Came for dinner and was immediately seated. Our server was very friendly and attentive. We ordered a couple apps - spinach dip and the shrimp which were both good. We also kept getting lots of the bread and butter so we were already getting full. Our steaks came out and it was cooked to our liking. Great food and friendly atmosphere!

I recently visited LongHorn Steakhouse and ordered the sirloin and coconut shrimp combo with mashed potatoes and a Caesar salad. I also got a Wallaby Darned and let's start there. The Wallaby Darned is SO good. It tastes like sticking a straw straight into a peach icy, fruity, and smooth. It's not super strong, so if you prefer a heavier alcoholic drink, this might not be it. But if you like sweet, fruity cocktails that go down easy without burning your throat, it's perfect. I ordered my sirloin well done (which can sometimes mean dry or tough), but it was cooked perfectly for me. No complaints. The mashed potatoes were good, and of course the complimentary bread and butter were solid as always. Now let's talk about the Caesar salad. This is actually the first restaurant I've been to that automatically gave extra Caesar dressing on the side without us having to ask. Normally, my sister and I always feel like Caesar salads don't come with enough dressing, and we either ask for more or just deal with it. This one came lightly dressed plus a container of extra dressing on the side so we could add as much as we wanted. We really appreciated that. And another thing I appreciated they placed the dressing container on the side of the plate, not sitting directly on top of the salad. A lot of restaurants put sauce containers right on top of your food, and I personally don't like that. So that small detail did not go unnoticed. The coconut shrimp was good as well, but what really stood out was the service. When my plate first came out, the shrimp were a little darker than they should've been. Before I even had a chance to say anything, our waitress came to check on us and immediately said she was going to bring me fresh shrimp because those were overcooked. I didn't have to complain or ask she noticed on her own. That says a lot. She brought out a new batch that looked much better, and the manager came by afterward to make sure everything was okay. It was handled quickly and professionally, and I truly appreciated that level of attentiveness. Customer service was 10/10. The food was good, and the experience was even better because of how proactive the staff was.

My husband and I love Longhorn steakhouse. We frequent this location on a regular basis. Everything we have gotten is absolutely delicious. They have great value lunch meals for $10. Which usually include a hamburger, chicken sandwich and your choice of a side or soup or salad. On our last visit, we both got the New York strip. I got mine with the Sweet potato. The sweet potato was topped with brown sugar, cinnamon butter. My husband side was the smokehouse bacon mac & cheese. We each also got a salad and the warm complementary bread. Service is great.

    Raspberry tea. This was amazing.

Well the atmosphere is nice, the waiter Josiah R was excellent. The ribeye was cooked to perfection. The French onion soup was amazing with the breadcrumbs on top. Just amazing all the way around.

Ask the Community - LongHorn Steakhouse

Does Longhorn have a call ahead list if there is a wait? We plan to be there around 6-6:30 tonight.

I apologize for this not being a straight forward answer. I don't remember if they do, BUT it doesn't hurt to go ahead & call them to check. Best wishes! I just looked it up…

We only had to wait about 10 mins for a party of 6 and they gave us menus to look at while we waited. The waitress was very nice in continuously checked in on us. She did a great job with my youngest keeping her engaged. The food was also really good. Sausage gravy over biscuits was super flavorful. Well seasoned and had soft biscuits that were easy to cut with a fork. The pancake was huge and my 10 yr old ate the whole thing. The fruit was fresh and ripe. Very sweet. The cinnamon roll was pretty good, but just a little harder to cut through with a fork. It may have needed to be a little warmer. Nonetheless it was still very good. The crab Benedict was just that. Nice lump crab. Perfectly cooked eggs and flavorful hollandaise sauce over top. The potatoes were amazing. Everyone kept stealing them off my plate. 100% Will return if we ever spend some time in princess Anne.

When we entered we were greeted right away by the friendly staff. There weren't many people inside so we got a table right away. The menu was pretty simple and right to the point. Lunch and dinner was all that was being served, so we decided on the maple smash burgers. The manager Mark was super nice and gave us complimentary tomato soup and house made parmesan chips. The soup was actually very tasty! I'd get it again. The chips weren't appealing to either of us, they were pretty soggy or maybe a little stale. I just ate them in the soup. My friend refused to eat them. Lol. She's a picky eater, me not so much!! Our waiter Noah was very informative, friendly, and upbeat! He was awesome during the whole visit, and kept our drinks refilled. We both enjoyed our burgers. The fries were soggy, very similar to the chips. So that was a no go. But the in house made ranch was tasty. My friend enjoyed her blackberry sage margarita. It was a pretty drink. The chocolate chip cookie was soft and good! Definitely a must try. They're opening a bagel place directly next door, so we were given a complimentary coupon for a free bagel once they open! That was great!! The checkout process was simple and our food came out in a decent amount of time. They serve pasta, sandwiches, burgers, fish and chips, salads, several desserts, and more. The visit was enjoyable and the staff made us feel welcomed! Check them out!! 5 stars for service! 4 stars for the food!!

The million dollar bacon is a must try. It's so sweet and peppery the perfect balance. You can even get potatoes topped with the million dollar bacon and gravy. I was torn between the mini donut bites and the mini buttermilk biscuits, but ended up going with the biscuits. I should've went for the donuts instead. I wouldn't recommend the biscuits they were on the drier side. I also tried the chipotle steak and queso hash from the seasonal menu and it was really good. Our first table ended up being under a spotlight that was directly in our line of sight (it looked like it was meant for the specials board), so we asked to move. Staff was accommodating and got us to a better table quickly. The space itself is really nice. It was clean, rustically decorated, and the live plants in liquor bottles on the tables are a nice touch. Our server was friendly from the start and took drink orders right away. My daughter and I had sodas, and my husband ordered the Southern Charm Old Fashioned off the specials menu, which he enjoyed. The menu is on the smaller side, which we actually like. One unique detail was the option to "buy a round for the kitchen," which we thought was a really nice touch and decided to add it when we ordered our appetizer. We started with the fried deviled eggs after a friend recommended them. They were creative with three styles (classic with pickle, togarashi ginger, and crispy prosciutto), but overall a bit on the dry side and not as flavorful as we expected. We asked for Dijon, but they don't have it. Our server suggested and brought out the Baja dipping sauce instead, which did pair well and kind of improved them. My husband had the fish and chips and really enjoyed it. He said the fish was flaky and well cooked. I ordered the Union grilled cheese, which unfortunately seemed like it had been sitting a bit before being served, as the bottom was soggy. It was just okay overall and not particularly memorable for the price. The sweet potato fries on the side were the clear standout. They were crispy, the perfect balance of sweet and salty and honestly the best part of the dish. Our daughter had the kid's smashburger. It was exactly that. Service throughout the meal was good. She was friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and there when needed. The main disappointment came at the end. When our meals were served, the server actually offered sauces at the table (ketchup, mayo, ranch, etc.), and specifically suggested items like the baja sauce for the eggs and ranch to us. Because of that, we were surprised to see several charges for the sauces on the bill, especially since they were offered and recommended at the table with no mention of any additional cost. We were also charged a credit card fee, with no signage anywhere (entrance, hostess stand, or menu) indicating that paying with a card would include an extra charge. It just left an unnecessary sour note on an otherwise solid, casual meal. Nothing was bad, and nothing really stood out as exceptional, but the lack of transparency around those final charges really impacted the overall experience for us.

This location was extremely busy and packed when I visited, and honestly, that's usually a good sign...when a place stays that busy, clearly something is going right. What really stood out to me, though, was Colton. He went well beyond what I would normally expect from someone working the host/to-go area. He personally made sure my steak was exactly how I wanted it and genuinely seemed concerned about whether I was happy with my order. That type of customer service deserves recognition. He knows how to take care of customers, and in my opinion, he deserves a raise! I do think there is an opportunity for improvement when it comes to management. There was a manager positioned at the front during my visit, and while I obviously don't know her personally or whether she is generally a nice person, her disposition toward customers did not come across as particularly friendly or welcoming. More importantly, I noticed a clear difference in how warmly she interacted with certain customers versus others. When you're in a management position, customers should feel like they're receiving the same level of courtesy and hospitality across the board..you shouldn't pick and choose who gets the friendly version of you. It was especially noticeable because she remained at the front for much of the time, closely overseeing the hosts, so those of us waiting on to-go orders could clearly observe the differences in her interactions with different patrons. If you're going to be that visible and hands-on with your staff, I think it's even more important to model the same customer service you expect from them. Thankfully, Colton did exactly that. Despite how packed and hectic the restaurant was, he remained attentive, personable, and genuinely cared about making sure I left satisfied. Colton was absolutely amazing and was easily the standout of my experience. Management should recognize him because employees who care about customers like that are a huge part of why people come back.

Both the host and our server were very friendly. The restaurant itself is nice - it has a dark, masculine decor vibe. While I loved the types of chairs they use, I will say their tables for two are very small. They had this little side table type of thing and that was where I had to put my purse and some of the extra dishes to have room. We had the Wyagu Ribeye and the Picahna steak. Both were very good and cooked to perfection. I had the risotto which I didn't feel was cooked right; it had a gummy texture. The Cesar salad was one of the best I've had.
