Basically the same as last year. They need to change signage. Signs "place orders at register" and other neon sign saying "place order here"... 9/6/24 new review. Our office comes here often for group meeting lunch and they did not let us down again. We had a full sandwich for 12 people all cut in half all individually wrapped the biggest bowl of potato salad that you can imagine and then bags and bags of chips it was fresh. It was good. Plus individual wrapped big cookies. They put all the pickles and mayonnaise and mustard on the side and containers. It was first class all the way and it was delicious and I love that potato salad. This is my 3rd time here. Di Bella was my favorite sub shop at one time. A bit ago they shrunk the size of their sub roll dramatically. 30% or more. The roll was my favorite part of the sandwich. You would then think a much smaller sub with the same amount of meat would be meatier. No. It's lame. I got a 3 meat sub with extra turkey. If I didn't get the added meat even with the smaller roll it would have been a Breadwich with some meat. Folks, it isn't worth eating here anymore. The bread wasn't fresh, the corned beef and capicola were kinda firm yet rubbery, and there wasn't nearly enough sauce between the meat and veggies and bread to prevent the sandwich from being too dry in my mouth. Meh. The chocolate walnut cookies were good though. read more

they actually have great food if they pay attention to what you order. the staff here is inconsiderate and the manager Kim doesn't care to make anything right. just drove 20 minutes home to find out i have someone elses order after they messed up the first time and made me wait 20 minutes for my food and i had no problem waiting even though others orders came before mine. please get new management, messing with your staff while a customer is waiting 25 minutes for 2 sandwiches while only one person is ahead of you is ridiculous. read more

Enjoy their subs. The cold cuts are of good quality and the bread was tastes great. The place is clean and relatively simple with plenty of seating. Staff has uniformly been professional and courteous. Not the cheapest subs around, but I can get two meals out of a medium. I haven't tried dudes as the subs are more than enough. read more

Grilled peps & onions were good just not enough. Neither was the little side of dressing for all the lettuce. Plus they forgot my "house-made" croutons, which I didn't notice til 2/3 of the way done. The person taking orders was rude and gave racist vibes the way she was talking to me and my wife which is African American, and I say racist vibe because before and after she greeted the white people with respect and friendly matter but for me and my wife it's like we were children getting scolded while asking about the menu. Very unprofessional and I was trying to have my wife have a good experience since it was her first time. That lady needs to be removed from the front! The BEST subs in the area. Every time I come, I get the Godfather, grilled, with provolone cheese. It's basically Subway's Italian with fresher, spicier meat and much, much better bread. Just go with the plain bread, don't get fancy. The bread is amazing. I've also had the meatball sub, which is very fresh. If you sign up for their app, you often get deals emailed your way.. last week I got 50%, which for a family of 5, really comes in handy! Also, the kids meals are a great deal: sandwich, drink, cookies, and a side for $5. They hype their cookies, but I think the cookies are just meh. I haven't eaten at Dibellas Subs in several years. And I was hoping for an amazing sandwich and experience. I didn't receive either. The place was near empty. And I was greeted with "What can I get you". I think it would've been nice to hear how are you doing or whatever else nice. The sandwich was worse than the greeting. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken sandwich on multigrain. I didn't know the name of the bread. So I told her the dark bread. She looked up like I was stupid and said. You mean the multigrain. So I quickly responded. Is the bread dark. She said yes. I said then yes. The point is. I said I wanted the dark bread. All the breads are not dark in color. Just multigrain. The taste and texture of the sandwich was next to horrible. The taste was just bad. But the texture was disgusting. The chicken was mushy. That doesn't make any sense. I want to chew my sandwich. Very Good Subs- Best in Class across the board from Jimmy Johns, Subway and Jersey Mikes. They are always friendly here and quick to take your order. A suggestion I would have is that when you check in to have the order taker write up your order that they walk it down to the cashier. We placed an order with the order taker and then had to repeat the order a second time at the cashier in order for them to ring us out. From a business point of view and operations point of view errors can occur allowing the customer to speak freely about the order placed. They may forget to tell the cashier extra cheese or an upsell item costing the business money since the upsell did not get rung out correctly and the customer has to repeat themselves a second time at the register. This is DiBellas version of a philly cheese with tomatoes and pickles. I removed the tomatoes and pickles as i searched for the main ingredients. No cheese and very little meat. At $12+ for this large. Its a con. See pics. My large old fashion was just as bad. These don't even come close to looking like the marketing photos. What a joke and waste of money. If you are still compelled to eat here check your food before you leave so you can get your refund. Subway $5 footlong puts these to shame. I want a refund. I kept hearing about this place SUCH GOOD THINGS. Every man I talk to raves about the godfather. Which, I'm sorry, I just can't consume and feel okay about it, especially when my left arm gets a little tingly and I'm only 29. There aren't too many pre-made options for sandwiches, only about 5. The rest is kind of 'build it your own' subway style. For someone who isn't good at making decisions, I order Philly Cheesesteak. Then she asks me which bread I want. Then which kind of cheese. Then if I want onions. Then I say yes, and mushrooms. Then she says they don't have mushrooms. Um, this isn't a Philly Cheesesteak. For one of the few 'signature subs' you offer, you should really make it complete. And frankly, just make it for me how you would normally make the sandwich. I DON'T LIKE MAKING DECISIONS. I took my parents to DiBella's for the first time on 11/16. Sadly, it's also their last time. The staff was not rude or unfriendly, but they place no importance on service or the appearance of the store. 2 of our 3 sandwiches were made wrong and they forgot an item from our order. Our subs were good- I especially love the Godfather. That being said, we will not be returning due to the filthiness of this location. There was not a single clean table for anything more than a two-top. There was trash underneath most of the tables (I'm not talking a chip or spill of soda, I mean cups, napkins, wrappers...) the trash bins were all overflowing and the floor in the back was actually sticky. We asked one of the workers to clean a table for us and he swiped all the crumbs, 2 napkins and a straw on the floor. My mother advised him, being in the industry herself, that he should have swept the crumbs and trash into his hands and disposed of properly. To which he replied 'oh it doesn't matter, we sweep the floor at the end of the night'. Again, the food is good and I think the prices are even fair. But it was seriously disgusting in there. I love DiBellas. I am from upstate NY, and I am a sub guy. This location has let me down twice though. Most recently yesterday when I asked for extra mayo and received so little that I couldn't even taste it. It was actually dry from lack of mayo. Also after they weighed out the meat, (they kind of ball it up on a piece of wax paper on the scale to portion it out) they never spread it back out over the length of the bread. Picture the last 1.5" of each end meatless. (And basically mayo-less.) And everyone that works here looks sad and worn out by life. I guess that's late capitalism for ya tho read more
