Requested help with back draft on water heater, chimney inspection, possible negative in house pressure. He looked at the water heater, got it to heat up, and stated my vents were not the problem. Stating my concern was carbon monoxide detector repeatedly going off asked him to inspect the chimney. Again he stated that was unnecessary. There were concerns of negative air pressure from newly installed hood vent. Was installed after the issues started, within 2 weeks of his appointment. Not the cause. He was not interested in checking my chimney or vents. He stated i should call heating and cooling specialist, who i have had out and had another I had phone consult with, referring me to have my vents and chimney checked. I know my chimney needs to be repointed at the very least. Anyway, he didnt want to go on my roof just referr me elsewhere . read more

After moving in to a new home we wanted to have the chimney inspected. AAA Timberline was great. Very professional and efficient. They used a very long flexible pole to send a camera all the way up the chimney and showed us on an iPad what the condition was all the way up. It was pretty cool.
