Last Sunday this place hosted about 25 people for a company event and it was great. It was my first time putting an event together and the MGR Lee and another nice guy named Billy could not have made the process easier- or affordable! They reserved pool tables, ping pong tables, the shuffle board and provided good food with great service. The atmosphere was laid back and welcoming... even the bathrooms were clean. My entire Team had a great time! It's been well over a year since I've even looked at YELP (sorry YELP) but the service at this place motivated me to let others know about Buffalo Billiards. major weakness in the pro shop. nobody there.even after i called to see what time they were open till. i'm not even gonna capitalize the beginning of my sentences.the nephew from the pool hall picked up the fumble though, and helped me. the stuff from the RP store looked like it was just dumped there.not impressive.i need new tips for my cues now.i dread going all the way back to petaluma.maybe nobody will be there read more

I love pool, hubby loves beer which makes this place like Disneyland for us. LOL. People watching in this place is amazing and you are sure to get a laugh or two along the way. I was most impressed with how clean it is and the crew. Seriously, the crew is amazing. I'm a people watcher, I enjoy watching how people conduct themselves and how they treat others (I'm a weirdo and I'm cool with that)... but this crew has their sh!t together. Seriously. They all seemed to work well together for the better of the customers. Not just the first time I came but EVERY time. There's one chick in there I really like, and will go out of my way to get. She's always got a smile on her face and pep in her step. If you go, ask for the chick with the pink hair.. I was there over the weekend and she was SO attentive and really did everything she could to make sure that we had a great experience.. which is important because my date nights are far and few between with 3 kids. We have now gotten to the point where we will come here over other places simply because we know we can count on the service to be amazing. To the chick with pink hair... I wanted to thank you. I was having a pretty crappy day and didn't even really want to go out... but your continuous smile, demeanor, and attention to detail totally made my night (the jokes were a bonus too!). i went in there today for a new cue after splintering my old mcdermott, went in there to look at new mcdermotts and one man in the lobby said they has some specials going on and such, went and looked around in the proshop which looked very un-organized but im not one to judge for a work area.he kept trying to push me over to the very very expensive cues told him my budget and we found a couple (note: the actual proshop man was very helpful,it was the other people there..whom id assume were employees)..well the proshop man started work on the cue i picked and the man from the lobby came in and said how mcdermotts were all Chinese imports that i should get a Usa made cue..(which mcdermott is based out of Wisconson so get your facts right) and kept trying to say get a cue that has integrity in it and is nicer..(pretty much saying get one of the 7-800 cues) and by that time another lady has walked in and overheard the conversation ..and she mumbled when your older you realize the difference in integrity and quality of USA made products vs chinese and the man said i doubt he will.. which at that point i wanted to just walk out trying to sell me something but down talking it to sell the more expensive product and down talking his customer...but had gotten my stuff and left and he prices were a little higher than online store but i didnt mention it... read more
