are leaving only 30 minutes late" or be confronted by the owner for your lack of understanding when questioning the lack of service then this is your shuttle. And by the way, we were not lucky, we left 45 minutes late. I understand a bad day, but I also expect a service oriented company to take responsibility for poor service. This is not that company. Office staff was very informative and helpful, spoke with Andrea she was extremely nice and patient seeing I didn't know much about traveling to a different country. Driver showed up with a 5 minute wait but we were early arriving so that was understanding. Our driver Tom was very friendly and gave us some good ideas. On our return trip Terry was fantastic and kept us laughing almost the whole way to the airport even in traffic which the office had already called and told us there would be so we had our children prepared for a longer ride. We booked a private car with Buffalo Airport Shuttle for arrival late in the evening of 9/3. As our flight was arriving close to midnight, we wanted to make certain we had a driver waiting. When we arrived, I called the dispatcher who advised us to retrieve our luggage and the call back and she would guide us by phone to our driver. After retrieving our luggage (10 min) I called back and was then advised that our driver was waiting on other passengers from a flight that was delayed earlier in the evening. I even called Buffalo Airport Shuttle from our connecting airport to reconfirm details of our arrival. This was the exact situation I sought to avoid......a midnight arrival and no driver! We scheduled a trip for four with a pickup at the buffalo airport and a drop off at a hotel in Canada (Niagara Falls). With a return 3 days later. The cost was $85 each way for all four of us. Great service. On time each way. They would call and adjust pickup time if the border crossing was backing up to ensure we would make our flight. The drivers were great ( thanks Dan)!! Please please think on before you book & lay your trust in this company. To start, we waited at the airport for over an hour in the transfer van parked stationary whilst we waited to collect another family who were clearly on a later flight. We were told it was due to the family gettibg lost in the airport, trust me from baggage collection you can't get lost with shuttle parking being on the other side of exit doors. The driver was very friendly & knowledgable about the area giving as many tips as possible. The next part is the simply unforgivable part for me. Your worst nightmare whilst on vacation. Pick up as confirmed on email back & forward from buffalo airport shuttle was 15th June at 0600. Being an early start we were tired after a non stop two days & ready to catch our next flight. Come 0600 the shuttle had not arrived , we contacted the company on the number provided which rang out constantly. When we did eventually get through a female stated we were only due to be collected at 6am the following day. Whilst on the phone she checked and stated it was a miss type by them however they were now unable to attend as the driver was miles away. No apology no further assistance just a simple tough find another way or in the ladies words"just ask the hotel to get you a taxi" and the phone went dead. This taxi cost us more than the transfer should have and luckily for us never encountered any major traffic so we made our flight on time . Waited over 15 minutes for the driver. Called the office multiple times with no answer and ended up having to take a taxi. Before I left, the bellhop made a remark that this company is always late. Really disappointed with this company, I supposedly spoke with the owner who was terribly unprofessional. He spoke over me, gave childish excuses as to the lateness of his driver, and hung up on me when I asked to be reimbursed the additional cost of the taxi. This company is absolutely awful. A colleague and I used them to get to a conference. We landed at 1145 AM and they arranged a shuttle for us at 1215 but forgot to tell us who our driver was so we had to call back to get the name. We then got on the shuttle and sat on it for 45 minutes at the airport, not leaving the airport until 1 PM. Another shuttle from the same company came going to the same location and they filled it and left before filling ours (there was a large conference going on), it made absolutely no sense. I asked for a refund because we waited over an hour at the airport and missed our conference events but customer service was extremely rude and refused any discount. Then, the company sent me an invoice (even though I already gave my credit card) and then took 2 weeks to charge my credit card (after 3 phone calls) and they never sent a receipt even when I requested it. A cab would've been less costly in both money and time and significantly more professional to deal with. read more

Used this service on vacation to go from Buffalo airport to the Canada side of Niagara Falls and back. They were on time, friendly, called us as we arrived in Buffalo and the vans were in great shape and clean. Our flight arrived late and they made sure to follow the airport updates and had a driver waiting. Both drivers were very nice and gave us a mini tour as we went past points of interest. The website makes it seem like you might be dealing with a rigid bureaucracy but they are actually a helpful friendly group of people. I would use them again. read more

These guys were OUTSTANDING on our recent trip to Niagara Falls, ON. Making our reservation was a snap on their website. About 2 weeks before we were to leave, Southwest changed our flight times and when I called Buffalo Airport Shuttle, they were quick and courteous in helping get our reservation with them updated. They sent us an email the night before we were to arrive in Buffalo confirming our reservation and they were ready and waiting and looking for us upon our arrival in Buffalo. The trip to Ontario was fast and smooth sailing and our driver pointed out various landmarks along the way and was very friendly. I forgot I had put the reservation on my credit card so paid the driver in cash and by the end of the day, they'd already issued a refund to my card for the original payment. The return trip back to Buffalo was just as seamless. Our driver told us what would be expected of us to get through customs returning to the States, we got through quickly and efficiently and back to the airport in plenty of time for our flight. Everyone we talked to in the office as well as the drivers were all friendly, professional, helpful and provided excellent customer service. I cannot say enough positive and good things about this company and if we ever go back to that area, I will definitely book with them again. read more

I experienced pretty negative customer service from the Buffalo Airport Shuttle between 6/16/12 through today, 7/3/12; credit card issue has yet to be resolved since 6/21/12. I was required to give a credit card number to reserve the Shuttle, however upon pick up (1 hour late...) the Driver - who was great - required all 7 of us attending a Conference - to pay cash - luckily I have receipt! Because of course I was also charged same amount to my card. Enter Tiffany Hendel, employee who has done nothing but argue and send me threatening emails since! My Bank is now going to require me to file a Police Report/Fraud forms because Ms. Hendel has not properly credited my Visa even though she has a copy of my emailed receipt! It's 2012, not 1912 and it shouldn't take almost 3 wks to resolve this issue. She then disclosed a co-workers disability to me and then accused me (in an email to her boss Rob cc to me!) of me blaming someone w/ a disability for this snafu! Unreal! So, folks, even though the Drivers were nice & helpful w/ our luggage, their customer service is something to be reckoned with! Good luck! Punctuality is NOT their forte and unfortunately have to give 1 star in order to have this posted. We were scheduled for a weekend shuttle from Marriott on the Falls to BUF Airport for an 11:30 pickup for a 2:43 pm flight. The representative kept promising us they were on their way with being stuck in traffic on the Rainbow Bridge and would be there in 10 minutes. Finally when it never showed by 12:15 we decided to take a taxi to the Bridge, The taxi cab driver was very HELPFUL since he was the one to suggest walking through customs and arranged another taxi to meet us on the US side which drove to the airport. If it wasn't for him we would have never made our flight....which was the same price!!!! This traffic pattern is not unusual as per the customs' agent for weekends travelers, Buffalo Airport Shuttle services doesn't sufficiently plan accordingly in arranging appropriate pickup times for travelers. read more

They sent their driver to the wrong bridge, then would not refund our money and we were forced to go with a more expensive taxi to make our flight on time. Awful customer service- sent a driver to Toronto airport that had never been there before, had no clue where he was going. Dispatcher would not give any information about where he was, had to call them multiple times to try and get a straight answer. Had to wait an HOUR for the driver to finally pick us up. Really great service. On both trips the van was early. They had great tips for restaurants and bars to visit on the Canadian falls and fun facts about the Falls. Poor customer service. I called to cancel my reservation within 22 hours of my trip: my request was escalated twice until the "president" called me back. Because my cancellation request was less than 24 hours in advance (22), he stated that they couldn't offer a refund. If I could give this company negative stars, I would. Absolutely horrible experience. My son arranged for a pick up at 8:30 am for a 12:30 flight. They showed up at 11am! My son missed his flight! I called and they assured me that if my son missed his flight, they would reimburse us the cost of the fare ($163). So after my son paid the fare, missed his flight and had to sit in the airport waiting all day to try to get on another flight, they refused to refund our money. When my son arrived back in town and needed a ride back home, they refused to give him a complimentary ride home (since they had offered to reimburse us if he missed his flight to begin with, they should have given him a free ride). Unfortunately, we had no other choice but to use them again. They said they would be there in 45 minutes to pick him up. It was an hour and a half! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They have no sympathy for the fact that they inconvenience people, and when it comes to making or missing a flight , they don't care. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY! HORRIBLE, STRESSFUL Experience - I had reserved a ride to the airport for a 5a pick-up. While making the reservation, the agent was very friendly & efficient, assuring me of my reservation. At 4:58a this morning, the day of the scheduled ride, I received a call saying that the driver was 30 minutes away so he would not be able to pick me up & get me to the airport in time. The only response, which was unapologetic & uncaring, was that they could refund my card. I don't even think the gentleman said sorry, he just had the excuse that they only had one driver out that early. That is why I called to reserve prior because it is extremely difficult to get a taxi at that time downtown. Nonetheless, this left me having to drive my own car & park it at the airport which is going to result in over triple the amount I was prepared to pay. I understand things happen but there was no care or empathy that they really messed up my morning. Wouldn't they have known earlier than 4:58a that the driver was going to be 30 minutes late??
