Being about to refer them to Belmont makes a huge difference in how both the client and I feel walking out of the courthouse. Standard Property Management incorrectly send money out of my account by sending a check to the…read morewrong address. The funds were lost when the check was fraudulently cashed. It took weeks of emails to get the company to make up for their mistake. As result I lost trust and confidence in their ability and desire to run an ethical organization and I terminated my relationship with them. In addition Ashley Barlow and Chris Wietig of Standard Property Management have delayed returning the keys to the apartment. At this writing it has been nearly 6 weeks since I have asked for the return of the keys but they have not been received. They're said the keys were sent out but won't provide a tracking number or any estimate on what day the keys might be received. They have also not refunded cash remaining in my account. Avoid them. In my opinion they are not trustworthy or competent
