The waitress refused to take my order. I was with a birthday party and I had to wait until another waiter saw that we didn't have drinks or anything just for my party of three that was separate from the birthday party to order. It's ridiculous. ENTIRE table was taken care it but she politely skipped over us. When we asked her to bring the kids water it was STILL another waiter that had to complete that task. Waitress on the outside deck was VERY pFeeling very unhappy and I will NOT be revisiting this establishment until your entire staff decides not to be discriminatory. 6:30-7:30 STILL no food but at least I managed to get the kids some water and my two drinks I ordered as well. I had to have wings on National Wing Day (7/29/2024). So with a sick girlfriend we chose to order delivery using DoorDash. Let's start with the appetizer of buffalo chicken dip and tortilla chips. Yes, I loved it! It was spicy and delish. Probably the best part of the order. And it was a really large order! Enough for some lunch tomorrow as well. Next I had 5 Atomic Meltdown wings and 5 Reaper wings. Both were very spicy and decent overall wings. I was disappointed that they only had celery as a side option, but I already had carrots at home because I love carrots and ranch. They did have the good ranch that makes everything sooooo good. The thin kind that is fantastic. But the wings were just okay. My girlfriend had some onion rings and a Buffarella wrap. The onion rings were mediocre at best, but I think in person they would have been WAY better. The drive and delay of DoorDash probably made them mushier than they would have been. I won't hold that against them much. Overall, I fulfilled my obligation to National Wing Day and I was happy! :-) It wasn't the cheapest option, but I was going to get wings no matter what. Mark made our night! Very attentive bartender. Checked on our mushroom order, let us try the various sauces (the reaper sauce was spicy but not REAPER SPICY), and made time for us despite the busy crowd. We had a good time recently for my husbands birthday at wild wing. The server was kind. The food was good. I would recommend for a casual night out or drinks after work. No live music while we went as it was a Thursday night. The staff was polite. I just wasn't wowd by anything but everything was good. Enjoyable with minimal errors and again, kind staff. WWC is a great place to meet friends and have a few drinks, but the food has steadily gone downhill since the day they opened! A few months back, we got wings to-go, and the BIGGEST one is pictured next to my finger. We decided to pick up wings from Buffalo Wild Wing the following day to do a comparison, and as you can see, BWW wings are twice the size of WWC and were almost $2 cheaper for the same amount! I have been coming to this place since it opened. Unfortunately my impression of it has gone steadily downhill the last several times I have eaten there. First the good: we ordered a pickup of a chicken salad, some wings and fries. The girl who took my order was very polite and enthusiastic. She repeated my order back to make sure it was correct. When I picked the order up, she opened the boxes to let me peek inside and verify it was what I ordered. And the food tasted good. The bad: value. I ordered 15 wings at about $1.20 a wing and I got undersized wings no bigger than my thumb for all but two wings. The kicker was the embarrassment of a wing you see compared to a quarter. I've had nuggets from Chick-Fil-A with more meat on them. This wing should have been rejected before it went to the frier, much less allowed to leave the kitchen. The average size of the remaining wings was about what you see on the left of the third picture. Very disappointed, and unfortunately not worth the money for what you get from this establishment these days. read more

Spare yourself a headache. This place was so loud I couldn't even hear what the person across from me was saying. The restaurant was pretty empty, but the service was still not good. Our waitress took a while to come up to our table and she did not bring us napkins till i was halfway through my meal. Speaking of my meal....2/10. The wings were dry and overcooked. The fries were good. I encourage you to skip the chain and support local by getting No Name Chicken. The wings are to die for and the service is excellent! read more

With more options being built in the surrounding area its hard to justify the high prices and the fact that the food menu is limited in its variety. If you don't want a burger or wings there aren't many other options on the menu for the costumer. I'll swing by for a drink but the menu doesn't have enough for me to want to come in for a meal very often. read more

I'm actually rating this place zero stars, seeing that my party was never served. We came at 4pm on a Thursday. There was no wait and not many patrons in the restaurant. We sat for 10 minutes, no one introduced themselves as our waitress, no drinks or anything. As we were walking OUT, someone finally asked if we had been helped. And to add insult to injury, a man that arrived after us was already served drinks and his order was being taken. Even my 12 year old child knew that what was going on was deplorable. Has changed a-lot since they first opened. Service has slowed down. Menu items are not available or discounted. Food quality is not the same. Just had the Nashville hot wings and they we're missing the Nashville and hot for sure. Tasted like a plain wing with no seasoning. Cheese curds are still good though. So we stopped at this restaurant on the way from Savannah to Columbus. Let me tell you it was very good. I hate I didn't take any pictures. I had the fiesta wrap and it was awesome. Came here with my family, they talked very highly about it and said they have been a few times. We chose to sit on the patio, and while the view was nice, the service was not what I was expecting. Waiter put the order in wrong, so a part of the order did not come out until the end of everyone else was done eating. He was also in the corner of the patio eating. We had to ask another server to ring in the other half of the meal as we could not find him once we realized. This place is ok. I was excited for the wings and I was not impressed. I ordered 3 flavors: Ragin' Cajun, Mad Anthony Mustard, and Smokey Bandit. The last one came out completely burned. When I let the server know, and requested a replacement, I was told that's how they look. Once I informed them that they tasted burned, they took them back and gave me a replacement.
