The place is located on the bottom floor of a commercial space. There are three massage rooms available, two which look to just house one bed each and then one which was able to accommodate two beds for a couple's massage. The whole place was appointed very tastefully, with little touches to enhance relaxation. We filled out a form asking about any particular problems or areas of focus, and we were able to talk about our goals for the experience with the therapists before they started. After we were undressed and on the table, the therapists turned down the lights and there was some calming music played. Our massages were extremely professional and relaxing. I know that I prefer a lighter massage, and Katie was great at making sure that I wasn't experiencing any pain but was still getting the circulation and muscle manipulation benefits. My fiance prefers a deeper massage, and his therapist was able to get some knots out of his neck that have been tense for awhile. The therapists definitely took their time, and we felt like we got our full 60 minutes worth. We left feeling very pampered, and will definitely return in the future!

I'd advise you to avoid this place if you ever see it on a deals site. There are plenty of legit, awesome places, including The Spa at Park Lane (which happens to provide excellent customer service).

Nevertheless, I was still satisfied with my service. I had Linda as my massage therapist. Initially I was worried because I'm about 5'10" and she is about 5' and I was wondering if she would be able to use enough pressure but she did not disappoint!!!
