This is my 4th time coming here today me and my boyfriend took my nephew and his son everything we come here everything has been wonderful. The staff is friendly. Stephanie was very polite and nice whatever we asked for she made sure we had it. We only had to wait 10 minutes on our food very fast service. My 8 year old nephew ordered a small cheese pizza and he ate it all except one piece. It's hard to get him to eat anything but he almost ate the whole thing. The most awful service I've ever experienced, I get it's fast food but a complete lack of respect from the entire team for the customer. We were the first and only customers for 10 minutes, and it took them at least 15 to even drop our food. They refunded my order but when I asked what was taking so long they acted like everything was fine, while the crew was in the back yelling about who forgot to drop the food. This is the second visits I've experienced abnormal wait times, and now I must conclude it has to be attributed to pure laziness, not business. read more

Had not eaten at Savvy's before so decided to check them out for dinner. I downloaded and ordered via the app. Fast food joint feel but in a modern design. Service was good however the girl told me ketchup was in the box but it wasn't some other guy said no and gave me a handful. He saved the day on the onion ring experience. I ordered to two single sliders, a Boomin' Chicken Slider, some Onion Rings and some Cheeze Curds with some Boom Sauce. Everything was good except for the chicken. They scored high from the heath dept score so not worried about it. Savvy sliders is combined with Happy's Pizza's. I only tried the sliders on this visit. I ordered the Chicken sliders, fries and cheese curds everything was really good. The fries comes in 3 different flavors or you can just get plain. I look forward to trying something different the next time I go. Everything was made fresh. I do think they are a little bit expensive though. Everything is package in these cute sturdy boxes. read more

Full disclosure: I'm a foodie and a good cook but try to be fair when judging restaurant food. I got the double cheeseburger slider and the ribeye slider. Both sliders were terrible. If I use Wendy's junior bacon cheeseburger as a reference, both sliders were well below in taste and quality. The flavors were not satisfying at all. The double cheeseburger slider had their boom sauce which did not taste good at all and the ribeye slider was so dry. I can't recommend this restaurant to anyone. read more

Crazy wait times in the drive thru. Food is great but drive thru wait time is a killer. Expect a 10 minute wait. Never fails.

At times, I would prefer a sliders than a burger. Because I can get to try different flavor and don't fill up too fast Savvy Sliders have quite a few options for the slider box combo. I love the 3 pack option, where I can customize the 3 sliders that I want. I also got some crinkle fries and wings. I like that the slider My favorite will be the Classic Angus Beef one. White Castle ain't got nothing on these sliders! Everything came out hot and fresh, you could tell they use real ingredients and are making things as it's ordered. I tried 1 of each slider (which was a lot of food) and my favorites were the cheeseburger, steak, fried chicken, and falafel. The chicken fingers with honey mustard were great too. You know I love this place they seem to always satisfy but this exact shift at7/30/22 @ 4:20pm couldn't get one thing right I asked for no season on my fried and end up with em loaded in seasoning then asked me if I wanted my wings dipped from happy I said yes they gave me dry wings with a cup of sauce on the side! My sliders cooked to perfection iD be deeply disappointed otherwise but gave me a tiny pinch of lettuce barley any Mayo and no tomatoes!! Ruined my whole meal pretty much. So this savvy sliders ummmmm I can't really say I like it or love it yet I need to really dig into this place and explore my first visit I had the fried chicken sliders and fries a basic 2 slider combo and it was okay however they have extremely good French fries I can eat them all day! First of all I want to say I go through the drive through 1-2 times a week. But yesterday when I went through the drive thru , I ordered a ribeye/ roast beef slider , it was made with white American cheese Mayo and lettuce, When I ate the little slider , I even gave a little piece to my grand son . Within 20 minutes after eating that sandwich I started getting indigestion, I started belching and my stomach started hurting , All night long I had diarrhea , my stomach hurts I feel like I'm about to vomit and I have a headache. Also my little grandson has been crying all night because of his stomach hurting and he has been diarrhea 5 times . I went over to the urgent care to confirm what I suspected and its food poisoning. When getting home from urgent care I called to talk with the manager and he said that could not be possible because ALL FOOD IS FOZEN until someone requests something , The manger said They pull the meat out of freezer dethaw it and then fry it . I tried telling him maybe its how it was dethawed but right there for him saying that tells me that there food is not fresh food. I called that manger not asking for a remake of my order , I didn't call to get a refund . I called because the meat they gave me gave me food poisoning because that meat is contaminated . I thought they would do the right thing to invest my claim by pulling that meat out of the freezer and not serving it to anyone else. But no the manger became very rude and told me that he didn't care what I had to say and he will continue serving his frozen food as if its fresh and never frozen . The manager didn't care about my issue at all and he hung up on me. I did immediately call that restaurant back and it took 30 minutes for someone to answer and as soon as some other man picked up the phone at savvy sliders he said WHAT DO YOU WANT . Wow that is how they address the food . but anyways that is how my experience went with my order and my complaint. So sad this place only has 1 rating so far. Do not let it deter you! Savvy Sliders is DELICIOUS. We ordered the Savvy Big Signature sliders with the house seasoned fries, sweet potato fries, and the chicken tenders. I couldn't point out a flaw if I wanted to. The fries are chunky crinkle cut style, the seasoning is *muah* chefs kiss. The sweet potato fries are perfection. And the chicken tenders are so juicy and tender. First timer and will be back for more. Only thing I'm bummed about is they forgot one of the sauces we ordered, but we'll get it next time! It's a bit pricey, but the box alone with just the two sliders and fries filled me up before I could finish it. Great spot, check it out!! read more

Got a pick two combo, when I informed the staff my order was wrong and asked if they could remake it they were rude and had an attitude. Slammed the wrong order into the trash. Made me feel bad about saying anything at all, I just wanted to eat food I would actually enjoy. Then when they remade my order, it was still wrong. I just left because I didn't want to deal with the rude staff again. Also, there was only two other customers in the store, there was no rush at all, so I was confused why it was such a problem. The food is good when it's made right, and I enjoyed my seasoned fries. Although I do think the prices are a little high for them little @ss burgers, I understand y'all just opened. To the staff, you chose to work at that place, you can't be upset when people ask you to remake food that YOU got wrong. Some of the staff are very nice, but others ruin the experience. read more

All food is cooked fresh to order which is why some might complain about the wait but trust me the wait is worth it. Absolutely incredible burgers and sandwiches. The ribs and tips are also to die for. Amazing service also with the friendliest employees. read more
