Waited for about 15 min for someone to come speak to us. Waitress stopped at our table said she was going to start with our table, I told her what I wanted to drink and she cut me off to say "oh I'm not taking your order I'm just asking if you are okay". Shocked and speechless I just replied with "I guess I am...". A long time went by she came back and said she didn't mean to be rude but she wasn't ready to take my order. I told her it was fine and asked if I was allowed to order now. While placing our order she interrupted us three times to say she could get a different waitress. My husband and I both stated no reason to we just wanted to place our order...I expressed to her that I was thirsty and just wanted my drink! After she took our order she never came back to our table, she never spoke to us again. A different waitress came by with our appetizer and said "oh you all don't have drinks"! She took our drink order, the manager brought them. Several minutes later our new waitress came to tell us she would be waiting on us now. The end of our meal, we spoke to the manager. Well my husband did because the manager would not even look at me. The waitress walked up to listen to what was being said and for someone to have been "crying cause she was yelled at" she was yelling and being very disrespectful especially for an employee! Food was good but not great, but what good the food was, was overtaken by the crappiest service I have ever had at any restaurant. The wait was long and I expressed my displeasure with the waitress and she continued to ask if we wanted a new waitress, we were trying to place our drink order and couldn't because she kept asking if we wanted it different waitress. I had to raise my voice to get her to stop just so I could place the order. After that she never came back and she pushed us on to another girl who was pretty nice and helpful but when we spoke to the manager about the first one he placed it off like he didn't believe us and she was just the greatest waitress there. read more

I was a bit on the sore side entering this Buffalo Wild Wings location, convinced that the status of my back was the shape of a banana after some heavy lifting. The server was spot on despite the slow service and underwhelming Buffalo chicken wrap. Went in after the lunch crowd left and just a handful of people in there. We thought we should get waited on and served pretty quick. First we had to flag down our server to even take our order. We each ordered wings and it took 45 minutes to get them. They didn't bring my husband the Bleu cheese dip he asked for. After trying to flag down our server and not being successful, my husband went over and stood near her as she was taking someone else's order. When she was done, my husband told her he didn't get any Bleu cheese sauce. She literally walked over to our table to look! I ordered water with my meal...had to flag her down to get a refill yet she brought my husband refills for his drink without him having to ask. If they had been busy I would have been more understanding about our experience. They didn't appear to be short staffed. I would leave minus stars if I could. We have gone on at least three occasions, specifically for the appetizer sampler. Every time they have been out of an item for the sampler and refused to substitute or sell the sampler without everything. The last time, we called in advance and were assured they had everything. Fifteen minutes later, we arrived, ordered drinks and then found we were misinformed and they were out of something again. I have lodged several complaints with corporate, who apparently aren't concerned with the reputation of their franchise, so I will hit them in ratings everywhere I can find. read more

My family ordered all you can eat wings and the first time they came out my dad had to give my family their orders , she did not hand them to us. Then my dad ordered him, my brother, and my mom another round of wings and they took about a hour to come out ( I kid you not). And when we thought they were out it was a random order from the kitchen. My family had just got up and paid and when my dad was complaining they had yelled and told him to calm down. And back to when our waiter was shaking, the manager was too. They were obviously on drugs. You could tell by appearances too. I would rather lick the bottom of someone's shoe than experience that again. Never go here. If I could give a ZERO star review I would. Absolutely astonishing. Great place to watch a game. Most of Charleston was watching the WVU game, but I cared about the Ohio State/Michigan game. Although the WVU game was, understandably, on most of the screens, I appreciated that the Michigan game was on some large screens as well. This meant my husband could watch his game, while I watched mine. We were there at a weird in between lunch and dinner time, so we got the tablegate sampler (ha, get it? table, not tail....yeah). It came with artichoke spinach dip/pita chips, two soft pretzels, five wings, and stuffed mushrooms. The stuffed mushrooms turned out to be fried mushrooms. I don't know why they don't just say that. Either way, it was good. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed everything in the sampler. The pita chips and the soft pretzels were my favorite. They were delicious! This is the worst I have ever experienced at Buffalo Wild Wings! I got there at 11:10 to join my party and the first thing my server says is "oh great another one" which was so rude and unprofessional. All I asked for was a water and the rest of my party was drinking beer. After getting our orders we never saw our server again. I waited 30 minutes for my food when there was no one else in the restaurant. I never got a refill for my water and my friends were never told last call. Our server who's name is jimmy, said he didn't know what time it was. We got our wings 5 minutes before closing time. I just asked for a box and left. I paid 16.56 for the worst service of my life.
