My first time at any Angry Chickz and I really enjoyed everything - from the ordering to the food. Seeing their menu for the first time, it seemed rather straightforward and simple. I ordered the #1 - 2 Chicken Sliders with Fries. Without knowing their heat scale, I went with medium. While I can take spicy - I wanted to be able to taste the flavors and not just go for hot hot hot. The place wasn't too busy, so it didn't take long for the food to come out. I must say - I loved the chicken slider and its flavor. I felt the seasoning was on point and the medium spice level was perfect for the flavor. If anything, I'll go another level hotter next time. The fries were delicious! They were hot, crispy and had a tasty seasoning on them . For my first visit and considering the cost it was a complete disappointment!! Honestly I was prepared to give grace, but the service and order handling were extremely poor. My order was made incorrectly not once, but three separate times, and the total cost was $68.56. My teenage son was with me, he was actually the one who suggested we try this place. We ordered the catering meal and the guy who helped me at the register stated the order included four tenders, toast, and fries and drink. When our food came out, there was no toast. So I had to go back inside restaurant after leaving. When I went back to ask, they told me at register that the catering order did not come with toast at all. On top of that, they forgot part of a separate meal and never gave it to me in the bag. I walked out trusting my food was picked up as ordered and paid for. When I asked about it, the lady at the register looked at me and insisted she had already remade it, even though I never received my order in the first place. The way she looked at me made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. On my third trip back to the restaurant I literally had to drive 15 minutes back for and just for no reason. If a meal doesn't include toast, that should be clearly stated customers should get what they're paying for. Also thanks for keeping my receipt!! My rating is a one star. Please do better read more

Walk in very chill vibe it was clean and the decor was on point goes with the vibe . They even have the hot seat spot also . The staff were very nice and friendly very helpful also . The food menu was very simple but very good I got the #1 and it was very juicy and not dry the heat level was just amazing. 1 star. I ordered the Angry Mac with MILD spice from Angry Chick's, got home, took a few bites, and immediately realized there is absolutely no way this was mild. It tasted like extra hot or something way beyond what I ordered. My tongue was burning so badly I literally couldn't talk and had to sit there eating ice for almost an hour just to calm it down. (Mind you 2 hours later I'm still eating ice while typing this thing out) What made it worse was the customer service. I called them about it and they showed basically zero concern or remorse. When we went back to talk about it, I asked what spice level they thought was put on it, and the employee just said "mild" in the most careless tone possible. I've had their mild before. This was NOT mild. Mistakes happen, but acting like the customer is crazy instead of trying to fix it is what ruined the experience for me. Myself and my husband went opening weekend. It was busy, as to be expected, but even though the line was out the door we waited only a little less than 10 minutes to get to the cashier. The service was great. There were probably 20 employees, multiple in the lobby and at the door constantly checking on patrons making sure we had what we needed. The food was pretty good. I got the Chicken Fry bowl in Hot. They do warn you about the heat. My only issue was that they do not have allergens posted. When I asked an employee they did know that they use PEANUT OIL to cook in. I just wish it was posted at the door, and behind the cashier. I had the mild tender which was perfect, not much spice but just enough to tingle the lips a lil bit. Dip that in there sauce and oh my goodness. It's just happiness in your mouth. Very good texture and taste all around. The French fries were cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. Il say this here though I took a bite of my daughter's hot tender and oh my goodness. I found myself dying of the heat, sweating like crazy and the hot just lingers, and I can't imagine what the hottest one would do to me. But if you like light spice, hot, or straight hellfire heat, with exceptional flavor and delicious sauce to dunk. This is the place to try. I explained nicely, that the reason I was requesting my money and canceling my order was, the young man was back there sneezing while preparing the food. The young lady manager who helped me was surprised to hear that, like she didn't even notice. Likewise, I am surprised that a manager or supervisor would not take notice of their employees, and what they are doing. Sorry to leave a negative review.
