The chicken noodle is great and at times it's a great spot. They have certain locals they cater to at the bar which I get but hard to get a spot quite often. A few bar patrons are not the friendliest but that's the way it goes. May be looking at our other standard spots from now on. read more

I like calling ahead and having my order ready to eat when I get there. This is only my second visit to this location and I like it. The only staff member I have interacted with is friendly and helpful. As for the boneless chicken wings it's a false advertisement but every other restaurant sells chicken nuggets as "boneless wings" too. What do you do? Start a campaign to get restaurants to stop using the phrase "boneless wings" for chicken nuggets. I doubt that would get much traction but it would be better than ordering what you think is going to be wings and it's actually nuggets. read more

Was sat outside on the patio right next to the windows- that's enclosed with plastic- it was freeeeezing in there. Asked to turn up the heat and the waitress was SO rude about it. She was rude from the moment we sat down. When the food came out- she must have misheard one of the orders so we told her. She was annoyed with us! Never cleared any of our plates or cups- there was no room on our table. Not only was she one of the rudest waitresses we've all had, the food was terrible. No one likes their food. When asking for the check after being finished eating for 30+ minutes, we asked a different waitress if she could have ours bring the checks. SHE got an attitude. Buffalo Bob's was recommended by a friend and it certainly lived up to its recommendation. The place was packed on a Tuesday night! I was skeptical as it reminded me of a BWW, but it was definitely a step above the "sports bar" type. It was truly more of a "family" restaurant feel, although several wide screen TVs were tuned to various games. The food was really good. The Tater Kegs appetizer is a MUST! I am not a fan of tater tots, but these were AWESOME! The was quite slow because there clearly was not enough staff. It was also difficult to tell the staff from the patrons, something more identifiable in the form of dress would be great. Overall, a really nice experience. read more

It's been a long time since I've been here (5+ years) and we ordered it for delivery tonight. I'm rounding up to four stars because I'm not sure whether some of the issues were in the cooking process or the delivery process. For example, the fries were all cold when they arrived. The regular fries were very underwhelming and not even salted, but the Cajun fries were very tasty. The beer battered fish was the winner of our order. The breading was crispy and full of flavor and the fish was flaky and warm. The wing sauce didn't have much flavor, but the ranch was unbelievable. Yes, there are a lot dead critters on the walls, but I'm not here for the decor, I'm here for some damn good food! Seems like a lot of sour grapes to me. I've been back three times in month. Love the wings! Everything I had was great! The service was very good, very short wait (I'm thinking more sour grapes). Greeted by a young man in a flat bill hat and a T-shirt, was a little worried he wouldn't give good service, but he was so attentive and friendly! Enjoyed my time here. The cooks never cook my burger medium how I ask, but I'm noticing no restaurants cook burgers correctly. This was a little disappointing, but the Cajun fries make up for it. Great service and thats about it. Bar food period steak hoagie was cold. Fried mushrooms still icy. The poppers where good and so was the onion rings. I didn't give the wings a try and the guy next to me had the pork chop which looked good. However i don't think ill be back sorry guys maybe my expectations where to high. read more

Being that my grandparents live very close to Bob's and that most of my family likes wings we've eaten here often. I haven't been disappointed by the service or by the food any of the multiple times I've eaten here. We usually get wings and fries but this last visit that we ate in I had a buffalo chicken wrap. The wrap was so good and spicy! I also had curly fries, which are always good. The best fries you can get at Bob's are the Cajun dusted fries, you can also get cheese to dip the fries in (cheese makes everything better!). The salads are all good as well and the wings are delicious if you pick up or eat in. I suggest Bob's any chance I get! read more

Buffalo Bob's considers itself a family restaurant (see name of restaurant)..and I guess that's true if you have the kind of family that has hillbilly tendencies and are avid hunters that feel that cutting off the heads of their kills and proudly displaying them prominently throughout their house is an amazing decorating choice. I gotta say..it was immediately a bit off putting..can't say I was a fan of their "decor" choices. That being said, the food and service were pretty good overall. There was a decent amount of options on the menu that looked really good, but I decided to go with the buffalo chicken since I figured it was possibly their signature dish (again, see name of restaurant). I ordered the 12 piece boneless wings with medium buffalo sauce and a side of french fries. The boneless buffalo wings were actually really good. The chicken was really crisp and tender. The buffalo sauce had a really nice hot and tangy taste to it. The sauce itself seemed to be butter based..it didn't really stick to the wings as much as they were marinated in it. Whichever way..it worked and the wings were quite tasty. The fries were technically curly fries..but not really. Yes, they were shaped in curls, but when a place says they have curly fries you kind of expect them to be darker and seasoned a certain way. These were literally regular old french fries just shaped in curls. Honestly, I like regular fries more than traditional curly fries so I enjoyed them quite a bit. Our waitress was very attentive..our drinks were never empty, our food came out fast and correctly, she checked on us constantly to make sure we had everything we needed. Just an overall great waitress. So yeah..decor was really the only thing that didn't sit well with me. The quality of the food and service definitely negated that feeling and overall I would for sure recommend this place. read more

Customer service is really bad, rude waiter, never got the hot sauce I asked for, last time I was here I asked for ranch they brought it out 20 mins after my food was done. This place used to be so dang good, I grew up going here...it's sad that it just has gone downhill. The food is like concession stand food trying to be passed off as gourmet. My wife and stopped in on 10/28 at about 3:30. We used to love coming here and hadn't been in a few years and were looking forward to it. At arrival we stood at the hostess stand for a good 5 minutes before anyone even stopped to seat us. Once at a booth we sat and sat for over 15 minutes. There was a waitress waiting a table directly behind and diagonal to us and she never said "hello" no " someone will be with you soon" nothing. After about 18 minutes we finally just got up and left. No one ever even acknowledged us. What a shame. We won't be back. read more

If you are a wing enthusiast, this is the place. We constantly go back and forth between here and Knuck n Futz for the best wings in northern Kentucky. The sauces are great here and their menu is big. Our only issue has been the service hasn't always been great. It's not consistent. We've gotten frozen mozzarella sticks served to us before and we've waited forever before anyone took our order and we almost walked out. I usually do takeout from here to avoid the service. On April 2, 2022 I ordered a French Dip Sandwich and some curly fries to be delivered. The food was delivered in a reasonable time and was still warm. Upon opening the container, the food looked to be in good condition and appetizing. The fries appeared to be undercooked and this was confirmed on my first sample but, worse, they were also oil soaked and greasy. The sandwich had a thin layer of roast beef. The color was dark and appears to be the common restaurant supply frozen variety. The roll was fresh but was not french. The sandwich tasted ok but would have been better with a bit more meat that was also fresher. I love a good french dip sandwich but, this one misses the mark. The fries were a total waste of food and money. This was my first experience with this restaurant and will probably be my last. read more

Very sad to see the bad reviews on here because honestly I thought it was great. I will definitely be back. Alex, our waiter, was terrific. He was so nice, friendly and patient. He helped us figure out what we wanted to eat. The bathrooms were very clean and the atmosphere was very nice. We got the Philly cheese steak (I substituted queso for the mayo), the bison burger, kids mac and cheese and a steak meal. All were delicious and I was in LOVE with my cheese steak. Everything was hot and yummy. The fries were cooked perfectly. I like them a little soft rather than crunchy so they were prefect. We shared a side of the cheesy grits. Had to add salt but sooooo yummy. I also had a margarita. No complaints there. And finally we got dessert for once. We shared a reese's pie. The selection here is great. There's something for everyone. There's even a claw machine so that earned my appreciation considering I'm addicted to them! Gives you something to do with your kids while waiting for your food too. It's even close to work. Greeting was friendly. Server was very good. Restroom disappointing that they weren't fully stocked with the most important item...and they just opened. Good thing I caught that in time:) I ordered 8 wings medium sauce. They lay wings in a pool of liquid...but that didn't even make them juicy or tasty. They were so dried out. I don't know if they over cooked them or re-cooked them or what. Sooooo disappointing. I was expecting juicy and tasty. Drowning them in ranch helped. Buffalo Bob's had great fried appetizers!! The pickles didn't fall apart when you dipped them and the mushrooms didn't squirt hot fryer oil into your mouth when you dug in. The jalapeños were fresh and delicious. This is standard family restaurant fare but it is done well and done right. The blue cheese dressing was extra delicious. Our server was super friendly and reminded me of "that friendly good-natured aunt" everyone has. I had a hot chicken tender sandwich for lunch and I will definitely be back to try the wings. read more

Food was good. We really enjoyed the wings & the dessert (Reece's Peanut Butter Pie... yum! ). The food took a little long to get to our table approximately 30 min & didn't seem to busy. The service was very friendly but not very attentive at all. The thing that really irritated me though is no one swept the floor. The picture I posted is my view before & after my meal. Literally servers walked over this over & over again. I had to make a point not to look down so I didn't loose my appetite. So food was good, but needs more attentive staff & cleaner atmosphere.
