It was clearly based on an assumption rather than facts. We went to another establishment down the street and were served with no issues.

I also asked for bread for the seafood gumbo. It came with butter and was enough for both of us. The soup was fairly decent. Not the best I've had but I would order it again. The portion was perfect as it didn't fill me up so I was able to enjoy dinner without feeling stuffed. His pork rib tips were divine. Melted in your mouth soft and the bbq sauce was delish. The atmosphere was fun and sports were on the tv screens around the lounge. But it was not too loud in here for conversation. You can also pick songs to be played using the music app. He suggested I use the restrooms in the restaurant portion of the building as they might be cleaner. They have a parking lot and a sign which says not to park on Natchez or Neenah as your vehicle might be ticketed or towed by police. They put up signs to show you which way to enter the small parking lot and which way to exit so be on the lookout for them especially during busy hours. I liked this restaurant and would return.

I sat down in my seat. I was a soft booth, the seat was very comfortable. I looked around the restaurant and I could see why we had to wait fifteen minutes for our table, the place was packed with all different types of people. There were tables of families, just men, teenagers, and women. Everyone was chatting and you can hear the murmurs of all different types of conversations. There was also people standing at the bar area looking like they were having a great time. I could feel the energy in the room, there was about four different March Madness games being played on about fifty different televisions, one of the games was Michigan State vs Middle Tennessee State, everyone in the place was going nuts and watching them because Middle Tennessee State was about to upset MSU. Every time a team scored a big basket, the restaurant erupted in awe, it felt like you were in a mini stadium, but you got to watch many games at once. The smell of the the restaurant was a mixture between hot wing sauce and beer. It was a bit dark in the restaurant so you could see the projector screens easily. I visited Buffalo Wild Wings and the reputation that it is a great place to watch sports and eat wings and have a beer is most definitely true. In 1982, partners Jim Disbrow and Scott Lowery started the first Buffalo Wild Wings just outside of the Ohio State University campus. Then in 1994, Sally Smith took over the company and expanded it into what is now more 1,025 restaurants across America. The company profile on Buffalo Wild Wing's website states, "Our Guests have the option of watching sporting events or other popular programs on our projection screens and approximately 50 additional televisions, competing in GameBreak™ and Buzztime® Trivia, or playing video games." Buffalo Wild Wings have prided themselves on the copious amounts of televisions they have to offer since the beginning of the company. It has been one of the company's main selling points along with their fantastic wings and sauce selections. They also have games for children to play if they aren't interested in watching the big games. Overall, Buffalo Wild WIngs is a great environment for both families and people who are going out with their friends to watch sports. Our waitress came to our table, told us her name is Sydney and that she would be taking care of us today and then took our drink orders. Sydney was dress in all black and had a black Buffalo Wild Wings jersey on with the number "82" on it, just like every other waitress in the restaurant. She wore red lipstick and way too much eyeshadow. She wrote our order down on a glittery notebook and always referred to everyone at the table as, "sweetie' or "honey." She was definitely very friendly. When I asked her how long she had been working there she said for about a year, which is good because that meant she has seen when the most popular times are to come. I asked her that and she replied, "The most popular times we have is whenever there is a Chicago team playing in a big game. Sundays are also big during football season." This makes sense with the number of televisions that they have. I can see how many fantasy football players would enjoy going to Buffalo Wild Wings on a Sunday during the fall to see all of their players play at once. Also, many Chicagoans might want to watch the game in a social environment without the hassle and hefty price of going to the game. Max, a regular at Buffalo Wild Wings who lives in Westmont and enjoys the food and atmosphere the place has to offer. Max was a heavyset man who was there with his good friends. They were sitting in the bar area of the restaurant watching the March Madness games, like I was. Max was wearing jeans and a northface jacket. He wore glasses and a hat with a Wisconsin logo on it. When I asked him why he comes to Buffalo Wild Wings so much he claimed "Buffalo WIld Wings is one of my favorite places to watch sports and have a beer with my friends" "[The wings] aren't they best but all of the games on the tv's make up for it." Max, like many others, goes to Buffalo Wild Wings for the atmosphere that the restaurant and the sports have to offer. Sports themselves have a way of pulling people closer (or apart if your friend is a fan of a rival team) and Buffalo Wild Wings exemplifies this special ability of sports. Many people argue that Buffalo Wild Wings is not all that great. Macarena D. wrote on Yelp, "Terrible. Attended by mostly teenagers with no motivation. Chicken tenders were microwave heated and hard as rock, and sodium levels were high in all sauces and food, unedible. Best of the meal: the water. Ugh! What a waste of my Sunday!" Macarena may have received a bad batch of wings from the restaurant. I go to Buffalo Wild Wings at least once a week and the location varies. I have been frequenting the Chicago Ridge location lately and the service has been fantastic. Very friendly and upbeat greeters at the door. My server was very polite and made my experience great. The amount of beers on tap is enough to bring me back let alone the fast service and friendly wait staff. I will recommend to all of my friends and family. keep up the good work!!!! read more

Little kids running around yet my family was told that we were not allowed in because one member was 20. Asked to see a manager and never got one. How are you going to Deny me and my family seating while having a lot of people under 21 in your facility. Maybe if the color of my skin was darker I would of been seated. I like B-Dubs. Good food, good service. This one is attached to a mall and I am not sure I like it much. It takes away from the normal feel of the bar. I do love the black and blue burger. Something about the food really destroys my stomach though so I usually just stick to the beer they have. They have a lot of drafts too. I have been to 3 other Buffalo Wild Wings locations and I have seen better service. The food was really good but the waitress looked like she was in a rush. At other locations servers usually check to see if I need anything but this server was busy running around the restaurant and brought my beer after another server asked her about my beer. After a long day of shopping with the wife a guy needs to knock back a couple of beers and this is the only place in the mall where I can get good food and drinks. Stephane is one of the nicest bartenders I was ever served by. The wings are always fresh and the staff is very motivated and compassionate. I've been to several BWW's but this has been the best by far!!! There was a wait when we got there, so the host took my phone number and called us when our table was ready. The dining experience at this location of BWW was so so. The customer service was below par. Apart from the server everyone else just in a hurry. Food portion sizes were small. They use the same kind of shrimp in all three shrimp entrees. The best item spinach artichoke dip with fried pita. The fried drumsticks were hard and chewy.
