My husband and I come here some what frequently and we never have any issues the food is good the service is fine even when they are busy because of game nights. It may be a bit loud at times but a great place to go for a beer, food and to watch a game. read more

Okay I don't know why I keep doing this to myself but this restaurant is better always terrible when it comes to service so I'm finally posting it Yelp. We arrived and waited for someone to assistant and no one did so we sat down in a little waiting area. Two other guys amen and they immediately serviced now or at least tried to until he spoke up. Once seated, it took over 15 minutes for someone to come to our table and I believe that was bartender. She got our drinks and told us our waitress was new we've been here over 30 minutes I have yet to see our waitress. Luckily we got our drinks ordered right away and the bartender also took our food order but we still have yet to receive our food or see our waitress. I reached out to a waitress named Carissa she was wonderful! I saw how hard she was working at but her assign tables and asked if she helped us out. She was very apologetic even though it wasn't her fault and she did a great job. Meanwhile, they asked a lady that was busing tables if she could give us some silverware and her response was" Can you give me a minute?" I'm almost made a Carissa rolled around and we asked her and would be seconds we had silverware. These employees need to take lessons from Carissa. We asked for wedges but got cold fries. Our wings were also cold and dry. My wife's burger was cold, dry and the barn was a little hard. In hindsight, we should have returned everything but I kind of felt like I knew what the service level was and I still chose to eat there because our friends wanted to eat there. Over the past years, I have seen Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) in various shopping centers and plazas, but never once stepped my foot inside one. I have always been curious about this restaurant. I finally took the first step and ordered something via online from them for pick-up. I was nearby Jess Ranch Marketplace in Apple Valley. BWW happens to be there. Got 20 piece boneless chicken with fries bundle primarily for my eldest daughter because she likes boneless. I am more a bone-in gal. Unfortunately, there was more batter than chicken. Fries were slightly salty. They definitely missed the mark! 1. Asian Zing flavor - not bad, but could be better 2. Lemon Pepper Dry Rub flavor - just okay! 3. Parmesan Garlic flavor - supposed to be parmesan garlic, but tastes like original with no flavor. We think it was a mix up with our order. Upon entry, the first thing I saw was the tons of TV screens on the walls. I didn't walk into the dining area to count the TVs, but I did ask the hostess. She said they have over 40 or 60 TV screens. Wowza! That's a whole lot of head turning LOL. Staff ladies were super nice and helpful. One of the ladies invited me to return back here to dine-in. Thanks miss! I may do that one day to give them another chance despite of the not so great boneless chicken. I will remember to order bone-in for me next time. read more

30 minutes,then food cold, bread on steak sandwich was hard as a rock sort of like microwaving bread. Also I ordered onion rings and was not told until it came they were out. So they offered fries. My son asked for carrots and celery with his and they brought fried with it also. No napkins and we asked and they still did not bring any. This used to be a great place but something happened. We came here on 12/26/25, it was busy but we were seated fairly quickly. Our waitress was great. However, when we were done and waiting for the check, my son finished his Dr. Pepper when we noticed something black in his cup. I used the straw to pull it out and it was a bug. Photo attached. At least 3 other patrons had issues with their order and were clearly frustrated with their experience too. Our food was fresh but so many items had been forgotten I was forced to return to the restaurant. The service here is so bad! I went there for a friends birthday and we had a very big party and at first out waitress was very accommodating. When we got done eating she began to bring us our checks. She brought my friend the wrong check that only had her food on it and not her drinks. My friend didn't notice she just paid for it. The waitress brought out a second check with the food and drinks on it and I just let the waitress know that she had already paid for her food and then she went off on us. She said that it was a big party and it was really complicated and I told her I'm not blaming you I completely understand that I'm just letting you know she already paid for her food and she just continued going off at me. I then let my friend take over and told her that she was being double charged. Then told the waitress that she already paid for her food the waitress yelled at her saying you were just gonna leave without paying for your drinks real f****** classy, my friend said I'm not leaving I'm right here tell me what I owe you and I'll pay it the waitress then says your holding the check in your had you can figure it out your self. So if you have a big party don't recommend this place what so ever. Here it is, Saturday night 6:30pm. Walk in to Buffalo Wild Wings hoping to enjoy some good food and a good time. Front counter says bar seating is open grab a seat if you like. We find a table and sit. 30 minutes go by, with servers walking by us literally we cant wave them down. Nobody will help us. Not even a water. So we gave up. I grabbed a dirty tray from a table near us that hadn't been cleared and and handed it to a server and said here, clearly you need the help. After a wait that long, we give up 7:05 and we head to Red Robin. Its busier, louder but servers are right there. Somebody sits us fast. Drink order immediately and they say, your server will be a second. Now were good, you see we were willing to wait, but as customer who will end up paying 100-150 for a night out what buffalo offered us was unacceptable. 0 for food, 0 for ambiance and I would give a 0 for service because we received none. Visit at your own risk. I know this place a low star rating, but was willing to try. Buffalo Wild Wing manager, fell free to reach out, let me know this was a one time thing. Overall I think BWW service anywhere and food waiting times are the same wherever you go. Terrible I think people can agree, but we have it chance. Over 45 minutes waiting for food, the place was not busy to begin with. The server Nayla felt rushed, when we she asked anything else we started asking for small plates, napkins... and before we could continue she walked away and just said got it. My husband kept talking and it was rude to have walked away mid conversation. I went and asked if we could get utensils, extra sauce and another waitress came to assist. The food was okay, appetizer was cold and food tasted as if it sat in oil too long. After talking with another worker I noticed our server was more present in checking in. Decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings after the movies. Right as we walk in they Tryed to charge us 10 dollars per person cause of the up coming UFC fight. We told them we just wanna eat and go and not watch the fight, they replied and said after 6:30 they will have to charge us 10 per person, so we felt rushed. We ordered a sampler, 10 Boneless Wings, and our sodas. Staff didn't seem to Happy to be working there, we waited for over 37 minutes and our food never came out, so we asked how much longer is it gonna take? Are waitress replied saying oh I told the chefs to put a rush order on your guys food. So we decided to leave. Upon leaving they still made us pay for our sodas. Also, it seems like the food sits under the heat lamp for another hour before actually being brought out. I could door dash wings from any restaurant within a 30 mile radius faster than the way they serve here. I've never witnessed an establishment as inefficient as this. The only reason there isn't 0 stars is because yelp doesn't give the option. The fact that this place has a 2 star average rating is amazing. Everything about this place needs to change, I don't understand how they're still in business. Every single staff member could be replaced by traffic cones and it would probably be faster. If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. This was, without exaggeration, the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. The moment we walked in, we should've taken it as a warning sign. Their entire system was down, and instead of being honest or slowing things down, they kept seating people like everything was normal. It was obvious they had no control, no organization, and no ability to handle the situation. We waited 30 minutes just for drinks and over an hour for food--which came out completely cold. Not room temp. Not warm. Cold, like it had been sitting somewhere forgotten. When they finally remade it, the plates didn't even come out together. Everything was staggered so badly our visit dragged into almost three miserable hours of waiting, frustration, and disappointment. And the service? Truly the worst I've ever experienced. Our server disappeared for long stretches, barely checked in, and acted annoyed any time we asked for something simple. My kids literally had to refill their own drinks because no one bothered to come by. You can literally check your cameras and watch them doing it--that's how ignored we were. It took 15 minutes to get ranch. 20 minutes to get the check. And when we asked to speak with a higher-level manager, we were ignored and brushed off like we didn't matter. The attitude, the lack of responsibility, and the absolute absence of customer care was unbelievable. I've visited many Buffalo Wild Wings locations, and this one hit a new low. Chaotic, careless, and downright disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. After this nightmare of a visit, I will never be coming back. Wow. I thought the reviews for this place were just from a few bad people getting a bad experience. I was wrong. Me and my party of 6 (with 1 kid). Waited for over an hour to get our food. When it was brought to the table it was literally cold to the touch. When we asked our waiter why our food took an hour and why it was cold he simply said "I've been here since 5 it was my managers decision to have me here" What? After being asked to comp our entire experience because we only actually consumed some soft drinks and about 3 alcoholic beverages. Another worker charged us for 1 spiked lemonade and we walked out. First of all, we give a one star because they at least deserve a one star for the waitress showing up at the table. We ordered wings bone in and bone out and received drumsticks and chicken nuggets dipped in hot sauce in which we did not ask for, and we never received the coleslaw that was supposed to come with it, nor Any Ranch dressing. When asked where the coleslaw was, not once, but twice only then was it brought to us. And then I didn't touch it after one bite it was horrible.! I asked for a second beer and I let them know. I only wanted a 12 ounce and they brought me another 22 oz beer, and not sorry for nit listening, and I was then charged for it. Which is fine, I have no problem. It's just I would like to be heard and not be taken advantage of. The french fries that came with the wings was a joke. They were overcooked and there was maybe a small handful. I feel for the price that we pay to eat at this place, and come on, It's not like potatoes cost a lot, they should at least be gracious with the french fries. I'm not asking for the place to be like a Red Robin with Bottomless fries, even though that would be something they should look into, but they should give a portion that's worthy of their name, considering they sell wings. My final words on this review would be that their service needs to be better. I understand mistakes happen, especially in the food industry -- but this experience was so completely mishandled, inconsiderate, and frustrating that it deserves to be called out in full. I placed a pickup order through DoorDash -- a normal, everyday thing that people do with this restaurant all the time. I got the confirmation, everything seemed good to go, and I made the drive 7 miles across town to pick up my food. I have a full schedule, a family to feed, and like most people, I don't have time to waste. But I figured it would be a quick in-and-out trip. Instead, I got the complete opposite. When I got to the Buffalo Wild Wings on Dale Evans Parkway in Apple Valley, I walked in expecting to grab my order and head home. But I was met with blank stares and confusion. After waiting for someone to even acknowledge me, I was casually told that my order had been canceled. Canceled? When? Why? How? I received no notification, no update, no call, no text, not even a message in the DoorDash app. Just absolutely no communication whatsoever. What's worse is how the staff handled it -- or more accurately, how they didn't. No apology. No empathy. No attempt to fix the issue. Just a disinterested "Yeah, it got canceled" like it was no big deal. Meanwhile, I'm standing there having wasted my time, my gas, and my evening because this location couldn't be bothered to communicate a basic order update. This wasn't a minor inconvenience. This was a complete breakdown in customer service, professionalism, and basic courtesy. In what world is it okay to cancel someone's order without notifying them -- especially when they've already driven a decent distance to pick it up? It's 2025 -- we have apps, phones, emails, push notifications. Use them. There's no excuse for leaving a customer in the dark like that. And let me be very clear -- this wasn't a third-party issue. The cancellation came from the restaurant's end. And if that's the case, then it's the restaurant's responsibility to own that and make it right. Instead, I got brushed off and sent home empty-handed like I was the one causing a problem. If this location can't be trusted to handle something as simple as a pickup order -- let alone have the decency to inform customers when there's an issue -- then what does that say about how they run the rest of their business? I won't be giving this place another chance, and I suggest others think twice before placing any sort of remote order with them. We had a party of 12 for my grandson's birthday. Called ahead so we had a table to sit right down. We ordered drinks and it took an hour to get them. We didn't get our food for an hour and 20 minutes, but some people were done before others got their food. Portions were very small and some of them were cold. One person didn't get their sandwich for an hour and 40 minutes. We talked to the manager, who took slight discount on our bills. But we will NEVER step foot in that restaurant again.
