Walked in to a big open and friendly space. Tables were clean and busted. They have one cute table called The Hot Seat. They were still getting customers near closing time which is a good sign. First time here so didn't know what they served. They are known for Nashville hot chicken, crispy tenders, loaded fries, other sides, and drinks. Very simple menu with chicken sliders, chicken tenders over toast or rice, and bowls with the same. Heat levels are bold and fiery from Country (no heat), Mild (light spice), Medium (perfect heat), Hot (feel the burn), X-Hot (call 911), to Angry (sign a waiver). I asked the nice and friendly young lady for her recommendation. She prefers the chicken tenders over toast. Since it was my first visit, she suggested I try one slider and one tender to see what I like most. That's what I got with mild spice. Thank you Miss! Wow, chicken tenderz were huge! So very moist and tender! It was covered with a good layer of spice (paprika, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne blends) that was amazing in taste and flavor. Sauce was delicious. CUSTOMER SERVICE is level one. It's the worst I've ever f experience. I took two bites of a bowl and realized it wasn't my order. My receipt said a different item we then took it back. My order was made incorrectly not once, but three separate times, and the total cost was $68.56. My teenage son was with me, he was actually the one who suggested we try this place. We ordered the catering meal and the guy who helped me at the register stated the order included four tenders, toast, and fries and drink. When our food came out, there was no toast. So I had to go back inside restaurant after leaving. When I went back to ask, they told me at register that the catering order did not come with toast at all. On top of that, they forgot part of a separate meal and never gave it to me in the bag. I walked out trusting my food was picked up as ordered and paid for. When I asked about it, the lady at the register looked at me and insisted she had already remade it, even though I never received my order in the first place. The way she looked at me made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. On my third trip back to the restaurant I literally had to drive 15 minutes back for and just for no reason. Myself and my husband went opening weekend. It was busy, as to be expected, but even though the line was out the door we waited only a little less than 10 minutes to get to the cashier. The service was great. There were probably 20 employees, multiple in the lobby and at the door constantly checking on patrons making sure we had what we needed. The food was pretty good. I got the Chicken Fry bowl in Hot. They do warn you about the heat. My only issue was that they do not have allergens posted. When I asked an employee they did know that they use PEANUT OIL to cook in. I just wish it was posted at the door, and behind the cashier. (Mind you 2 hours later I'm still eating ice while typing this thing out) What made it worse was the customer service. I called them about it and they showed basically zero concern or remorse.
