Food options were limited. No fried chicken was available which was surprising since that was the promotion. Initially, I was not greeted and seated until I asked for a manager. Staff was available but not attentive. Alexia saved the experience by taking the time to make sure I was taken care of. Overall, the freshness and availability of the food was not good. There were several dirty tables that needed to be cleaned and floor swept. Not a very clean appearance. Thanks to Alexia she definitely improved the experience but there are opportunities when it comes to cleanliness and the food. Big factors. read more
