Took 15 minutes for a waitress to come over. She immediately had an "i don't care" attitude. The bar was out of just about every IPA on their menu, so ordered a corona with lime. Waitress comes back with the corona and no lime. Then acted like she heard the order wrong. Food came out dry and over cooked. We had to go to the bar to get our own refills. We had to wait 20 minutes for out table even though the restaurant was mostly empty. Our server took about 10 minutes to come to the table. After taking our order she began to vacuum very close to out table which was very annoying. She brought my friends food out way before mine so she was already almost done by the time my food came out. We returned last night for a friend's 40th birthday celebration. I knew it would be packed so the wait time of 45 mins-1 hour didn't bother me. What did bother me, however, was after an hour, I went to check the wait status to find that 10 tables had been seated behind us because they "tried to page us several times." Our large party was in the bar waiting, not 20 feet from the host stand. I suppose it was too much work to take a look around for us. I was told they would have a table for us right away. 15 minutes later, the host finds me in the bar to tell me they're cleaning off the table right then. 10 minutes later, a member of our party goes back to the host stand to find out why it takes 10 minutes to bus a table. Service from Carie was decent, but our food arrived over the span of another 30 minutes. Half of the table waited while the other half ate. Food was good and I appreciated my salad much more this time. Then, without warning or request for additional service, our checks arrived. I'm pretty sure half of us were still eating our meals, most were still watching the game which wasn't even at half time and no doubt we would have ordered a few more beers. Waitress wouldn't give us the time of day-put our order in wrong, wouldn't bring our sauce, brought us the wrong drinks, never came back to our table. We kept having to flag down other waiters to fix the issues. And there was trash in our drinks that we couldn't ever get replaced. We also never got napkins or silverware. If they had been busy I would understand more the lack of checking in with our table but they had just opened and there was barely anyone there. Don't know that we will return to this location. I have been here for lunch and dinner several times. Generally the service is better than most BWW locations. Bella and Maggie are rock star servers ( those visits rank a 5) and both times it was on the patio. the food is generally prepared correctly, even with the requested modifications. I'm not sure what's going on with Buffalo Wild Wings lately because I feel like there are lacking with their timing to bring out their customers food. So she finally checked on our food and brought it out after us asking why it was taking so long (literally waited for a good 45 minutes to an hour for our food to finally arrive) But besides the long wait, our food came out well cooked and it was delicious. (might have been so delicious since I was so hangry haha) I recommend not to come here when it's packed, I feel like you'll be forgotten with all the other tables that are being waited on. Looking forward to celebrating the end of a teachers school year. We were welcomed with a smile and sat outside! Great start! Megan our server was outstanding! Busy, attentive and casual- awesome. Our wings arrived a bit longer than expected. They all were cooked, but some were cold. They were all over- dosed with buffalo sauce. We didn't order extra sauce. We mentioned this to Megan and told her we were hungry enough to eat them -- after all they were cooked. She said she would say something to her manager. We always start the meal with fried picks and ranch, which is delicious. For my main course I always go for their grilled chicken wrap and wedges. They are bomb! I live very close to this BWW location so it is usually my go-to for cheap Tuesday wings! I have always had a good experience here (although I do avoid coming to any BWW location during a special sporting event haha). The service has always been good each time I have come. One time our server even gave us our appetizer on the house because it came out altogether with dinner! Food wise, BWW are not the best wings you will ever have, but they are tasty and offer unique flavors that other wing spots don't. My favorites are Asian zing, medium, and their limited time Blue Moon BBQ sauce! I only come on Tuesdays and Thursdays which are half price wing days because the wings are very pricey for their size if you don't come on those days. Also make sure to tried some fried pickles !! They come with a spicy/tangy sauce and are very good. They have a large selection of alcohol as well, and even have a beer of the month that is at a discounted price throughout that month. read more

They have a divided room for the public customers and I believe another area for parties.
