3 strikes and your out. I will no longer be coming to this location. The last 3 times we came, each time we ordered a appetizer which came out with the main meal or even after. Each time there was only one server running the whole restaurant with little to no help. Last time there were 2 managers and never were seen. At least help bring out meals or bust some tables if you have one server. I understand Covid is going on and there's a workplace shortage. Still doesn't mean you don't try your best to give a good experience. Then as well, each time we ordered different things on the menu and were told it would be $2 extra for this or that. For example, the chocolate fudge cake dessert. The restaurant menu states tha slice comes with chocolate syrup and vanilla ice cream. When the dessert came out it was just the slice of cake and no ice cream. The person who brought the food looked like they were running carry out too and said they'd ask about it. When the server finally was able to make it back to us they stated the ice cream doesn't come with the cake and that it was $2 extra. Well if there's this or that that doesn't come with meals or desserts yet states it clearly on the menu, then change the menu I truly feel bad for servers who work here because it seems they get little to no help. The managers know the days and times they're busy. So why have one server? If someone doesn't show up then call a person in or at least come out and help. Walk around and check on the tables and talk to people. A little politeness and guest service will go a long way and make a bad experience seem not as bad. read more

My only wish about Buffalo Wild Wings is that they release some new flavors, They have had the same for years and although fantastic, I wish something new would come around. I will start by saying I have never posted a review before now. This is the first. An absolutely awe full experience. I paid for my online order at 12:40 and it stated it would be ready at 1pm. I arrive at 12:55 and the girl working the pickup window stated they were finishing up. As I waited a lady shows up and makes them give her fresh fries due to being cold and soggy. After her a guy has to get them to Regis's his wings. At this time it's now 1:15.. The manager on duty comes by asking if everyone's okay I state that I have been waiting for over 25 minutes now and she claims they are boxing it up. Another 15 minutes go by and she is in the bar area dancing to music..... finally after being there for 35 minutes they present me with my order, cold half tossed wings and dark brown soggy fries also cold. I ask if that's all the fries we get and the guy working the pickup window along side the other female states they are "portioning" fries now to six oz's. I respond with how I'm a chef who's been in the industry for years and those are burnt cold soggy fries that may weigh a total of 6 oz between the 2 orders.. With nothing to better my experience the manager gets me more fries after another 8 minutes. If I could go back I would've asked for a refund and left without eating this piss poor lunch... P.S. there were maybe 3 tables in the restaurant so busy was not an excuse. read more

Going out to eat with a 2 1/2 year old and a 7 month old is challenging and this is only the 3rd time we've taken both kids out because of that. The beginning of dinner was heading towards disaster. We ordered our food and then we waited. And waited. And waited. No refills, no checking in, no appetizer! We watched other customers who had gotten there after us getting food and waited for one of our children to have meltdown. So, my husband found the manager. This is when things started looking up. Our food arrived immediately after and we got excellent service for the rest of the meal. The manager came over to check on us personally a couple of times and even comped our meal!!! The wings were amazing and exactly as we ordered (wing flats, extra crispy, extra seasoning). The buffalo chips were perfect and my sons kids meal apparently was delicious too! THEN to top it all off, the manager brought over a dessert on the house. And the kids didn't even freak out too much! Although things started rough, we will definitely go back. What can I say the few times that I have been here, I've been more disappointed every time. The service is not the best, waiters and waitresses are not polite in anyway. I personally feel like they get irritated by any questions you might have that is out of the normal questions they get. The food taste good but I can't say I would recommend anything in particular. The wings are average and that is their main staple. The downside side is the portion size, it is almost painful to look at. ( I will be the first to admit that I'm not a sports bar kind of person so I don't know if all sports bars give you such small servings.) I have been to this location a few times now. The food is good, pretty standard across the board at all the BWW restaurants I have been too, they are consistent. The service was alright each time, nothing negative but nothing that made me feel like a valued customer. Usually get their fries with the chipotle BBQ seasoning (and buy a bottle for cooking at home). It is buy far their best seasoning. We switch up with sauce flavors each time but Asian Zing is a go-to, but can't go wrong with their classic buffalo sauces or the garlic Parmesan sauce. The food is 5 stars but the price of the food and mediocre service bring this rating down a bit. The price is a bit high for what you get but every once in awhile it is a good spot to splurge on good apps and wings. read more

I have been eating here since I moved in down the street and think its a great place to go. The staff is very friendly, we usually sit at the bar rather than tables, so at least the bar staff is a good group of people. Most of the servers seem nice too even though we sit at the bar, in spite of what some other comments indicate. We like the food. Its your standard bar fare, wings and appetizers, and the food Happy Hour is pretty good. The drink Happy Hour used to be better with a late night drink special, but they did away with that. Would definitely be a 5 star rating except that it does get expensive in spite of the cheap wings. Overall very good though. read more

This is one of our local staples. Our whole family really likes this place. My hubby goes to the one in Middletown 2 or 3 times per week. He's been know to go to a BDubs twice in one day! Word of caution, if you order the chopped salad, which is quite a tasty salad, it's prone to result in a garden salad being delivered in error. The manager told me that there's some confusion between what it's called on the menu and how the servers order it on the computer. I also really like that they serve the Stella Artois drafts in a chalice, the only real way to drink a Stella. Try anything, it's all pretty good. We went on a Thursday where it was 60 cent boneless wings, so we knew it was going to be a long wait. We have went before were prepared to wait extra long for our food. However I did not expect to wait an hour and 15 minutes for our boneless wings. 3 tables that were seated well after we were, were fed before us. The first table that got served before us did not order boneless wings, so I understood. The next two tables that were served however, ordered boneless wings and got their order before ours. I do not blame anyone except the manager. He was wandering around the restaurant aimlessly and passed our table at least 4 times without saying anything. He attended to cold fries on the 2 tables surrounding us while still pretending he didn't see us. Our waiter even asked us to speak to us right in front of him and for some reason he ignored us again and spoke to another table. Our waiter told us the kitchen was backed up and losing orders and that is why other wings were served before ours. The manager seemed to not like conflict and I do not appreciate being ignored. Next time I guess I will have to make a scene to be noticed. We did not get comped anything. We are not the type of people to make a scene and ask but I found it extremely ridiculous and rude that I should have to even say anything. We finally took our food to go and had to pay full price. Like I said, we were absolutely prepared to wait and we were not even upset by the hour and fifteen min wait. Went out to eat here last night with my boyfriend. This is always our place to go out and eat whether it be dining in or carrying out; we love it! I just worked a 12 hour shift at my other job and I needed some good food, fast. My boyfriend got a seat and when I came in the host knew exactly where he was. He was in a nice booth. (May I add that I love the knew renovations. The booths are wooden and uncomfortable. There are actually more booths and it's great to come and sit down on nice cushion after running around at work). Anyways, I forget the servers name I think it was Madison she never said her name to me because I came late but that's understandable. Food came out very fast, the server was very polite. The boneless wings were made PERFECTLY. Like I said previously, I eat here all the time and sometimes the boneless wings aren't thou roughly cooked (for they are frozen) and sometimes he sauce isn't always tossed on there all the way. But I've only experienced that twice. But these wings were amazing. Best experience this far. My favorite part of the whole dining experience is that this server offered us to go drinks. Very rarely servers offer me to go drinks whether it be at this BWW or anywhere else and the fact that she offered meant a lot . You would never think that that would make a difference but it does. It makes the difference that she cared enough even when we were about to leave the restaurant. I will return again of course for my boneless wing specials on Tuesday and Thursdays ! read more

This time we had to wait over 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge we were there and the place was pretty slow too What made the feeling worst is that different servers kept on walking by our table several times without ever stopping by, acknowledging or letting someone else aware that we had not been helped yet. There seems to be little to no teamwork among the servers of this place. Once a server finally got to us I asked to speak to a manager which took another 10 minutes... I expressed to the manager my disappointment in the service as I have been sever in my college years, but as I am speaking to him our server come up with drinks and that is when it got even worst. I've only eaten at this location a few times. The food was always pretty good. Tonight I wanted to pick up a relatively simple take out order. The staff was a bit dense. I spent about 20 minutes waiting at the take out counter. Several staff walked by and just stared at me and the other waiting guests. No one checked on us or offered to check on us. I was told they ran out of ingredients for one of my items. The manager scurried back and after a couple minutes came back and said they had it and that it would be a few minutes more. After 30+ minutes of waiting, they had my order ready... Of course they forgot stuff so I had to wait a bit longer. read more

I usually have really great service but tonight was horrible, I tried to get a table and it was really packed due to fight night, myself and my two friends tried to ask the manger Luke L. could we sit with a guy who was at a four chair table alone could we sit with him the gentleman had already agreed. Luke started off very aggressively stating he had better things to do we told him we knew the guy and would be ordering other things he stated " this is a neighborhood and everybody knows somebody" usually a comment like that would not bother me but I am not from " this neighborhood" and the tone in his voice was very demeaning. There was another young lady walking out and said she would be right back with three people but that seemed to be no problem although she was at a full table and had taken chairs from other tables for her extra guest. I wish I was able to leave negative stars but had to leave one. Nothing against BBW but Luke was very rude and hostile for no reason I will leave the other negative comments he made out of the review because it is way to long already. This was our 1st time ever at a BWW. We were seated promptly and the host was very cheerful and friendly. He had given each if our child a hand held game and that I believe gets 4 stars itself lol. After we were seated about a minute later a waitress asked if our server came to our table yet and we said no not yet and she had this really disappointing look on her face for like 30 seconds like oh crap I guess I have to do it now. That kinda made me a lil upset but she was right on top of everything once she started to do her job. There were 5 in our party. Everyone had Appetizers, the soft pretzels for the kids were great, the Jalapeno poppers with bacon were amazing The cheese curds were very good, and some kind of nacho platter was just a little too sweet for me but very good otherwise. Everyone at the table had ordered wings except for me. However I did try a few of the different flavors and they were amazing!! I had a build your own burger & onion rings. The burger was very good and tasty but the bun was so soggy from grease almost as though they dipped it in the fryer and the onion rings were also extremely greasy greasy greasy. I am giving only 4 stars because of the bun being so greasy. It was so soggy and slimy I couldn't eat the bottom part. But everything else was amazing. Little pricy but very very good.
