I was so disappointed!! We ordred a Lg pepperoni pizza, bbq wings and breadsticks. The pizza was burned(who burns pizza?), no flavor and beyond dry. Bread sticks were super bland. The wings were gross. Not sure how people like this pizza. We would have been way better off with little Cesars. The 1 star is for the bbq sauce on the wings that was only good thing we had. Ordered my food and 2 and a half hours later it was canceled. Tried calling multiple times and no answer.

I ordered a special via GrubHub, "2 Medium 2-Topping Pizzas Special Includes 6 wings and 2-liter soda," but somewhere between clicking the order button and receiving my food, the wings disappeared from my receipt. I called to ask and was told the wings would be delivered in another hour. Two hours later, LA Pizza had closed for the night and I never received the wings I paid for. Horrible customer service. I've ordered numerous times from them already, and every single time my order is wrong. I always ask my pizza with light sauce, and before completing the order I remind the person taking my order to please make sure my pizza is with light sauce. I always get a response like "don't worry, I'll make sure it has light sauce." But I NEVER receive my pizza with light sauce. How hard is it to follow a simple request?! And to make up for it, I get offered a small discount or a free topping (since I always order the mega with extra toppings)?! On top of that, they have horrible etiquette with answering the phones. Good pizza for a even better price. The pizza is not bad . You get more than you pay for and its better than lil ceasers but that's not a high standard. I still recommend it I was medicated and one of the side effects is major hunger so it taste exquisite to me but I'm sure my meds had something to do with that. Nonetheless, good pizza. First of all let me start off by saying the pizza was not actually that bad. The customer service is horrible!! Firstly I walk in to the shop and Sharon behind the bullet proof glass looks at as if I just if I just interrupted something. She does not greet me in any way other then to ask if I was there for a pick-up. I tell her no and she continues to stare blankly at me with as if I am disturbing her. I ask her how long it takes to cook a pizza and she tells me six minutes I say ok and place my order. From looking at the menu board and doing the math in my head I figure the amount should come to 10.79(9.99 plus 0.80 for tax). She tells me 10.88, so I am thrown off a little and ask how much was the pizza? She tells me what her screen says and I explain to her how much the tax rate is in Victorville (8.0%) and she is staring at me like do you want it or what. I pay the amount she requested and ask for the receipt and again I am given a big attitude for asking. After looking at the receipt I find the header has a location on it for E. L.A., the phone for the E. L.A. location and that the tax rate they are charging is 8.8%. After waiting for almost thirty minutes for my pizza that takes six minutes to cook push out of the window by the cook without so much as a thank you, please come again or anything to suggest that anyone working appreciated the fact that I spent my money there. read more

The best part about this place is there delivery guy Anthony. 90% of the time the food comes wrong. And one time I had gotten my order completely wrong and the driver saw that it was completely wrong and I was missing stuff and instead of fixing my order the owner told me he'd give me $5 off my next order and I spent $50 on food that I did not order. I cannot understand how anyone can write a negative review about this pizzeria. I was working in the area yesterday and we went to try the pizza out at 7th in Victorville. They have a sit down place right next door. The service was great and so was the atmosphere. Staff was very pleasant and professional. The pizza taste great along with other side orders. The prices are extremely affordable. I saw a lot of foot traffic and deliveries going out. It may not look like one of those high teck designed restaurants but the food taste good. I guess that is why the prices are comfortable. I guess that some people have a different taste in there pallet. I recommend this pizzeria. read more

We ordered a pizza online at 8:20, got a confirmation email saying our pizza would be here in 40 minuets, gave it 50 minuets called at 9:30 and they said our pizza was on our way. 10 comes around and still no Pizza. We call and have to talk to 4 people, the driver gets put on the phone and tells us that he delivered the pizza and spoke to someone in our apartment. We NEVER got someone at our door. The driver walked up to someone asked where our apartment was, that guy told him that it was his apartment and the damn driver gave him the Pizza!! Never asked to see the credit card or Id nothing! I just tried to place an order with the Victorville location! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I am only putting 1 star because I have to! They said 45 mins to 1 hour delivery showed up 1 hour 40 minutes later. Called three times & twice they hung up on us. They didn't have the ravioli or soda we ordered & did not inform us of this until the driver was here. The driver didn't speak english so I have no idea what he was saying. I can advise this as the worst pizza delivery ever experienced in my many years of ordering pizza. My husband and I were driving from Minnesota to California and were exhausted the night we stopped at the first motel (12/14) we could see off the highway which happened to be in Victorville. We had no idea where we were exactly and it was dark. The Hilltop Inn told us where to find some food or suggested we call for a pizza to be delivered. We got lost and returned to the motel and ordered a pizza. We called and ordered pizza, pop and chicken wings. Told about an hour. We waited an hour and called back; were then told the driver's transportation broke down and they had to remake the order and it would be another hour. WOW! We waited another hour and still no response, so called again; this time told that they couldn't reach us even though the cell was sitting between us. WOW! Then told us it would be another 30 minutes. If we hadn't already waited 2 hours , we should have just cancelled, but we were hungry and didn't want to get lost again (Minnesota nice) Arrived about 30 minutes later. We didn't eat much as we were so tired after over 2.5 hours of waiting and apparently that was a good thing as we both got sick the next morning... so experienced extremely poor service, lied to us (said they called), and on top of that poor pizza/cold wings) At the light of day as we continued our journey we ate at Ritchies in Victorville and experienced the true hospitality of the city. So why would they put a coupon out that you can't use without ordering more food than you want???. I ordered the 1 large 1 topping pizza special, which came with 6 wings, a order of breadsticks, and a 2 liter soda. When I placed the order I was not told a delivery time, when I called back they had said it was out for delivery, and should be to me in about 20 minutes total time so far 1 hour 16 minutes. I waited and waited and then the delivery driver showed up. Not to discredit the driver, she said they mixed up the street numbers to my address. When I got the order, everything was hot, the soda was cold, but my wings were supposed to be hot wings, and I had received BBQ wings. I called back and let them know they sent the wrong wings, they said they would send the correct ones. About an hour and 20 minutes later the order of hot wings showed up. I dont like to write negative reviews on any business, and this isn't the only time I have received less then desirable service. This time warranted the review, I dont live far from this establishment, so the delivery time should not have been this far off.
