Nice place. The Cuban doesn't come panini pressed and is on a ciabatta roll, not a Cuban bread. The smoked ham was good and the pulled pork was fine. Overall the sandwich gets a 3 out of 5. Parking is always full during these busy nights, so feel free to park in some nearby parking ramps that offer plenty of parking spaces available. They have a strange way of making a pizza. I ordered mine with polish sausage & artichoke hearts and the pieces were way too big. How about taking the time to slice these up to distribute them throughout the pizza like a normal pizza shop? Don't just pull the ingredients out of a can and slap them on the pizza. The artichoke parts were about 1 1/2 inches long and some of the sausage was sliced 3/8 of an inch thick. Yeah it takes time to properly make a pizza but spend a few extra seconds and it'll help with repeat business. Also mine was supposed to come with alfredo sauce yet I couldn't taste it at all. I would have filled the void with the ranch they gave me however that is some of worst ranch I've ever tried. They said they purchase it already made. Nearly every restaurant spends a couple minutes making fresh ranch for their customers but that's too much to ask for here. The bartenders don't let you drink your beer in peace. They constantly hound you asking if you're ready for another beer WHILE THERE'S STILL BEER IN YOUR GLASS. The first time I was asked I responded "I don't know if I'm going to have another", which would indicate you don't have to bother me about it the entire duration I'm trying to enjoy the drink I already have. Unfortunately I was repeatedly asked. I can't blame her though-she, like everyone else, was very friendly with a positive spirit, it's just what the manager wants them to do. They can't even print out a current list of beers they have. The outdated list they have doesn't even tell you if it's a draught or bottle. If you're looking to fill an empty gut this place will do. Well over 6 months ago there was an altercation at a Bar down the street from Buffalo Alice. I was not directly involved in the fight but yet separating it. After the fight concluded my fellow personal left the establishment and the "best bartender" at Buffalo Alice came running down the street because her BF was involved in the fight saying we "jumped him" when the video surveillance proved that wasn't the case. Her BF ran to Buffalo Alice (which we didn't care we weren't going to that establishment we were actually leaving to go home.) she yelled "you better not go into Buffalo Alice my boyfriend is in there and the cops are coming." My response was " we don't give a fuck about your BF and if he's in Buffalo Alice. The best bartender then ran her mouth to the manager heather saying " walker said fuck Buffalo Alice." definitely not even the case what so ever. And since this happened I have been banned from the establishment of BA's. the people that were involved in the fight are aloud there but I am not because the "best bartender" doesn't know how to open her ears and the manager heather refuses to even talk to me about the situation. I've been going to Buffalo Alice for well over 10+ years for drinks, dinner , parties, etc. for Christ sake I had my USN going away party at this place. but this is ridiculous was way better managed when Tiffany ran things. read more

Nothing really going on----okay..fine....ordered beer- took a look at menu... bartender seems to b first week or day on job- no engagement- on tv is soccer (which NOONE in bar is watching)....no one is talking(except 3-4 people at end of bar that seem to b locals and 1 was employee)- it's August and there is no baseball game on?...and not overly friendly staff..... okay.... I am still in.... I'm hungry - all I want is a couple of beers and some food to go back to hotel. The pizza coming out of kitchen looked good- but wasn't in mood for pizza and traveling solo so thought wings would be the way to go.... WRONG- worst wings I have ever had in a bar EVER!! They were small and fatty... the sauce had ZERO flavor- and the bones broke apart (GROSS) ... they were AWFUL!!!! If this bar only wants the locals coming in to pick up their pizza- I get it- that is what you got! If you want to attract people that are traveling or new to area.....start with a friendly environment and staff.. continue with food that is edible- don't serve wings(or anything else if you don't want to) - if all you want to serve is pizza then DO THAT! It's a nice place. I don't drink beer, but it's a great place for beer. Wish they had better 'deals' for people who don't. They have decent pizza. Not my favorite in town, but it isn't bad. They have amazing cheese bread. They also have wings and fries and such. I don't mind the place, but it's not my #1 place to go for pizza. It's always full of young people and the service tries to get you in and out as fast as possible. At least that's how I always feel. At least they have a happy hour now. You can get the mushrooms fresh, not canned, and that was great for me to see. I really liked the crust, though my wife thought it was a little excessive on the thickness. Good sauce, fresh toppings, nice enough atmosphere, good hangout. BA's has a full bar for those interested, and boasts the widest assortment of beers in the area. The pizza is kind of spendy, with a 3 topping medium (8 slices) going for almost $20. It can get pretty loud and packed during peak times, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. One of my crew's favorite night time hang outs back in the day. The outdoor patio is a great way to spend a summer evening. Around Christmas time, it's a christmas-tree-light explosion! So festive - love it! It gets busy busy on weekends, but during the week it's can be a nice, quiet (ish) place to grab a drink and talk with friends. OH! The crust is crispy on the bottom, the toppings are great, the sauce is very tangy.
