Unfortunately this is my second time here and I will not be back. My first time was fine, this time not good. I've sat at the bar both times, but tonight the bar tender was not at the bar more than behind it. And no, it wasn't because she was busy. The restaurant wasn't even half full, which I can't see why. I had to wait to get my food order, wait to get my drink, wait for napkins, wait for a refill, wait to pay. Every time I had to track her down. I know it's BWW so I'm not expecting much, but this is some of the worst service I've gotten anywhere, especially sitting at the bar. This will be two reviews in one because I have only been here twice and never plan to come back. My first time here was approximately 12 years ago on one of my first dates with my now husband. He and I shared the same food and I ended up with food poisoning. From what I can remember, it was just wings that we ate! Fast forward to two weeks ago. Friends of ours wanted to watch the game and get some wings. I figured it had been long enough that I could give them another try. Well, I decided not to order anything. I could not get past the prices. 10 wings for $15??? I chose to pick off my husband's plate. I tried one wing and it was absolutely horrid. The chicken was so dry it was as thought I was chewing a well done piece of steak that had been left out and then re-cooked. Our server was a magician and not in a good way. After she took our order, she never reappeared until after everyone at the table was almost finished with their food. We never got refills on our drinks either or even extra napkins. You can hear the kitchen staff yelling at each other. Talk about dinner and a show....Pretty sure we could have just walked out and no one would have noticed. Our friends didn't even want their food to-go but we decided maybe my dog would want it. On the way home, we threw it out the window. It started to smell like old grease and dog turds. My wife and I had a bad experience previously with something being left out but we decided to give it another try since he was working out of town. First thing I noticed is we ordered 20 wings and didn't get not 1 napkin. Also, we ordered 4 sauces on the side and only got 3 and the 3 we received were wrong. We used to come here alot and it was great and usually not busy. We came on Saturday night to watch the GA game. They were busy obviously and my husband and I have both worked fast food so we get it. But he got his food and ate his entire meal. Never got ranch he asked for. My food still hadnt came yet. It was a chicken wrap. He had a burger. So I waited 45 minutes for this wrap. If you read through the comments you'll pick up on the theme that the service here simply isn't the best. Sad to say, that was my experience as well. When I visited it was at 3:30pm on a Monday it was pretty dead (see the attached pic). I sat in the bar section. There were a handful of tables and maybe a person or two at the bar. The issue was that there was only one server for both the bar and the floor. As in, the bartender was the server (or vice versa). This was an enormous bottleneck despite having just a few people in her area. One table had to get up and go to the bar to pay b/c it had been so long since she had come by. My and my friends' experience was not much better. Service was glacially slow. It took forever for her to stop by to the point that we went and talked to the hostess to see if there was actually service in the bar section. We did eventually get our drinks and food but it was miserably slow at every point. I think my biggest gripe is that nobody appeared to recognize or acknowledge the problem despite it being obvious. Like, the guy at the other table had to go to the bar and pay after waiting god knows how long at his table. And because it wasn't recognized it wasn't corrected in a timely fashion. At some point around 5pm when it became slightly busier and more employees clocked in service did improve. Anyway, I expect BWW to be about a three-star experience. On a good day it's a four-star experience. And this was a below average experience so I'm giving it two stars. The food and beer were good. Keep expectations in line and you'll be fine. I'm sure I'll end up back here at some point but I won't hurry back. read more

We get home, and my wife checks bank balance to find that someone reran our order at the FULL AMOUNT WITHOUT THE GIFT CARD were the total was around 50 dollars. Stopped in for dinner with my coworkers on a Thursday night around 8pm. The place was hopping and crowded but the service was great for how packed it was. Our waiter was super friendly and accommodating. The poor guy had several tables inside and a couple huge parties on the patio outside so he was running around like crazy, but he was constantly there taking care of us too. The food was great just as I remembered. I have not been to a BW3s (yes I am originally from Ohio - and no I don't know why we call it this) in several years. I had the cheese curd bacon sandwich (I opted for crispy chicken instead of a burger) and got buffalo chips instead of fries. It was all amazing and I was totally a member if the clean plate club. Great service and good food. Unfortunately they will cut off your music on the jukebox if they don't like it. They let me play a little but after the 5th play of Never Going to Give You Up they unplugged the TouchTunes in the middle of the song Same thing happened again after 4 plays of the song.
