This is my first time visiting the Texas roadhouse in Warner Robins. I went to a Texas roadhouse in Jacksonville Florida many years ago and was not very impressed with the food or service. Our server. Justin was so friendly,full of personality and so very polite. I talk a lot so he gave us plenty of time to talk and then order and was always as nice as he could be. He made a great suggestion so I got the filet medallions and it was absolutely delicious and cooked too perfection. Anything I asked him for he did not even hesitate to get it! He also smelled very nice, which is very pleasant when you're being waited on by someone because I've had really bad experiences when it comes to that. I was very impressed by Justin, the wonderful food and by the ambience. Everything about today's visit to Texas roadhouse was 5+ stars. I will definitely be back to ask for Justin. read more

The wait times here at this Texas Roadhouse location are about less than an hour or more if you decide to come after they open prepare to stand and wait until they call your name. The dinner here at this location is worth the wait I had the steak in which it was cooked right with no seasoning on it and same with the fries. Even the staff came over to me after they heard I had a high food allergy they wanted to make sure I was okay while I was eating my steak in which I didn't expect that to happen but its great to see there is some restaurants staff care for their customers and guest. Plenty of parking up close by the entrance and exit door. But keep in mind this location gets very busy when they first open the doors to the evening before they closed so plan accordingly when headed to Texas Roadhouse - Warner Robins. read more

Let me start with the positive, the young lady at the "to go" window was very sweet and welcoming. I could tell she enjoys exhibiting exemplary Customer service. Unfortunately, the food erased all of that positive sentiment. I got a steak and it was absolutely made of rubber. It lacked any type of flavor and each bite I felt like I had to chew for 10 minutes. That was an overstatement, but that's how bad the steak was. It would be safe to say that I will never eat from this restaurant or any other Texas Roadhouse in the future. Took my mom this evening to celebration. The service was great! the server named Jadelyn was so sweet and attentive. Food was hot and came out quickly. Our steaks were cook perfectly as I ordered. it's just they have no flavor and the cheapest, toughest cut of ribeye we have ever been served anywhere. Had service not been so great id probably write this place off but the due to staff being so friendly and inviting maybe we will give another try again one day for a different type but meal when not celebrating for sure. First of all, server was amazing! Food, no good! Texas is our favorite restaurant, but this one, never again. Fried pickles had been sitting, but didn't want to complain. Salad was the only thing I can say was good. My husband and I shared the Porterhouse. It was overcooked but decided just to eat it. As we started to eat it, you could just taste that the meat was old. We complained and the server was super sweet about it. The loaded sweet potato had no sauce or sugar, just marshmallows. The steak was not cooked too medium rare it was well done like it was supposed to be. It was unseasoned and tasted like a tire. the waiter was so rude and did not attend to us. He kept sending over other waiters. got a rum and coke tasted like cough syrup and sprite. He also got a manager for the rum and coke because he couldn't re fill it himself for some reason. We were happy to know this location was going to open close to our house since we really enjoyed the Macon location. Service was fine but they messed up half our orders. First we were debating which appetizer to order, we were suggested to order the combo platter and rattlesnake bites, so we ordered both but only received the combo platter. The restaurant is new, been open about a month now. This was our first visit and it was a busy holiday today come, Father's Day. We used the online check in it was convenient and when it said we were ready we only waited about 2 more minutes in the door before being seated. The staff were friendly and nice. Once seated our server was Anastasia and she did a great job! She got our drinks quick, told us all about the options available and even brought us extra rolls upon my husband's request. We ordered an appetizer that was big enough for the four of us. Once we ordered our food our salads came first then the meals. Everything was delivered so timely. We never waited long for the next stage of food. She also kept our drinks full and made sure we had extra ice. Truly a GREAT waitress. The food was tasty. Everything was cooked perfectly. My only food complaint was the vegetables... they were awful, hard not seasoned.. dry. Just pass on those. We enjoyed seeing the servers dance and keep it fun. Every employee we encountered seemed like they actually like working there. The attitudes make a huge difference to me and my family and the outcome of any visit. It was a great visit. Although this location is extremely busy, since it is new, the service and food were excellent. The server was well versed, and attentive. The food was at proper temperature when served and quantity was adequate for price. The restaurant was very modern and new. We have decided that we will be visiting once a week and will seek out our server, Mike, each time we visit. When we go out, we normally go with a group and we enjoy talking among ourselves, and the restaurant was too loud for casual conversation.

Just ordered the porterhouse and very disappointed with food. Steak overcooked, baked potato was supposed to be loaded not just sprinkled with very light toppings, added mushrooms and onions and it looked and tasted like they burnt them in the pan before putting them on my steak. The Caesar salad was fantastic and of course the bread is always good. The only thing that kept me from giving a one star was the girls behind the bar were amazing. The atmosphere is Great! The server (Savannah) was OUTSTANDING! The rolls were OUT OF THIS WORLD! The free peanuts a plus and the cost was reasonable! However, very disappointed in the food!! Neither of the steaks we ordered had any flavor whatsoever (her - Dallas Filet; me - New York Strip), no seasoning. They just laid there BLAND. Had to add - the horror: Salt & Pepper to flavor (after it was cooked - it just felt wrong). Even my son commented on the lack of flavor with his To Go order we brought home. Texas road house is ALWAYS full. even at 4Pm (we tried to get in early, didn't work). They have a great upbeat atmosphere. They have a pretty good system to handle the crowd. we were seated when they promised. The staff was friendly and worked well together. The cooking staff still need practice on cooking thin steaks. 6 and 8 oz steaks are usually thin and get over cooked every time. For the prices, i expect accuracy. read more

The reason for this rating is for the young lady who showed us to our seat. My wife is mobility challenged and walks with a rollator assist. I told the girl that today was not a good walking day ad we needed something close. The place we wanted was close, across from the reception desk, but she told us there were not any servers on duty for this section. She walked us past two vacant tables and put us all the way in the back (for reference, we sat below the Michelob Light neon sign). As a prior restaurant manager, if it possible, I would have detailed a server, close by, to wait on us. BTW, the section opened up while we were eating. First off, Jaeden, is a great server who came back several times to check on us. The last three times at Longhorn were very disappointing and we have been looking for an alternative and we have found it. The salad was all iceberg lettuce and that is a plus. I usually eat at Texas Roadhouse in Warner Robins four times a week. The staff knows me by name -- that's how loyal I've been. But after tonight, I'm beyond disappointed. I found a BUG in my salad. I was sick to my stomach and immediately called the restaurant. Instead of handling the situation with care or basic decency, the manager, Ty, told me I had to drive back in the rain and bring the food just to get a refund. Seriously? I asked to speak with the owner, Amy, who apparently was too busy in the kitchen to even acknowledge the issue. No apology. No accountability. Just a total brush-off. This isn't how you treat paying customers -- especially loyal ones. If this is how Texas Roadhouse handles food safety and customer service, it's completely unacceptable. read more

My husband and I visited at 3 p.m. to avoid the dinner rush. We joined the waitlist online and were seated sooner than expected, which was nice. We were asked for drinks, appetizer, and entree all at once--common in Warner Robins, oddly. We ordered drinks and an appetizer first, then gave our entree order a few minutes later. Our entrees arrived 15-20 minutes later, but the appetizer never came. When we pointed it out, the server 'kindly' offered to remove the never-made item from our bill as we didn't want it anymore. My 'herb-crusted' chicken was dry and lacked any crust. The mashed potatoes were cold enough that the cheese didn't melt. My husband's ribeye was properly cooked and his sides were average. It's disappointing that in Warner Robins, restaurants often serve appetizers with or right before entrees, as they want everything ordered at once so you'll pay and get out so more money and tips can sit down. This could have been avoided if they avoided this rude practice. We are not coming back. The Macon location is even worse. LongHorn on Watson is significantly better. For example: in a similar situation, the manager personally apologized and removed an additional item from our check without us even complaining about it beforehand. At LongHorn on Watson, the manager understands that the quality of the dining experience matters. read more

i ordered TOGO plates with country fried chicken and and a salad tonight and the salad was completely left out. I was told the wait would be longer waiting on fresh rolls and they were all burnt and we had barley any butter for a dozen. I ordered my sweet potato with all the toppings and received none of them. I ordered mashed potatoes with brown gravy and did not receive that either. I loved Texas road house it was always such a great place to eat for me in college but I am extremely disappointed and this is not the first time this has happened and will likely not be returning. read more

The wife and I went to Texas Roadhouse today. We ordered two 6-oz steak meals. She had a salad as one of her sides and a loaded baked potato. The dressing for the salad was to be ranch but tasted like mayo. I had the so called buttered corn and mashed potatoes. The buttered corn has southwestern spice on it but is not listed that way on the menu and I could not finish. Both steaks were ordered medium-rare and arrived medium. Now about the sodas. I ordered a Sprite and it came flat and tasteless. Yes management was made aware of the short falls and stated that they will do better next time we visit. The serving staff was great. Yes a plus side of things. Now for the noise. Unbearable. To have a conversation across the table you almost had to yell. My wife could not even hear the music playing in the place. What an experience! We were absolutely elated knowing that this restaurant was coming to Warner Robins and I had to immediately share a review. First of all, the food was fantastic. Even with the busy nature of this Texas Roadhouse, our food came out fast and was cooked to perfection. Where to start... So upon entering it only took a moment to get seated, even though they were quite busy. After being seated I was approached by a waitress who took my order and had me my drink, appetizer, and salad within 4 mins. My food arrived within the next 15 mins and the entire time my drinks were filled and empty plates or cups removed in moments. Service was with a smile and prompt! The food was excellent overall! Went with my husband to have dinner tonight. He ordered a bacon cheese burger with steak fries. When he received his food, he notice his burger have no bacon. But he didnt consider that too important and we continue with our dinner. When we where done and the waiter came to ask if we need anything else, my husband just mentioned to the waiter about the missing bacon, but just as a comment. The waiter told us he was going to check if there where any price difference. When he come back, he told us he can't do the price change because my husband already ate his food and the manager told him that he can't know if he have bacon or not. When my husband hear this he got very offended. We didn't ask for the discount and now the manager called my husband a liar, for what? To save a buck? That was a very inappropriated comment to make. And is that was his position, he should have come to our table and tell us in person, instead of sending the waiter with the message. So my husband didn't left a tip, but explain to the waiter that it was not his fault, he did a great job. It was because the manager shows not professionalism at all. This location hit the mark. We just enjoyed their pre-opening friends and family night and had a great time. Steaks were cooked perfectly and the sides were delicious! Service wasn't the fastest, but they were PACKED. our waitress was friendly and very helpful. I'm ready to go back and try some other items. My only complaint is the beans in the chili.
