    9/6/24 new review. Our office comes here often for group meeting lunch and they did not let us down again. We had a full sandwich for 12 people all cut in half all individually wrapped the biggest bowl of potato salad that you can imagine and then bags and bags of chips it was fresh. It was good. Plus individual wrapped big cookies. They put all the pickles and mayonnaise and mustard on the side and containers. It was first class all the way and it was delicious and I love that potato salad. Sometimes we order just to get the salad .

    No need for meat on the either end of the sub I suppose.

    Ordered three subs... the grand total of toppings in all three was barely enough to make for 1 decent sub. If this is the new DiBellas standard then I guess I'm done with DiBellas

    DiBellitating Subs! Had to go here b/c got a gift card we had to use. Another mediocre sub chain w/ overpriced sandwiches / salads. Had chicken Philly salad. Grilled peps & onions were good just not enough. Neither was the little side of dressing for all the lettuce. Plus they forgot my "house-made" croutons, which I didn't notice til 2/3 of the way done. Too busy talkin biznus. The veggie sub was fine she says, & "better than subway". But not close to Firehouse!! So we still got half the gift card left so I guess we'll be going back.

    I haven't eaten at Dibellas Subs in several years. And I was hoping for an amazing sandwich and experience. I didn't receive either. The place was near empty. And I was greeted with "What can I get you". I think it would've been nice to hear how are you doing or whatever else nice. The sandwich was worse than the greeting. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken sandwich on multigrain. I didn't know the name of the bread. So I told her the dark bread. She looked up like I was stupid and said. You mean the multigrain. So I quickly responded. Is the bread dark. She said yes. I said then yes. The point is. I said I wanted the dark bread. All the breads are not dark in color. Just multigrain. The taste and texture of the sandwich was next to horrible. The taste was just bad. But the texture was disgusting. The chicken was mushy. That doesn't make any sense. I want to chew my sandwich. Not drink it. Ugh. I wish for better sandwich at a better place.

    Dibella's bread and meats are such a higher quality than subway Quiznos and all of the other fast food sandwich chains. i'm obsessed with the everything bagel bread and cannot wait to come back and have a turkey sandwich. The price for the amount of food you get is unbeatable

    This is DiBellas version of a philly cheese with tomatoes and pickles. I removed the tomatoes and pickles as i searched for the main ingredients. No cheese and very little meat. At $12+ for this large. Its a con. See pics. My large old fashion was just as bad. These don't even come close to looking like the marketing photos. What a joke and waste of money. If you are still compelled to eat here check your food before you leave so you can get your refund. Subway $5 footlong puts these to shame. I want a refund. DiBellas management shape up or you'll be out of business. If dibellas doesn't refund ill get it thru my credit card company for not delivery what was ordered.

    DiBella subs in Strongsville Ohio has a great customer service base, good tasty food, and a superior staff. I definitely will go back again

    Placed a catering order last minute on the 4th of July and they were great about getting it ready on a short notice th subs were a big hit

    I used the online ordering feature. Food was ready onetime, just as ordered. Sandwiches were huge and delicious. I'll be back.

    Do not patronize this place.. ive given them multiple chances and they have failed everytime…read more If the crew working is older its amazing.. If its teens or.early 20 somethings working its bad... Everytime im there what usually happens with the older workers is.. If they see me standing at deli and their dealing with a lotto customer they will excuse themselves from lotto to help me. Reason being that lotto people are usually there a while playing multiples. But when the kids are working is like shopping at a high school work study program Rude. One time which was what initially made me stop going there... I went to deli The young girl (who may have been the daughter of another worker or the owner) Said ill be right with you As she checked ina vendor. A vendor I worked retail.. customers come before vendors. Always. So i waited. Then a lotto customer walked in after i had been waiting for five minutes. She stepped away from the vendor to help the lotto customer and not me. So i left and swore never to come back. Fast forward to months later . I decided to give them another chance I went and grabbed one of their premade wraps Bbq chicken wrap Went to work. When i went to eat the sandwhich it didnt seem to have much bbq Turns out it was a buffalo chicken wrap. That was mislabeled. The reason you label a premade sandwhich is for health reasons. Some people have allergies or intolerances. And having an ingredients label lets them know if they can or cannot eat it. I am one with allergies. As i could not see what was on the sandwhich without opening it... i started eating Some of the ingredients in buffalo chicken could have killed me. To the owner..you could have killed me. That was your last chance. Honestly with all that.. id recommend either firing all kids working for you or closing. No one eat there. You will get sick or worse. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Both employees were extremely rude and did not attempt to help or correct the order. Lady working behind counter looked up and then went back to work. Totally ignored me. I gave the quiet "why am I being rudely ignored, can I get some help" eh-hem. She slightly glanced up as she turned to empty the trap from one of the grill presses. No "Can I help you" or "I'll be with you in a moment". I made another "eh-hem" gesture. She didn't even look my direction, so this time I spoke up and asked if I could get some help. Her response was "Don't be rude!"????? Rude is ignoring customers that are gesturing they need assistance. Manager came over at the moment and asked what was going on. I explained what had just happened, and she angrily shouted that coughing on customer's food was rude and I was the one that needed to speak up. Rude is ignoring a customers repeated attempts when the service provider should be attentive or even proactive when helping customers. Also, I never coughed!!! I explained to the manager that the chip selection was incorrect and the first employee SHOUTED back "we don't have those".... Ok fine... then I started to list the items that were missing from my sandwhich. The manager responded by asking "why would you want those?"... umm... because that's what I ordered and paid extra for!!!! Then he stood and just stared at me with a blank stare... there was no "can I see the incorrectly made sandwhich", no "can we correctly make you another", no "can we get those missing items for you so YOU can put them on your sandwhich". My response was "Nevermind, I told you the issues, and neither of you are even making an attempt to remedy the mistakes you made preparing my order". Never coming back. Contacting corporate, they probably will not reply, but what else can I do?
