I ordered ribeye with baked potato and sides of salad and soup. The soup was a puréed broccoli cheese soup that was bland. The salad looked good but the blue cheese dressing was somewhat bland a watery. The steak was ordered medium but no more than medium. It was about 1/2 inch thick, over spiced and over cooked. I'd put the steak in the pathetic category considering the price ($52). One of my companions had Caesar salad. It was salty and lacking the zest from lemon. She wasn't impressed with the "seasonal vegetable" which was a corn and pepper dish. She liked her entree, the lemon salmon. My other companion had the same impression as I did of the blue cheese dressing. He liked his steak (NT strip) and was grilled to order. The service and ambience were good. All things considered, our experience was quite disappointing. I can no longer recommend The Den.
