I've put in a to go order 7 times within the last couple of months and every time, they forget to put it in and I have to wait at the bar for 15 min on my lunch break. 7 TIMES!!! Service has improved dramatically. As always the food and bar are excellent. And they have a Dos Equis margarita. Now I don't know who's idea it was to mix beer with a margarita but this person is a genius. Truly their name belongs in the annals of alcohol history. I usually will provide a detailed assessment of an establishment, however this Buffalo Wild Wings was absolutely not what this franchise envisioned. The service was subpar, the orders were incorrect, the bills were incorrect, and management didn't have the decency to visit our table in an attempt to rectify the situations at hand. Management did not make an attempt to show they even cared that the wrong orders were brought to our table (3 times, mind you) and the bills were generated for the wrong products purchased. Our server was left hanging in the breeze. Our server clearly required guidance and assistance, yet due to mismanagement, our server was not provided that, thus this poor rating. Clearly, the management in place does not know how to manage personnel nor the food service industry. I shall never return to this facility. Buffalo Wild Wings, from a corporate position, needs to evaluate the individuals representing their brand in this location and rethink, re allocate resources, and re establish their brand in this market location. read more

One of the managers was so rude to me and my family. She's told the waiter to cash us out and make us leave because we had 7 at a table instead of 6. We all drove in the same car and two of the people were below the age of 9 and she still made us leave because of this. She was so mean to my sisters and myself. read more

Dasha the waitress was horrible. She sat at the bar with her friend the whole time we were there. We received incorrect orders and cold food. She was disturbing. Didn't want to leave her a tip. It's buffalo wild wings, the food is the same at every location. This one was quiet for lunch but good service and food was as expected. The odd part was definitely when a huge german shepherd sprinted through the dining area. A staff member came through and apologized, stating that some drunk patrons out on the porch let the dog inside. Not sure how many health codes that violated, but thank goodness no one was bitten. read more

I have come to this establishment many times and always had problems. Tonight was an all new low. I ordered a large take out order for multiple people. Was told it would be a 30 minute wait. Got there right at the 30 minute mark and they said they were bagging it up for me. No problems so far. Sat in the lobby for 30 minutes while it was "being bagged up". After waiting the additional 30 minutes I went ahead and asked if they had made any progress. This time they could not find my order in the system anymore and came to the conclusion that they didn't make it at all. The told me I could wait another 30 minutes and they'd make it this time. I declined and left. There were many angry people all with there own issues in the takeout area so instead of asking for a manager on the spot I called one. Manager told me they were too busy to do anything for me tonight, but call back in the future and he would personally write down my order to make sure it got cooked. The manager didn't even ask my name so good luck to me with that. I will not be back. read more

Wings were delicious. Service was horrible. Manager stepped up and removed the appetizer from our bill. That earns this place a 4th star. I recommend the Mango Habanero sauce. It's great. Come here if you want good wings and you aren't in a hurry. read more

I love BDubs but this one sucks. The food was terrible. Everything was overcooked. The drinks were ok, but it's hard to mess up beer. The staff mostly ignored the customers and I always had to flag some one down. read more

Very disappointed! Ate there the other night and everything was off. I ordered my wings with a rub and a sauce and was presented with an order of naked wings with rub on the side and no sauce. My wife's order was for wings with honey bbq sauce but the sauce had way to much heat than what we've previously had. I had to ask for my sauce, plates for the bones and remind the waitress about our drinks. Every other time the waitress came to the table she blamed the kitchen for mistakes, last time I looked draft beer came from the bar. Very bad experience form a chain I always enjoyed. This service and quality explains a rumor I heard a year ago that this location was going to close. Wake up management please. read more

Most of my reviews focus on the service aspect of the restaurant. Buffalo wild wings in WV has got to be the slowest service ever. I've been to BWW about 2-3 times and I've been there on WVU vs Marshall game night, lunch time, and a non-game night --- no matter what time of day or event...the service is slow! It takes 5-10 minutes for the hostess just to see you exist. When you are finally seated-- you don't see your waiter or waitress for another 5-10 minutes. Expect to spend at least 2 hrs there. read more

If i could give zero stars i would. For a chicken place, you can get better chicken a block down at chick-fil-a and for a bar it's embarrassing that they use frozen burger patties. Whats even worse is they charge $10 for that frozen bubba burger. This place is only good for a drink and they will do everything they can to end happy hour early. Sucks to be let down but to be let down time and time again... i really don't know why i keep trying. Place always smells bad and is dirty. Ordered chicken Caesar salad with dressing on side. Salad had VERY little lettuce, and the dressing was already on it. Table they sat us at had not been cleaned yet. Server added an order of fries to our bill which we did not order. Had to get this corrected. Won't be back. read more

I can not say enough good about how not only the wings are at this particular location but the management team of Travis and J.R. both were very helpful with a small mistake I had recently. I am a customer from the opening. Thank you BWW for having such a great staff and a great management team makes that possible. Ordered bone in wings and a draft beer 5 min later the beer came with the wings! Now that's fast service! Oh wait those wings were Luke warm way smaller than last time and must have been either microwaved or under a warming lamp. For the prices this place charges for wings they better be damn good. It's also a GUN FREE ZONE according to the tacky paper on the window in the entrance. Not that I carry one I found that to be really tacky and quite frankly if something were to go down I would hope at least one patron would be able to defend against an attacker. This will probably be the last time I come to any Buffalo Wild Wings. The prices for wings have gotten ludicrous. $17 for 15 wings. I can get a good steak for that price. Staff is friendly. I ordered a burger. Wish I would have read reviews before I did. Cheap frozen burger, half a slice of cheese and a teaspoon of toppings for $10. Don't forget the cheap reheated frozen fries. I've been here several times, usually to watch a fight because the only other place that plays them in town is hooters. It's like any other BWs. It's usually less crowded & has sub-par service, but it's what I've come to expect from the area & the wings aren't bad. It's usually pretty empty on fight nights, but this one came after a steelers game (popular NFL team in these parts). So after the Ravens knocked them out of the playoffs, everyone decided they were fight fans & NO ONE left. I asked if we could just order some wings to-go so we can eat after the fight & they can still get my business for going to watch the fight there. They informed me they shut the registers down early due to the fight (???) & couldn't help me. So I watched the fight & left. Not entirely their fault (it was crowded), but they didn't help either. Ended up with taco bell for dinner. I'll be back, for lack of a better alternative. read more

Food is pretty good even though it's expensive. The staff is pretty subpar. They need to have a hostess that sits people because you usually just stand there waiting for 5 minutes. Didn't appreciate the group of employees just standing around constantly when I need a drink or ranch. read more

Terrible service. Got there at 10:25 and our party sat in the bar. After 10 minutes of being ignored we got up and went to Quaker Steak. Only 2 other tables were occupied so it's not that they were busy...they just didn't care. This location is horrible. Been here multiple times because we play trivia and it never gets any better. Prices are really high for such low quality food. My latest visit consisted of... No drink refill, chicken on my salad was not edible after waiting 40 minutes for it to come out of the kitchen, had to ask for silverware, waited 20 minutes without anybody taking my order and had to ask another server to find her. Manager didn't seem very concerned. The location in Nitro Market Place is nothing like this. read more
