Soooo to start off, i specifically asked if the cobb salad's chopped chicken was cold or hot because if it was cold i was going to substitute for grilled chicken. Was told by the bartender it was hot. Well, it wasn't. Second, i only have an hour break for lunch and it shouldn't have taken 40 minutes of that to make a cobb salad and 6 piece wing meal!!! Third of all, i hate hate HAAATEEEE... did i say HATE? avocado!!!!!!!!!! It was not listed as being in the salad, or i 1000000% would've gotten it out. Well, i guess, someone had gotten it in the lettuce in the back and instead of changing the lettuce out y'all decided to keep it so i was lucky to get a HUGE mouthful of avocado (because i didn't see it since the avocado and my salad are both green :) ) that ruined my meal. Let me start by saying I I do not like leaving negative reviews. Over the past 2 years I stop in this location going home to Odessa from the DFW metroplex to get a 2 go order . The four times I have stopped they have messed up the order. The last time was 8/26/2021. Instead of calling it in, I made the order in person thinking if I explained it in person they couldn't possible mess it up. I was wrong. My order is not complicated " 10 pieces traditional all flats dusted in desert heat then spun in Caribbean jerk with 2 blue cheese" They have never given me all flats even with the sticker placed in the box . They didn't give me my blue cheese and the sauce was almost non existent. There is no consistency at this location . I need the order done right because of time restrictions I have on the road. Where to begin... a group of 10 of us started off by being seated outside, when we had specifically requested inside. There was hardly anybody here and the staff could have easily pushed together tables or seated at us at one of the various empty others. We were helped and quickly got our drinks and ordered, however after 53 minutes on the dot, we had not seen our waiter since our initial interaction. We were utterly parched throughout the evening, leading to a buildup of a stressful environment within the table of guys. We eventually got our food, however two orders were missing. The group had to wait an extra 20 minutes for the other two meals, which ended up being cold and congealed. However, the real star of the show was how stunningly putrid the wings were for everyone. The chicken was dryer than my Snapchat inbox, as they hardly had any sauce whatsoever. The chicken was absolutely unpleasant to the touch, as the wings resembled what comes out of my dog's hind end. Second time we have been to this location and I am completely unimpressed. We are regular travelers through Abilene and will not be returning to this business. The issues: Food and trash on the dining room floor. Stuff, a lot of it not just one little spot, stuck to the inside of my wife's water glass. A waitress that must have been working her second night without any training. My order wrong. No ketchup; no ketchup in the waitress supplied replacement bottle; no ketchup in the bottle my wife retrieved off another table; finally ketchup on the third table steal. Someone had thrown up in the bathroom stall. I get it - sports bar - could you make the TV's any freaking louder. Even after the game had ended we had 10 minutes of blaring commercials before the next game. I guess in a college town none of this matters to the students as long as they get wings, beer and sports. read more

Apparently we are not allowed silverware. Yes I know BWW... but server did not bring my kids drinks of chocolate milk until after the food came and I we had to ask twice. I then asked for a drink from the bar with food and did not come until after I was finished with my dinner for several minutes (and I am a slow eater... maybe I finished quicker because I was not allowed silverware). Drove home 25 min away to find out half my order was not there. I Talked to the manager by phone she told me she couldnt refund me that she would talk to her manager and she would call me back. 3 1/2 hr later no call so I called back and "her manager" left and no call for refund. Placed a takeout order and on the phone the guy said it would be 10-15 minutes & I had a feeling he was being very optimistic but I still showed up 15 minutes after I placed my order and ended up wait a total of just about 40 minute & I had to go to the back to ask the manager about my order. First off let me say this is the nicest BWW I have ever seen! The booth's even have wall outlets! Who ever designed this place did an outstanding job! The food is the same as you would get at any other BWW. The major problem is that they could care less if you are there or not. My first complaint is how the hell is your name Buffalo WILD WINGS and you run out of wings around 9. Yet you still have 5 hours left to operate and you run out of other things on your menu. Second complaint, the restaurant is disgusting, food everywhere, tables are gross, menus are gross. Third complaint, the service was poor. Probably the worst service I've had in the last 10 years of eating out. 30 minutes plus and no drinks after ordering. Food taking over 45 minutes. Even after the manager was at our table apologizing, nothing changed. A complete disgrace to the chain. The kicker was the server got confused and asked repeatedly "Which one of your kids had the Tito's and soda?" and didn't even seem to understand what the issue was with that question. While in town for a graduation my sisters and I were wanting to have a beer and this was a good enough spot to be able to bring my nephews as well. I'm not a fan of this chain but being during the pandemic and with limited options this was close to our hotel so we opted for it. It was fairly quiet with only a couple other tables being occupied other than ours. The kids shared an order of fried pickles and we had a couple rounds of beers/drinks. Service was pretty slow considering the amount of people there but we weren't in a hurry so that didn't bother us too much, on the upside when we did see our server she was very friendly. For some odd reason when they give you silverware it is now in a paper pouch sans napkins so it felt like we kept needing to ask for items that should've been thought to be included. No matter, we weren't there that long and only stayed longer because when I asked for the check she heard 'cake' and brought us out a huge slice of chocolate cake! :D The kids were too excited to be able to send it back and it wasn't that bad so we ended on a sweet note haha. read more

The facility is one of the best looking. The wait staff are slow and very un-organized. Ive been there a few times; the first I had a great waitress she was outgoing and very motivated and got things done! The other two were horrible experiences. One of the host, Kenzie, tried to get our tv monitor on out in the patio came back 30 minutes later to tell us that the game we requested wasn't being played at their location. We went inside instead to find 4 monitors showing that game lol The best person to see is , Jess! She's a manager that knows how to manage her people and customers!!! if I could give negative 2 stars I would!!! after charging me $32 for a burger and 2 tacos, I arrive to pick up my online order and no one seems to know what im talking about and one girl accuses me of not knowing which location I ordered from, out comes the manager who basically looks on the counter and sees my order slip just sitting there, surprise, Ill have to wait for my order even though I ordered it nearly 30 min ahead of time. Then I get back to my hotel room and my food is ice cold and I didn't get the sides I was charged for...I proceed to call BWW and speak to the "manager", this was a different person than before and after telling me I all I could do was come back up there and get the food. I told him, I couldn't come all of the way back up there and would like a refund for the food I didn't get...he tells me he can't give me a refund and after asking to speak to someone else, he says, "ok" laughs and hangs up in my face. I guess BWW doesn't care about my business not customer service. Outrageous and I will be contacting my bank to get my refund and never going back there again!!Not sure who Lashawn H. is but he definitely needs to be trained better in hospitality! This place is the worst place to eat with friends. The food is lackluster at best. The music is so loud you have to literally yell to someone right across the table. I am rating BWW purely on a health and safety perspective. I have not even received my food yet. We are in the middle of a pandemic and BEW is not taking appropriate safety measures. We were greeted by two staff. One with their make on his chin and the other under his nose. All of the wait staff have their masks OneDrive their nose or on their chin. I have never seen anything like this since the pandemic started. There are also people walking around without masks. Seems to be the norm. I stopped here while driving across country and stopping for the night. If I could find anything else open I would leave. read more

Our waitress took our orders quick. However, our drinks came about 15 minutes later. Our food came at 11:30pm and the food was cold and some were warm. KAE WAS PHENOMENAL We brought our 8U baseball team in to celebrate a tournament win & were blown away by Kae's service. We had a large group (about 20 kids + 20 adults) and she took care of us while having several other tables. We know it's not easy taking care of a large group... especially when you have a bunch of rowdy boys! But Kae was amazing. By far the best service we have gotten anywhere as a team!!! She had a positive attitude & gave off good vibes the entire time, making sure everyone enjoyed themselves. So many times it seems like servers get annoyed with all the kids, but Kae didn't! She took the time to interact with them & make them feel included between running back and forth filling up drinks, making sure our orders were correct, & getting 100 ramikens of ranch. Seriously cannot say enough good things about her. Thank you BWW for accommodating us & thank you Kae for making it such a positive experience read more
