We visited in mid‑June, and the Going‑to‑the‑Sun Road was still closed, so timing can definitely vary depending on the year. Even so, the scenery was gorgeous and the weather kept things interesting. It even hailed while we were there. The golf‑course view was beautiful, especially the greens -- we never got tired of looking out over them. The food was our biggest surprise - it was REALLY good, rising way above the expected "barfood" standard. After a short range session, we played Pebble Beach and the bay next to us was being used for a lesson from a local, well-known golf instructor. The staff was super supportive and friendly; for example, our server did not make fun of my +12 after just nine holes. Also, the equipment is top-notch; Trackman with all the features and huge screens. I highly recommend the Clubhouse Lounge but stay away during the weekday afternoons, because that's when I want to go and I don't like crowds.

So I took a few weeks and tried out several gyms. Some were big with pools and others were small and quaint. But Flathead won my vote!!! From the very kind staff, awesome classes and every piece of equipment I need; I knew this was my gym! Oh about those awesome classes...Yoga on a Sunday afternoon?!! And dance fusion (I like to call it hip hop;) and barre classes!!! They offer a lot more but those are my favorite as of now! I'm so happy I found y'all!
