I go here often to watch games. I'm not in a rush so my servers try their best - but it will be slower when busy. Here's my recent issue. I ordered a craft beer and got a light beer - different color and taste. Servers aren't empowered to correct. Manager says all alcohol sales are final. This is not hard liquor - it's a draft beer. He said - I changed the keg myself so it's correct. Consider maybe the bartender poured from the wrong tap, or maybe the keg is bad. I kinda know what my favorite beer should taste like. Manager doesn't drink so has no idea. Here's the crux - why would I wait 30 mins for a beer and then send it back. How does that benefit me? Not paying for it, not staying and not going back. My boyfriend and I ordered online to pick up and when we arrived there was a pretty pissed off lady at the counter opening each of her little chicken cartons telling them the order was wrong, amount of wings, flavors, she must have sent them back at least five times before the girl in the front got the manager(?) who didn't seem to solve this lady's problem because she grabbed the bag and just left. We get our order, right? We ordered the pick 6 meal for two which is 2 entrees 10 wings. I ordered the lemon pepper boneless, tell me why I got 5? My boyfriend ordered sweet bbq. One box had 5 jerk and the other box had 7 sweet BBQ. In the pick six deal you also get sides. I ordered potato wedges and he ordered fries. But seriously, How the fuck hard is it to count? Moreover- the fact there was maybe like 8 dudes at the bar, the bartender seemed attentive but she was the only one who seemed alert. There were a bunch of people sitting in the booth right at the front door of the empty restaraunt, assuming they were just waiting to place take out orders... One of the employees was sitting in the lobby on her phone with her shift meal, just texting. Anyway we didn't check the order til we got home. Big mistake- HUGE mistake because everything is covered in one of the ranch sauces and my bf didn't even get his fries, got some partially cooked potato wedges though. Somehow the order was cold. I'd like to make an episode of fear factor where employees are forced to eat the gross shit they send people away with cause it's pretty much inedible aside from the 20 oz sodas we got with the meal. I actually used to work here back when they first opened and it was pretty strict. Anyway, I would rather drink Shreks Toilet water than eat this trash. Dunno what it is about people getting jobs but not putting any effort in. Honestly set the joint on fire and start over, or maybe hire people who actually give a shit about what they're selling and representing cause I bet you they get their personal orders correct and edible every time. I had a really disappointing experience at BWW today. I walked in at 3:52pm and the restaurant was completely empty, yet we were still refused a reasonable seating accommodation for my two young children (a 6-week-old in a car seat and a 1-year-old who needs a high chair). The only available seating offered was high-top tables, which are not suitable or safe for infants. When I explained this and politely asked to sit at a standard table, I was met with attitude and told I couldn't sit there because that section was "closed," despite there being multiple staff members present and no customers. After waiting several minutes, a server finally approached and told me the only option was a single handicap table--which was completely unusable, covered in dirty dishes, water bottles, and even cleaning supplies. At that point, we had no choice but to leave. I've never been refused service like this before. The lack of basic accommodation, combined with dismissive and unprofessional behavior, was honestly shocking. To make matters worse, several employees were sitting around on their phones while this was happening. This is the worst bw3 in cleveland! The service is terrible and the manager "Scott" or " Frank" I belive is his name. Is unprofessional and needs to either be retrained or sent to another store. They had a trainee running counter with no help, when I came un to pick up my online order ... they gave it to someone else? No apologies nothing! just oh someone else has your food? Wth? Manager on duty didnt even come over to me to explain or apologize, just sent another staff member over to tell me that they will remake my food. After a horrible experience at another restaurant (Haunted House Restaurant) I came here. I was immediately greeted and given a table despite it being busy with several games on the TVs. I was told about the specials and a deal if ordering as a member on the app which I did download. BOGO wings on Tuesdays... Hell Yes! Went to the back and the bar tender was the rudest I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Asked for the manager and the bar tender kept waving at me and saying good bye. The ONLY reason this franchise location is getting 2 stars is because of our server Tay. He was incredibly helpful and had amazing energy and that was probably the only thing going for this location. Otherwise, we waited over 30 minutes for our food and when it came out it was cold. They also forgot we had mozarella sticks and when those came out they were hard as rocks. I would usually bring staff here for birthdays. Since Nighttown opened up, I think they lost a lot of the good staff that they were counting on for good service. While I have been to some good Buffalo Wild Wings, this one needs some help. And we come in with lots of people and big tips. No longer. The bartender did not know how to make drinks we ordered. The manager came to apologize for drink and order mistakes but it looked like that might not been a staff issue. The place is always clean. The staff does try hard. But we will not be back. I rarely write bad reviews but I feel like I should, I like Buffalo Wild Wings and I think they can do better. I have been to this location and other Buffalo Wild Wings locations a number of times in the past and always had good experiences. But today's experience was different. I walked in and sat at a high table near the bar. After about six minutes a server came by to give me a menu and take my drink order. I ordered the Old Fashioned that was advertised on the menu. He asked to see my ID, I'm 43 and don't look 21 or younger but whatever. He apologized saying that management is making him do it. He comes back a few minutes later saying that they cannot make the old fashioned indicating that they did not have the Bullet Bourbon to make it. I tell him that I really want an Old Fashioned and that they could use another whiskey I wasn't picky. He went to ask the manager who was behind the bar. She looks at me looking annoyed and just shakes her head "no", to me it seemed like they just didn't want to do the work to make it. So I settled for a Jack and soda which was pretty skimpy. I sat quietly drinking my drink till my friend who I was waiting for arrived l. We relocated to the bar. She ordered a Bud Light. The bartender asks to see her ID. My friends ID was not updated so she refused to serve her (friend is also in her 40s) the bartender apologizes saying that management is being really strict on ID. So I cash out for $4.50 for my single drink and we walk across the street to Barrio's where we have a much better experience and I end up spending over $50. Bottomline is I think customer service at this location is bad. I went in there prepared to spend over $50 but spent just $4.50. This area is full of options, so I am surprised that BDUBS here would be like this. I like BDUBS and will continue to frequent the ones near where I live (Bainbridge and Streetsboro). But this one on Fairmount I will avoid for a while. read more

This store needs a major management, service and food quality improvement. First off when you come in there are several tables at least 8 that are dirty with dishes on them. You can't sit so you have to wait for the girl at the register to clean them and she does not know proper seating. Then we ordered food and it came out wrong. I advised the server this was the wrong lemon pepper. She brought the sauce out like I was going to toss my own wings. I told her I would not do that I don't want them. The bill comes she still charges me for it. The manager Cassandra comes over saying I can charge you for a 6 piece. I said I ate 4 wings, why would I pay for 6. She said I can make you some wings, I said we are leaving, adjust the bill so we can leave. I then said charge me for a kids 4 piece meal since I only ate 4 because the other wing looked too odd/should not have been served. She said she could not because of my age. I said you are a manager you can adjust the bill I shouldn't pay for something I did not have nor eat. Cassandra proceeded to tell my she does not know why people think this and she could not do anything, but one of two things make me some to go or charge me for 6. I said I am not taking anything to go from here. The lack of managements concern for quality customer service is a huge disappointment and concern. The wings looked old and some looked deformed. The overall status of the restaurant is dirty as the manager looked and acted unprofessional. When taking pride in the restaurant cleanliness, service and food is not a priority at this location. Sadly this place needs a serious makeover in service, food and staff. Also because of all the dirty tables and no one was able to sit anywhere but the bar area people were coming in and walking back out. How does a sports bar not have proper staffing and accommodations and Cleveland is in the playoffs? Big oversight on management who does not care. Best advise stay away from here. read more

Seriously, when I got to Buffalo Wild Wings almost at the end of the first quarter of the season opener, I was on bar number three. The first bar didn't have NFL Sunday Ticket so I could only watch the browns. The second bar was so packed that there wasn't anywhere to go and no servers offered any help or drinks, so we bailed. Finally, Buffalo peeps flailing around in Cleveland, we remembered that there was a new Buffalo Wild Wings where that terrible dance club/bar that was always empty used to be. Wild Wings was expectedly crowded, but there was room to stand in the bar area and we eventually got a table. They have tons of TVs and we were able to easily watch the Browns put up a good fight, the Bills pull out a win, and Miami make Tom Brady cry. This is a pretty standard Wild Wings. The food we ordered was fine and our waitress was great. They were even raffling off a Browns jersey. Our waitress joked that she wasn't sure whether to offer the free tickets to the Pittsburgh table (they were playing the Browns) so I suggested that she tell them that after the Browns beat them, they could use the jersey to wipe away their tears... Too bad Pittsburgh stole the win on a drive in the final seconds of the game. Overall, definitely a good place to watch the games on Sunday. Ok, after trying to call in an order for takeout and was told that an order couldn't be placed unless it was paid for in advance, I arrived and placed my order and paid after being put on hold in person. I went walking around waited for my order to be done. Get it to my friends house that I was going to and still got shorted on the order that I paid for with proof on my receipt. After calling back and being put on hold yet again, the mgr came on and kept asking my name to which I told him my name on that order wasn't written anywhere on the bag and was telling him the order number and after being told did I place the order on the phone which really set me off cause I was told I couldn't place the order on the phone without pay or you have to place the order on person. The staff got the job done and mgr took care of the problem after calling and saying the order would be taken care of but after arriving a second time to pick up that order, had to wait yet another 20 minutes for it. So if you think about it there was a total of 90 mins wasted to get an order of 30 wings right between calling, arriving, waiting, recalling and then going back to do more what? Waiting once you as a customer shows back up? I understand there's been a lot going on in the world but there is a huge disconnect between ordering, pay and arriving along with handling a complaint to which I didn't get an attitude until the mgr was being combative going over and over after explaining my name wasn't on the receipt that I have with my order. The kid's meal, for ten bucks!, consisted of a few chicken tenders, sauce, a small side, and milk ( but weirdly, plain milk wasn't offered). . When the order was received, it was missing the drink, and the very small tenders were served plain, no sauce in sight. This might not seem like a big deal, but to a six-year-old, it was pretty disappointing. I tasted one of the tenders, which was stone cold, and it was stringy and tough. I had to chew my mouthful a long time before I could swallow it. The child couldn't stomach a whole one, either. It seemed like maybe these chicken tenders were not the same ones served to adults? It's bar food!" with regard to places like Buffalo Wild Wings, but I was newly disappointed on this occasion. Our server was pleasant but seemed not to be able to answer questions directly, which was moderately annoying. It's been a few days and I was very tired, so I don't remember what question was asked, but I do remember that moment being one where I had to re-ask the question to get answer. It was also pretty dead in there and it took a long while for our food to arrive. With regard to the food, my father ordered the popcorn shrimp as an appetizer. It was ok, but pretty bland. Basically deep fried shrimp. The sauce alongside it was especially mediocre; barely even cocktail sauce with no spice to it. I ordered as an entree the shrimp po'boy. Now this dish was a complete disappointment. Basically, it's the popcorn shrimp inside of a bun with some vegetables and a creamy mayonnaise. I know I'll be dragged back here by my parents, but I will attempt to avoid this place until then. I honestly hope this location closes and a local business takes over. I should have known off of the reviews at this place was going to be a bummer. We sat down fairly quickly because no one was really there. We all ordered draft beers from the bar which took well over 25 minutes to reach the table. It wasn't even the server's fault because the bartender never put the glasses out for him to take.
