In town visiting family and was able to play two rounds of golf on (1-North) & (1-South). I would rate these golf outings as great and although my golf game isn't stellar, I dressed the golf part so they thought I knew what I was doing. As a course just coming out of the winter thaw this course was in amazing shape and the views were absolutely fantastic. If you want to play a challenging course with unbelievable views and great starters, this the course for you. Play as many rounds as you can here. read more

Our favorite dining experience in Whitefish! Reservations recommended. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the food was amazing, and the ambiance was perfection. I recommend the ribeye, salmon, and king crab legs. Every dish was perfectly prepared and very flavorful. Bravo chef! This is a fabulous restaurant at the public golf course in Whitefish. There was an outdoor patio, a full bar with seating and a classy restaurant. We had an amazing server, and even had management jump in to help with wine and beverage service. The food was excellent - from the starter salads with housemade blue cheese dressing through the pesto crusted halibut with lemon cream sauce to the heavenly butterscotch cake. They have a plentiful wine list and all of the liquor that you can imagine. The restaurant is attractive, but no one looked down their noses at our casual attire (shorts, etc.). This place was delicious!!!! Yes pricey but worth it!!! The portions are reasonable They have a great meat selection, I had the prime rib which was perfectly prepared. The truffle Mac and cheese is to die for! They also have a full bar and the ambiance is casual. read more

Stopped by for dinner and drinks on the deck -- it was insanely popular (Labour Day weekend) so we had to wait a while to get a table -- but we were able to grab a couple of chairs and sit and have a pre-dinner drink alongside the golf-course which was novel. Very rude to us. We were there for my son's wedding , we are bogey players, so we decided to play best ball . We were not dragging our heels. We let one foursome play though, and we're told to step it up a few times. We payed for 18 , but felt so pushed , because they wanted their members to play. We tried to get some of our money back for the back nine , but no such luck. Not even the rental clubs. Would NEVER recommend this place! read more

We have eaten here many times. The dinning room generally has good food but is pricy. We met friends there for happy hour on Friday night on the bar side. The restaurant doesn't have anything special for happy hour and all regular prices apply. The server was excellent and the wings were delicious. We bought two orders of wings for the table, basket or fries chips and 5 drinks it was roughly 90 bucket pretty pricy for happy hour so in the future we will stick to downtown WF. First time dining at the golf club. It was excellent!!! Celebrated my sister's birthday and we were not disappointed. Special for the evening, Rack of Lamb, prepared perfectly. Best golf courses (2 18-hole courses) in the valley. Staff is friendly and there is an amazing restaurant on site, too. Gets pretty busy in the middle of summer. If you are visiting and want to make your the time in advance there is a small fee per player but it may be worth the price as tee times do get booked. read more

Called ahead because I'm heading up there in the fall and wanted to know about club rentals and which is the best course to play if I could only play one. $30 for club rentals for 18 holes. The best restaurant in Whitefish hands down. Outstanding and diverse menu, excellent wine list, and exceptional service. Our large family was all in town for my brother's wedding last week and we lived this place so much we dined her twice with two different family groups and everyone was highly impressed. Vicky graciously l greeted me at the front and went above and beyond helping me coordinate the seating of the family, etc. before everyone arrived. We sat in two separate areas of the restaurant on the two different nights and the entire restaurant has amazing ambiance and excellent lighting. Chelsea took care of us the first visit and Linda on the second and both gave our large and "picky" parties outstanding service. The food is amazing- my favorites were the Lobster as a main and the Smoked Trout appetizer. Also they have a great outdoor deck and gazebo bar for outside dining or cocktails. I will dine here every time I visit my family in Whitefish. read more
