Placed a Togo order tonight before I left work to take home so the family could enjoy some wings while we watch the game. When I got there two people were waiting already. When the Togo lady got to me she couldn't find my order but said she'd go to the back and check. When she came back she said I must have called the wrong store and she was sorry. I double checked the number when I got to the car and it was in fact the store I was at. When I tried to call back they wouldn't answer the phone. I would try to give the benefit of the doubt due to Covid but this store sucked before covid so I'm not sure why I expected more from them. read more

I can't take it anymore. The blonde used to be bartender now manager is awful. The entire place is a train wreck. Sad thing is we (Athens) needs this restaurant and most BWW are decent and this one could be. Please please get some managers in here and fix this sad excuse of a restaurant. read more

My husband & I drive from Huntsville to this Buffalo Wild Wings location for actual wings. Unfortunately, the ones in the Huntsville gives small wings with bad service. I love this location because we get great service each time we come, food is fast, and wings actual size like they're suppose to. Recommend this location if you're around the area! read more

On September 14, 2019, I arrived at this BWW to have wings, drinks and watch Alabama play South Carolina. I was under the impression that this was a sports bar. I was wrong. They did have football on the many TV's. However, there was no sound. They were playing music. When I asked about the sound, the bartender let me know that not everyone wanted to hear the football games. I reminded her it was sports bar and asked about the sound for the Alabama game. She became visibly frustrated with my continued questioning and referred me to the manager. They did turn on the sound. Unfortunately, people talking and placing orders drowned it out. I could not hear the game. I paid for my drink and departed. Can't address food. I didn't stay long enough. I can say the drink was expensive. This was my final visit to this location. read more

May 30th, 2022. If i could leave no stars i would. Our server was nice and apologized for how slow our order took. Ordered an appetizer and it took maybe 30 mins to get to us. I ordered 15 wings with a side of fries and my brother ordered 6 boneless wings and a side of fries took about 45 mins to get that after we got our appetizer. The food was great when we got it. So i thought. It was super cold on the inside and it looked like they threw it in the microwave before we got it cause it sat so long. My brother got food poisoning from his and I'm sure i got something as well cause i didn't even make it home before i had to pull off at a gas station. We will never be back and i don't even know how this place is still open. It has been a shit show ever since it opened. If you want a good BDubs to go to i would suggest the one at 7042 Highway 72 west Huntsville, AL 35806 way better service and food is always spot on their. Never had an issue like the one in Athens. I wish corporate would get involved and shut it down or clean house and hire new management. read more

Probably the worst service at a restaurant you'll ever experience. It's not just once or twice either. The service has been careless and extremely slow EVERY SINGLE TIME. Update... Dec19,2020. I ordered online. Called the store to verify they received it. They did. Told me it would be 20 minutes. 20 minutes turned into an hour. They said the cooks had not gotten my order & would have to make it. Order was missing celery, ranch, marinara. Had to go back in & wait again. Once i got home, the order was flats & drumettes...I ordered ALL FLATS...i asked where the manager was. I was told he (Brandon) was sitting in his office. I never saw him in the restaurant. Faith & Taylan were super nice & apologetic. I blame a GROSS LACK OF MANAGEMENT for all the inconvenience i was put thru today. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! 79 rating. Not even crowded and couldn't pull off stirring the sugar into tea. There was a quarter inch of sugar in the bottom of my nephews cup. Overheard an employee telling another that to not bring dishes back because the kitchen was overflowing and nowhere for them to go. read more

Don't think we will go back.. We ordered a basket of flat wings, and only got 4. The rest were drumsticks. If mild is truely their mildest, then we definately won't return. They were so hot, we didn't finish them. We requested more napkins, and the waitress wanted to know if we seriously wanted more than two!! Stopped here just before 2 pm (Saturday afternoon) on our way home from Florida as BWW is one of our favorite restaurants. This one however was horrible! Restaurant was not that busy with numerous empty tables/booths. We ordered right away as we all know our favorites. It took over 40 minutes to get our food! Manager (David) stopped by the table to say he realized it was taking awhile but offered nothing more than his acknowledgment of bad service. When we did finally get our food, fries we more like 1/2 orders...which the waitress acknowledged but again did nothing about. She did not refill drinks timely and when she brought our credit card slip for us to sign she didn't bother to give us a pen...she simply walked away. We had to ask another server nearby to borrow a pen so we could finally leave. We are now stuck in bumper-to -bumper traffic after loosing close to two hours for a meal that should have taken less than one. read more

Do you like movies because the movie Logan was great it had a run time of two in a half hours... if you get a table run to the movie theater by the time you get back they may have started cooking your food by them... they earned every star read more

You had five tables around the bar area that were not clean, the bar itself was dirty,the bartender went outside to smoke a cigarette and came back in without washing her hands. We normally like Buffalo Wild Wings, we went with some friends we all got small wings and 1 app and it was 112$ that's ridiculous and regardless the service was horrible too. We waited 25 minutes and over each time we asked for anything even things such as napkins. I don't recommend the boneless wings as they are heavily breaded. Although the boneless wings were served warm/hot to maybe hot, the breading tasted old (almost freezer burned). I'm not one to complain usually, but I've had better boneless wings at KFC for much less money. Also, the celery was cold and looked fresh but the ends were brown like they had been cut for awhile and several ends were soft, as if they were trying to spoil. read more
