    Sticky ribs, Japanese sauce.

Finally they are building a brick and mortar restaurant! The tremendous truck will still roll but a new Augusta location is coming. We just had the sticky ribs at the temporary Maine House location and they were outrageous! Can't wait....

We had a wonderful Asian Fusion meal here! The bao's were spot on, the Korean flavors authentic, and choices go beyond your typical Thai or Chinese offerings. If you miss their food truck, come here!

Korean fried chicken (boneless) Dakgangjeong flavor. Super yummy!

Food truck so check their Instagram for their schedule. First tried them at Black Pug Brewing in Brunswick. Awesome Korean fried chicken (boneless) - we ended up trying both flavors. Plus had to try the Korean corn dog (batter with finely diced potatoes) and mozzarella on the inside as well as a hot dog. Also tried the pho bao bun (steak).

They have outdoor tables if you're traveling with a dog - the place is right across from Reny's Department Store and is easy to spot with its bright yellow color. Service was friendly and they kindly provided a water bowl for our miniature poodle (even though we did not ask for it). We devoured the chicken lumpia (spring rolls), the pancit bihon (Filipino noodles), and the Filipino curry dish (which was delicious). The yakitori skewers were also tasty for lunch. Overall, we would visit this place again! It was just a delightful surprise in Bridgton, ME. Who knew that you could find awesome Filipino food in the Lakes region of Maine?

We passed on desert but the dessert case was a tease. We will be back for more.

Close to more bars for extra drinks, easy to run into other friends. Also, it's a beautiful spot with outdoor seating in the warmer months. We opted to sit outside and enjoyed khao soi, katsu pork sandwich, and the honey soft serve. The portions are generous, as we were able to share and have leftovers. Each plate had so many great textures and flavors. We did experience a long wait between ordering, getting food, and receiving the check. It was a busy summer night so I wasn't upset, but do not plan on having a quick meal here. Get cozy, get an extra drinks and enjoy your time here. The earl gray had a great flavor topped with an excellent syrup while the honey was mild and the chocolate shell didn't add anything, although the 'honeycomb' bits were delic. Crispy eggplant special - good, very small portion Pork katsu sandwich - pretty solid, interesting pickle Pad mee korat - good, small portion Value: Aside from the soft serve, the portions were very small for ~$17 price point, and the food was good but aside from the earl gray soft serve, didn't amaze to the point of paying a higher price point. Overall I did like this meal but portions were small for prices. I hope they keep the earl gray soft serve around!

The sushi stand in the front. We were greeted at the bar and given water and menus right away. Loved the prompt service, the ambiance, the art on the walls. Enough lighting for a restaurant/bar. The menu was interesting and had sushi, fish, a wagyu burger, some really fun drinks and more. We split some dumplings, a roll, and got individual meals. We got our dumplings rather quickly but then waited an hour for the rest of our food. It was really busy, and they had staff, but I feel like it would not ever normally be this busy. But they were so nice about it. And we were not in a rush, so it works out just fine. Our roll was off - and it turned out we got the wrong one. But they were apologetic and again it was really busy. But when the entre came out - wow. I got a Ongiri with Haddock and some crispy onions on top - it was fantastic. My husband had a bowl of ramen that he said needed a little salt. But it was good, service as fantastic, and I would definitely want to come back when they are not busy to try the food and service again. I am sure it will be great.

The exterior is pretty depressing (with cracked pavement) and contradicted by our experience. I will say that the aesthetic was more like a brew pub than Asian, but no matter. Our server arrived immediately for drink orders. I was thrilled that Maine Lunch was on tap. The server was friendly and kind, though accented her English was very good. The food itself was excellent. We started with crab rangoon, very crisp and loaded with tasty filling. I ordered the drunken noodles with beef while she went for pad thai. Both dishes were excellent, flavorful and fresh. Service continued to be prompt and welcoming. We appreciated that we could easily see the kitchen working, and everything (including the restrooms!) was spotless. Reviews noting limited seating were off, probably seats 50-60 (though only about 6-8 diners on a Saturday evening). They seem to do a big takeout and delivery business. In short, give it a shot and you won't be disappointed.
