I ordered the #1 - 2 Chicken Sliders with Fries. Without knowing their heat scale, I went with medium. While I can take spicy - I wanted to be able to taste the flavors and not just go for hot hot hot. The place wasn't too busy, so it didn't take long for the food to come out. I must say - I loved the chicken slider and its flavor. I felt the seasoning was on point and the medium spice level was perfect for the flavor. If anything, I'll go another level hotter next time. The fries were delicious! They were hot, crispy and had a tasty seasoning on them . For my first visit and considering the cost it was a complete disappointment!! Honestly I was prepared to give grace, but the service and order handling were extremely poor. My order was made incorrectly not once, but three separate times, and the total cost was $68.56. My teenage son was with me, he was actually the one who suggested we try this place. We ordered the catering meal and the guy who helped me at the register stated the order included four tenders, toast, and fries and drink. When our food came out, there was no toast. So I had to go back inside restaurant after leaving. When I went back to ask, they told me at register that the catering order did not come with toast at all. On top of that, they forgot part of a separate meal and never gave it to me in the bag. I walked out trusting my food was picked up as ordered and paid for. When I asked about it, the lady at the register looked at me and insisted she had already remade it, even though I never received my order in the first place. The way she looked at me made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. On my third trip back to the restaurant I literally had to drive 15 minutes back for and just for no reason. Myself and my husband went opening weekend. It was busy, as to be expected, but even though the line was out the door we waited only a little less than 10 minutes to get to the cashier. The service was great. There were probably 20 employees, multiple in the lobby and at the door constantly checking on patrons making sure we had what we needed. The food was pretty good. I got the Chicken Fry bowl in Hot. They do warn you about the heat. My only issue was that they do not have allergens posted. When I asked an employee they did know that they use PEANUT OIL to cook in. I just wish it was posted at the door, and behind the cashier.
