Let me start off by saying this is a very nice vape shop. Well lade out with a pool table, couches, TV and a vape bar that is very comfortable to sit at and sample the juices befor you buy. Here is the issue! The staff is very unfriendly besides the owner who always engages you in conversation as the rest of the staff i.e. daugher who works there and act like you're inconveniencing her. She made it so uncomfortable with her lack of personal skills I just wanted to leave ASAP. Family working for you is not always best. Next major issue is the prices. I bought a 10ml bottle of Tottally Wickec juice and was charged $12. This is highway robbery seeing all the local shops charge $7-$8 for a 10ml bottle. Heck, tottally Wicked only charges $7.99 direct. My advice is look elsewhere if you're looking for Vap products. As more and more vapors become educated I can't see them charging an arm and a leg much longer and expecting to stay in business. Excellent customer service. They have always been there for me.. explaining things and even took back one of my batterys that died and explained to me what I did to kill it.plus, the interior decorating is high class. You can bet they get my votes. Plus you can taste test their juices which is a plus in my book. My only concern with all the vapor places in buffalo are the hours they are open. I have been going to a different vapor lounge the entire time I have lived in Buffalo, it was way over priced, bad customer service and crowded. I finally took a chance and went to the Vapor Lounge. Im so glad I did. They were so helpful, spent a ton of time helping me trying to get my old vaporizer to work and when they couldnt revive it, I wasnt pushed to buy the more expensive items as I had told them I wanted something on the cheaper side. Although all their items were very affordable they have the best prices in the city by far. They also gave me discounts on everything I bought, and they made the juice I use even better than my old store. They even told me they would stay open later if I couldnt make it by their closing hours. Im so glad I tried it, I will be going here from now on. Convenient and really nice interior. They were very helpful the first time I went in and taught me all I needed to know. After that, the son of the owner blatantly hit on me which made me quite uncomfortable. The time after that, I came in a sat at the bar (there is always a wait and are usually understaffed) but- a girl came in after I did. She got a greeting and the woman at the counter told her she would be right with her. I didn't even get a simple "hello". The girl who came in after me got served first!!! (and it was problems with a broken ecig) I just needed juice! That was very annoying. Over all, they are so busy which is good and not at all what I expected. I say three stars, they just need to work on their customer service but they really do have everything you need. read more

I really cannot say enough about my positive experience here. Darcelle, (one of the owners), really took her time explaining everything to me, from my various options to proper care of the equipment. I was able to try a large variety of juices as well. She was very informative and friendly. Plus, their Black Friday deal was a steal, so I ended up spending much less than I had planned. read more

*I would not go again* Sold me a scratched up box for barely a discount but made it seem like a steal. Battery doesn't stay charged at all. Numerous problems with the unit itself but also not pleased with their customer service. The guy that helped me didn't answer my questions clearly and he burped at me while he was talking. There was a kid hanging out behind the counter who didn't work there. Big mistake purchasing the piece that I did. They noticed I was a sucker and took advantage. Good for them. I have been vaping out of here for over a year. I normally go in the evening and the evening staff know me by name, what I am getting and are always helpful if something is not working right. The evening staff know exactly what they are doing and talking about. There is one women in the morning that I have experienced, that is rude, makes the juice wrong every time and has no customer service skills. I found out recently she is the owners sister. No wonder she has the job. She couldn't even tell me what coil went to my vape, she couldn't add more nicotine to the nicobine because she doesn't know how and she is extremely ignorant. She needs to be let go. A group of people I know go here and have had the same experience. Not good for business at all read more

I was directed to Buffalo Vapor Lounge by a friend who had a great first experience here and recommended the store. She was able to quit tobacco cigarettes using her ecig, and I wanted to do the same. When I arrived, there was one other person there who was new to ecigs like me. The girl behind the counter was a relative of the owner, proudly wearing her beauty school coat, and clearly not interested in helping us. She ran through how to use the ecig in about three seconds, and treated us like we were stupid and annoying when we asked questions. She had her mother on speaker phone for about twenty minutes in the middle of helping us. We couldn't buy a single, less expensive kit because, as was explained to us, all of the USB chargers had been removed from them and sold separately. A few more people came in and from there I was pretty much ignored and treated as a nuisance. I bought a large bottle of juice which was quite expensive, as well as the double kit. When I used the juice, it had the flavor of burning tree bark, rather than the vanilla mint that I requested. When the girl gave me the bottle, it only said "vanilla" rather than "vanilla mint". When I pointed this out, the girl sighed in distaste and wrote MINT with a pen under the word "vanilla". I later went to a better ecig shop, and the experts tried the juice and all agreed that she had not measured properly, and put in enough flavor for a 5 ml bottle instead of a 30ml bottle which is what I bought. I was not allowed to return it, so that is twenty five dollars in the garbage. Just before I left, I noticed that the five cartidges that come with the very expensive kit I bought were gone. I asked the girl what happened, and she pulled them out from under the counter, and said, again with total disdain, "Well, you bought separate juice." So I guess she decided to keep those, perhaps to sell. And was angry that I totally caught her! After a few more tries with the same awful, rude customer service, I gave up and called the manufacturer for help. To my surprise, the kit I bought was twenty dollars less online! I talked to my friend who had recommended the place, and she had a similar awful experience after her first visit. I now have a working kit with quality e liquid, and have been able to quit tobacco cigarettes, absolutely no thanks to Buffalo Vapor Lounge. read more

I wanted to like this place. I was tired of ordering all my stuff on line and hoping it all arrives on time. On the plus side: they have everything you need to start. The staff are all friendly and helpful especially if you are new to ecigs and you can even sample the different flavors before you buy. Unfortunately, the price mark-up on pretty much everything is a deterrent for me. I don't mind shelling out a little extra cash for the convenience and local economic support but don't like being ripped off. Oh well, back to the websites, I'm running a bit low on juice. read more

Walked in to Buffalo Vapor Lounge not knowing a thing about about vaping and walked out feeling like a pro. My man Justin behind the counter walked me through every step of the process and hooked me up with a great starter kit and some delicious juices. He showed me all the different varieties of e-cigs and let me taste as many of the juice blends as I wanted - and there A LOT to choose from. He also showed me how to load my e-cig and care for it. Overall an excellent experience! Just one word of caution: I googled their address and saw that it is near the intersection of Hertel and Parkside. There are two Vape stores there - one on the corner that has all the bongs in the window called Excape and The Buffalo Vapor Lounge which on Hertel a few stores in from the corner. Make sure you go to the right one. You want the one that is on Hertel in the middle of the block, NOT the one on the corner with the bongs in the window. It can be misleading. read more
