They quickly sent my delivery appointment confirmation and my wife was waiting at home at the appointed time of 4pm on Friday. I even called and left a voicemail trying to confirm. Well....they never showed up. No calls, no text, no emails. I called, texted and emailed them asking if they were coming and ........ nothing. I reversed the charge on my credit card and now wait (not holding my breath) for any type of reply. After texting them again Monday afternoon, they finally texted me back. I had made an error on the address line and, instead of calling me to clarify, their delivery guy just went home. No effort to track me down. The owner was friendly and took time to show me a few different woods and explain the differences between them, which I appreciated since I'm still figuring out what works best for different kinds of cooking. I ended up getting olive wood for our pizza oven and some pistachio wood to try with steaks and pork chops. They seem to carry a lot of woods that are harder to find if you're into cooking with live fire or wood fired ovens.
