They were perfectly hot and crispy and a generous portion to boot. Did I mention the garlic aioli sauce? Super garlicky and creamy. They were so delicious that I had friends at the market and even a vendor I know try them and I have plans to tell coworkers about them too. The spicy pork belly tacos were as promised, quite spicy and a slow burn at times! I was glad that I had some seltzer water with me. It was also refreshing to see food advertised as spicy actually be spicy. Also, the guys who own and operate VT Munchies are nice and passionate about the food they make. VT Munchies, I hope you'll be at next week's Farmers Market. If you see their plaid truck parked somewhere, make a point of stopping there and eating their tasty food. You won't regret it!

My review is as follows: Customer service is excellent, they answer all questions thoroughly and promptly. They arrived early, efficiently set up and left when done without a trace. They handled all 68 of our guests with ease and a smile. The food truck is very clean and adorable with lights and a light up Crepe sign. They supply all utensils, crepe holders and napkins. Bryant is an executive chief and it shows in his crepe selection, presentation and how delicious they ALL are.(You will have a hard time deciding) They can customize crepes(even gluten free). They even have a kids option, Peanut Butter and Fluff(A New England favorite). Portions are generous and fairly priced. Patti went the extra mile. About half an hour before they were done serving, she went around to see if anyone wanted more crepes, as hostess I really appreciated this. All 68 guests loved the Tin Can Co. Crepes Food Truck. They are always giving their 100% whether it be with their service or their food. Once they opened their standalone restaurant I knew they had finally made it. A quick tip: the pizzas are on the smaller side (I definitely over-ordered, but no one complained about the leftovers!), and since it's a small operation, call well ahead if you're placing a large order.
