My wife and I decided to try Buffalo Wild Wings on Airline Drive in Bossier City for a casual sports bar night out. We were hoping for solid food and a good atmosphere, but unfortunately the experience fell short. We started with the Buffalo Chicken Dip, which is supposed to come with celery. When it arrived, the celery was missing. We didn't notice right away until we double-checked the menu. Not a huge issue on its own, but it set the tone. For our meals, I ordered the Bacon Chile Smash burger and my wife ordered the Mushroom Swiss. About 15 minutes later our food came out -- but again, items were missing. My burger didn't have the onions it was supposed to include. We were also never given napkins or cutlery. I waited a few minutes for the bartender to come by so I could mention it, but she was engaged in conversation with another employee at the end of the bar. The restaurant wasn't busy. After about five minutes, I had to say, "Excuse me, can I get some service over here?" just to get assistance. When I mentioned what was missing, they remade my entire burger instead of just correcting it. While I appreciate them attempting to fix it, that meant my wife's food sat there getting cold while we waited. It just made the whole experience frustrating. For around $50, we expected something closer to what's advertised. The food quality didn't match the pictures or the price point. Overall, the service was disappointing and the food was underwhelming -- more in line with fast food expectations than a sit-down restaurant. We left seriously disappointed. read more

But as a large corporation, cheaping out on "boneless wings" is nuts. And it's not just these 10, we got 40 boneless wings in total. And I swear to God you can pop 5 in at a time they are so small. This place has been getting progressively worse over the years. The last time I went, which was 11/13/21, was not a good experience at all. Starting with the two hostess taking forever to seat me when there were literally seats everywhere but Let's just say for the sake of argument that their were only a few servers working so okay gotcha. So after 3-4 minutes of waiting one of them says they will seat me in a minute but the other hostess as to clean off a table first so I'm like cool, but when I get to the table there was still food particles on the freaking table!!! So getting to the waitress, she had a nice personality but the hospitality industry does not seem to be her strong suit. She did not bring us any napkins or utensils. I constantly had to remind her to bring me a beer which took 20 minutes for me to finally receive and it was brought to me by another server at that. The appearance of the place was atrocious. Trash and chicken wings were all over the floor as if someone needed an invitation to start cleaning up. 90 percent of the empty tables needed to be cleaned and wiped down. The wait time of the food was nearly an hour when all I asked for was a 10 piece wing and fry. That was most definitely my last time going back to that place willingly! read more

Literally the worst experience I have ever had with BWW and I frequent often. I don't just blame them, I blame the dasher who took 50 minutes to deliver our food but also the employee who didn't check the bag at the restaurant. All the food arrived cold, the mozzarella sticks had no cheese in them, they did not put any sauces for the wings in the bag. The traditional wings were supposed to be salt and vinegar and came with no seasoning at all. I ordered a side salad which was also not with our order. Yes part of the problem is the partnership with DoorDash but also the quality control on the food leaving the kitchen. If it wasn't my husband who ordered the food I would have sent it back with the dasher and if I was at the restaurant I would have sent it back and left. So we went here for sons birthday we had a party of 13 and 5 of us got there early to get a table but they won't or sit us tell the whole party was there but they would save our tables that made no sense. So when 11 of us were there they still would not sit us until are 13 were there people were walking away because they thought there was a wait. The hostess said it was the managers policy. As usual staff waitress was on point, superb service to say the least. I got my usual and I asked why the quantities decreased by one wing on every size. Well it turns out the wings are now bigger so they decided to decrease the number of wings in each size. I really think the wings are the same size, smaller even. Sports bars are supposed to be neutral places for everyone. 2 for 2, the bar has had Fox News on. No wonder most of the servers were out of shape guys and the place has been dead both times. The food has been 3 stars for the past 10 yrs or so as everyone, including even Hooters, has passed them in food quality. This location is a nice inclusion in Bossier and as it is new, so far so good. First thing you will notice is TV's EVERYWHERE. I almost wanted to try and count them all. No seat in the house will not have a good TV to view from. That said, I didn't come for the sports, simply to have a meal with the family. Food quality per other locations is actually high, even presentation is a higher note. Taste is about what you would expect, per typical of any location. Only dings here are service, which is often slow but also just under-trained, which is fully expected while its fairly new and working out the kinks. However, those kinks, and a less than pleasurable first trip (again, only due to speed of service and lack of attention, my drinks stayed empty, food came out one at a time instead of all at once etc) make me leery to come again until they are worked out. Went here yesterday for the first (and last!) time, so it's possible it was a one-off experience BUT... I ordered online and the "latest" it was supposed to be ready was like 6:30 -- about 30 mins prep time. I got there around 6:40 and when I got there, I was told it wasn't ready yet. Okay, fine. It was BOGO Tuesday so they were kinda busy. Fast-forward 20 minutes or so and I'm told that something went wrong with my order so they're preparing it now. Okay, fine. Kind of annoying but things happen -- as someone who's worked in restaurants, and a BDubs specifically, I get that. (I honestly think what happened is they lost my ticket and never made the order). Fast-forward ANOTHER 20-30 minutes (I REALLY try to be understanding in situations like this since I've been on the other side, but I'm definitely irritated by now) and I finally get my order -- without the veggies or the side sauces. I go up to the to-go counter to get what I'm missing and the girl says okay, give me one second and I'll get it for you. Well... 10-15 minutes went by and I was still waiting (note: she did get my ranch, but on top of the veggies, I ordered a side wing sauce which is yes, only $.60, but it's the principle of the thing so I wasn't about to leave without the sauce lol). After being there for like an hour, I finally just got up and went to a hostess and asked them to get what I'd been waiting for so I could leave. To her credit, she did it for me and did it fairly quickly. As far as the actual quality of the food goes -- one of my carrots was rotten, although it DID look pretty normal on the outside so I can't necessarily fault them for that, my wings were barely coated in sauce, and I only ate like... three? wings (& didn't eat anything else but some snack foods all day) but I woke up today around 8:30am sick to my stomach and STILL don't feel very well as I'm writing this, so make of that what you will.
