It has been a while since childhood when I we t to Chilis , but with a family I came here recently twice with the family. In general I think for the price you pay this is definitely a place you can bring your family to get more than a full meal. This Chino Hills location is always packed, and this 2nd time I came it seemed that we're lucky to sit in the same spot. They have an extensive kids meal, from Mac and Cheese, to chicken pasta, and cheese pizza. You can choose your side and have included drinks like apple juice or upgrade your drink to something else. They still have a deal call choose 3, where you get an appetizer (we chose the trio w chips) we chose the bacon burger and a Shirley temple. Pretty good deal, just a huge menu! We also got to try their salad that came with quesadilla! Their beef queso and guacamole is quite good! They even gave us a fresh bag of chips togo! Overall for the amount of food you get for how much you pay, it is quite a good deal. Nowadays you get a sandwich it is already $15-$20 alone. Will try some other dishes next time! I hadn't been to Chili's in so many years but thanks to the "Three for Me Deal" at $10.99, I thought about giving them a try and I'm so glad I did... I received superb customer service from my waiter, Trevor who provided amazing customer service and patiently answered all my questions and gave me suggestions on which items to order... With inflation these days, having a tasty meal at a sit down restaurant for $10.99 is wonderful!! You can't even get that kind of a deal from a fast food place anymore!!! I was really excited to come here after seeing all the mukbangers do the cheese pull. In fact, it's all I've been watching for the past month. So of course I had to order the triple dipper! Our server, Trevor was amazing! He was so attentive and welcoming! They brought out the wrong flavors of marg & he was more than happy to switch it out for us asap! We ordered two margs (1 watermelon & 1 strawberry with Don Julio). Salsa and chips as our side, a side house salad, triple dipper, & the steak and surf combo. Everything was good except for the surf n turf combo. Everything on the plate was extremely salty. The steak was absolutely terrible, my partner had to spit it out. The mozzarella stick was yummy but nothing extremely special about it. The house salad was okay as well. Overall, I'm not sure I would come back. The tall white guy working take out is horrible. He clearly hates his job. He makes fun of the customers by being overly sarcastic. He makes you wait an extra 15 minutes there on purpose because you don't tip. He even slams the tip jar down in front of your face and before I saw him playing with the tip jar. Like bro your not going to get a tip by being rude to people slow and disappearing. The manager had to help me because he disappeared. I drove to order a full rack of ribs to go. Parking was easy as they had parking for to go orders. I ordered right inside where I parked, paid and they said 15 to 20 minutes. I left, drove over to Sprouts and shopped for 15. I drove back and parked in the special parking again and got my food. The ribs were bomb and the best I've had in years. The staff at this location are very attentive even when they're short staffed and extremely busy! Our hostess was so kind and accommodating even when we were all a bit hangry. Our fault for going on a Saturday night! She tried her best to get our party of 8, visiting from UK and Canada, seated and served ASAP. Our server, Trevor, was so sweet and made our first-time Chili's visitors have an even better experience than we expected. He refilled drinks, cleared tables quickly, and made nice conversation. Came here for dinner with our friends and I can't remember the name of our server but he was okay - a few times we couldn't find him so we'd have to ask someone else for something. All 4 of us got the triple dipper & my son got a kids meal. Drinks were never refilled. The kids meal pizza was disgusting. My 4 year old took a few bites and refused to finish it, I took a bite & didn't blame him. So bland. I think lunchables were better then that. Man, Chili's doesn't disappoint! It's one of the few restaurants I can visit in different locations and still receive the same great service and quality food every time. I want to start by giving a shoutout to the staff. I visited about a week ago, and Sean was an excellent server. He was polite, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout our meal. My food was cooked exactly how I wanted it, especially my steak, which came out perfectly. And, of course, we all know Chili's has some of the best deals around, making it an even better dining experience. There was also another gentleman walking around telling jokes and interacting with guests, which added a fun and unique touch to our visit. It really helped create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. This location is clean, well-maintained, and offers plenty of seating. Parking is also easy and convenient. Cheddar-Jalapeño sausage and half rack of ribs with fries, garlic bread and corn on the cob. The cheddar-jalapeño sausage is my absolute favorite here. A good combo mix of meat-cheese-spicy! Every time I order the ribs at whatever Chilis location I'm at, they never really have a lot of meat on the bone, but it's just enough. Bbq sauce is good and spread just enough on the rack. The corn on the cob (elote style) is pretty good! They have their twist on it, it's not what you get on the streets but it's still very good. They have the biggest mozzarella cheese sticks ever, we always grab mozzy sticks and ranch. Can't leave without grabbing their lava cake. Chili's is cool. I recently came for the Triple Decker ($17.79) because you know, TikTok. For my three, I chose the fried mozzarella sticks, crispy chicken crispers, and southwestern eggrolls. Unfortunately, they ran out of the honey-chipotle sauce for the crispy chicken crispers, so I had to settle for their ranch (standard) and sweet chili zing (eh). The chicken on their own were a bit dry. The fried mozzarella was also very okay - no cheese pull - just a massive hunk of deep fried cheese. And of course the southwestern eggrolls always hit. If you do find yourself at Chili's, I'd recommend checking out their lunch specials because you get plenty of food for what you pay. Quality control is inconsistent, but hey, this is, after all, Chili's. It's nothing more than good enough. Shoutout to the manager who really took care of us despite the staffing shortage. read more

Derrick with 2 freaking R's. You are the man, an absolute delight to have as a server. Me and my girl came on Friday for lunch at around 1245 and to our surprise was seated instantly. On our way there we were already looking at the menu so we knew exactly what we were going to order because we had to get back home to feed our baby at around 2pm. Parents you understand. Anyway, I ordered the smash burger lunch special, $10.99 and my wife ordered the chicken sandwich special $12.99. OMG, the food was BOOMBASTIC, delicious and totally worth it. Think about it, a number 1 from in n out is basically the same price but you get a better tasting burger and fries with unlimited chips and salsa and drinks. Let that sink in. As for the chicken sandwich, my wife said one the best she's had in a very very long time. Food came out super quick, before the too, before our order was placed the drinks came out and before my wife came back from washing her hands our chips and soup came out. Food 10/10, service 10/10. One of my favorite places. However, yesterday (Saturday, April 12, 2025) when I arrived to pick up my To-Go order, I arrived early and my order was not yet completed. If you've ever had a pick up order, you know that you are standing looking straight into the kitchen while waiting. As I waited, the young lady who was working on my order asked another employee, who was working on another order if her hair was real. The young lady who was questioned had long burgandy-dyed hair that was partially pulled up with a ponytail hanging down. She said yes, it's real. I have been growing it forever. She then proceeded to take her hair down and show the other employee her true length. She ran her hands through the length of her hair and said a few things about it and wrapped it back up. She then, proceeded to continue working on the order. No trip to the restroom to wash her hands. No thought of what she just did. She just kept on fixing someone's dinner. I could not, well, yes I could, believe my eyes. As the young girl waiting on me brought my food to me, I asked her was the other girl going to wash her hands? My server looked at me like I was crazy and then said, "oh, yes, I will tell her. Tell her? She shouldn't have had to been told anything, if she had good hygiene to begin with. But, she CERTAINLY should not have had to been told "ANYTHING" WORKING AROUND FOOD!!! You don't run your hands through your hair and touch anyone's food. What is wrong with her? I genuinely love this Chili's location so much with my absolute heart. The staff here is incredibly friendly. Towards the customers and towards the rest of the team. Chili's is always a safe restaurant to eat at, however this specific location is constantly the best. I've tried some in other cities and they simply don't hit the way that this one does. I've been coming here for a few years now, and it's always consistently beautiful! No matter what server we get, they're always so amazing and kind and don't even ask for refills, they just bring us some! The hosts are always kind and quick along with the service overall.
