Went here on Saturday, January 17th, 2026 at about 7:30pm. The place was a little busy but not completely full - got seated right away. Just me (Dad) and my 9 year old son (party of 2). Our server came out to the table to greet us, a guy named Derek, who was very disheveled - unshaven, teeth missing, uncombed beard, hair in a bushy ponytail, long fingernails and dirty looking hands. Sat down and waited a good 15 minutes for 2 sodas, then put our food order in which were both the same - All-American hamburger with no tomatoes on them, one with fries and one with onion rings, requested mustard on both - that's it. About 35 minutes later, both hamburgers come out, and each one has tomatoes on them. When a different server brought our food out, I asked for some ranch to go with the onion rings. The ranch never came. I sat and waited for our server to come by the table, but for the next 15 minutes, he never showed up. My son is a slow eater, and he picked his tomato off, and started eating his hamburger. He was almost done with his hamburger when the server came back, and both glasses were empty (we each had the same soda). I told him that the hamburgers were incorrect and that there was a tomato allergy, thus why we requested no tomatoes, and I again asked for some ranch for the onion rings. While waiting even more, I asked another server for some ranch. Another 25 minutes goes by, and he finally comes out with a new hamburger, this time without tomatoes. I politely told the server that I asked for ranch three times, and I thought for sure that while they were re-making the hamburger they would have also brought out new onion rings, as the other ones sitting on the table were completely cold, and that I was still waiting on the ranch so that I could eat them. I also told him that if he or they had brought out any ranch, I probably would have eaten them while waiting, but I was not expecting to wait so long as I did. Our soda glasses are still empty at this point, and my son is finished with his burger. The waiter says he will go back and get a new set of onion rings dropped in the fryer and then bring them out. After another 10 to 15 minutes, the new onion rings cam out, and by this time, I am already done with my burger. This place can do so much better. How hard is it to make two simple hamburgers the right way the first time? Not happy, probably will be a cold day in hell before I return here to get another hamburger! read more

Savannah was our waitress and wow - she had great customer service. She was super friendly and circled back to our table the perfect amount of times to ensure everything was all good with us. We are long time supporters of BW3. Over twenty years. We've moved our preferred location across six states. It's traditional wing Tuesday and my first attempt at wings with bones. I even braved the Blazin' sauce on half the wings. It's not for me. I settled on eating the other half. When our server discovered I didn't like Blazin, she amazed me by bringing out 10 more wings with Wild sauce. More Bleu cheese and a refill on my Arnold Palmer. He just called and told me the 16$ app is now 19.99. They would also get a side of 6 wings which was 7$. It's now 11.99!!!! First they are not that good, but up the price in one day almost 5 dollars?? I know since we were there 2 days ago and the prices were the regular price they have always been. They are not consistent, ever. Skimpy with their sides and the sauces never taste the same from one day to the next. After going there for 4 years..this is the last time. Called in on our way home. Was immediately put on hold for 5 minutes, no one told us we would be out on hold the phone just rang a few times then went to their hold music/advertising. We walked inside after we had already made it there and was still on hold. Had a rude server take our order - receipt says Skyler - he also told us he is the manager, if he still works there I highly recommend not eating at this location. We wait 45 minutes for our order after we were told it would take 30. Our drive home is 10 minutes. By the time we got home all our food was cold, we had no sauce for our tenders like we ordered and we paid extra for loaded tots and we just got regular side of tots. This establishment wasn't busy either, and for 5pm on a Saturday night that should've screamed red flag.. but we've learned our lesson and will never order from this place again. read more

This place is a joke! First we were told there was a 15 minute wait on a table for our three person party. There were multiple tables and booths empty. This place busy but was far from packed. After 10 minutes we were finally seated at one of the already empty tables. There was no reason to make us wait to sit. Next we waited 10 minutes before our server came. We ordered our drinks, apps, and food because we were afraid of how long it would take for service. Again another 10 minute wait just for drinks, lemonade and beer, nothing special. The server didn't bring a straw, we had to flag her down to get one. When our food arrives, my wife who ordered a chicken sandwich, got a bun burned so bad that it was hard as a rock around the edges. Her fries were cold. I ordered 6 chicken wings, cold when they came to the table. I had to flag down the server to get another beer to have with my food. After another 10 minutes the server checks on us for the first time since we first ordered. Fed up I asked for the check, it must have been at this point she remembered my second beer because she brought it with my check! The only thing I can think of is that they were short staffed. If that was the case then the manager needed to step up. You help out with the orders, apologize to customers, give out coupons. I'm only giving 3 stars because this is a chain. It should be impossible not to replicate the exact same thing at every single location. The fact that the ranch cups(every single one of them) could somehow not be filled to the top, is unacceptable. The boneless wings are cold and dry by the time you pick them up because the line is so long, from there not being enough people working. This business makes enough money to hire more people to work. I Came here Sunday night with my boyfriend pretty late, around 10:15pm The bartender was not very attentive - even though we sat at the bar. We ordered the sampler appetizer. The food came out, and the nachos were missing the chicken. When I brought it to the bartender's attention, she said she would discount it. I was happy with that solution. Then she came back letting us know they were out of chicken, but they were making more & she was going to hook us up with chicken, queso, and more chips. Was at your location today and I ordered 10 original Wings naked ( Flats) with side sauces & my husband ordered boneless wings. I also ordered onion rings and he ordered a salad. We both asked that our wings be well done. my wings were almost raw but I don't like to make a fuss so I just bought them home and refried them. the onion rings I also had to recook Waitress Journey was excellent. she was upbeat and just very very pleasant.thank goodness for her. First off I went to say this is Very snooty bar. Staff members through the years have always had attitude problems. How do I know, well I was an employee at one time years ago. So I like to stop in to the location every so often to see how much it's changed or what's new on the menu. I mean I still enjoy the food, if it is fresh. So for example, today I stopped in went to the bar to sit an order my food and to have a beer. And gosh I couldn't even sit down the bartender wants to rush me like he couldn't hold on for a second let me plant myself down in the chair. I hadn't even looked at the menu and he was wanting to take my order that second. Mind you I haven't even ordered my drink yet. Then he gives me this look like I don't belong in the bar, which then makes me feel awkward about being in the establishment. When I said just a second can I order a drink first. We gave BW3's a second chance after a disappointing New Year's Eve... Tonight the server noticed the gift certificates and asked what happened that we had so many....we briefly explained....I had high hopes that the knowledge would be applied.... I will say that the wings were MUCH better tonight...they were well coated, moist, and really tasty. The cheese fries weren't bad but spent too much time under the heat lamp...still tasted ok. The problem was more with inattentive service. We were in the restaurant about an hour for about 33 wings and a "basket" of fries... no appetizers or burgers.... some drinks were refilled but generally we sat wondering where the servers were and where was the food. Unfortunately I also used the lady's room....that needed attention and most alarming was the fact that a soap dispenser was out of soap....not a good thing in a restaurant... It's been a while since we've been to this location, but it seems like there have been some great changes to this location. First, our waitress was phenomenal. Kristine was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. We started with the house sampler which came out instantly and was served hot and fresh. All of our meals also came out pretty quickly. I guess it was kind of empty when we were there. We were there around 4 PM on a Wednesday. I ordered the naked tenders with a side of spicy garlic sauce and substitute the fries or chips with carrots and celery (trying to shed some lbs!. The tenders came out super fresh and juicy! They were perfect. The carrots and celery weren't bad either lol. The rest of the family enjoyed their meals as well. Other great aspects? The many, many TVs throughout the entire restaurant (all playing different events/shows), the TV at each table, and the tablets that are available for the kids to play games while waiting for their meals. Our server was Barry, down to earth guy just a shame he was in the weeds. We decided to stop for a quick bite on our way back from a trip and got seated rather quickly. Server came pretty quick and we had our order in within 10 minutes. Then the wait began, it took nearly 20-25 minutes just to get our appetizer (chili queso dip), during which we didn't get any updates and rare attention. After it came out, we were waiting another 35 minutes to get our wings. There was 4 of us with just small wings and granted a couple were split sauce orders... it wasn't rather complex. Barry, was good he remembered where it all went and who had what. It was disappointing that the wings were near dry and looked like they had sat in the serving window for 5-10 minutes. All in all, Barry did a decent job but the management needs to get their stuff together. After I was seated i was "accidentally" over looked and the bartender went OUT OF HER WAY to be SURE I had everything i needed all the way in another section SEVERAL times with pure remorse for my waiters actions!
