My daughter had the cheeseburger with fries - kinda your normal cheeseburger...nothing special. My son had the Buffalo Mac & Cheese with Chicken Tenders in hot sauce. Tenders were good, hot sauce ok, Mac & Cheese was so-so. Not big on the white cheese used on the mac. Regular onion rings were so-so. Looked pretty good when they came out....then we took a bite. Batter was mushy and onion rings had a thin slice of onion. I did finish the Garlic Shrooms since I had Ranch dressing to dip them in. Then the bill came.....fortunately there was an AED to restart my heart (kidding). First, our 20 oz glasses of soda were $3.29 each (for 25 cents worth of soda syrup and carbonated water) - so that's $10 for drinks alone. The Buffalo Mac & Cheese $11.79, Cheeseburger $10.79, my Wing Snack $8.49, Onion Rings $6.29, Garlic Shrooms $7.49. With tax, $59.50 for lunch. Our server was good so I left her a $10 tip. So $70 for our lunch.....ugh! As someone once said, you'd think they would know how to make good wings. Only good thing I can really say about this BW3, lots of big TV screens with different sporting events going on. Great place to watch sports, not so much about the food. Just had a horrible takeout experience. My order was completely wrong smh. Definitely my last time ordering here. It sucks that I tipped because they definitely don't deserve a tip for what they did. It's appalling that they have a process where they have someone check your order and it's still wrong. I had a kids order that included boneless asian zing and tater tots. They gave me traditional wings. I noticed that right away and got it changed. They brought me back some stale or overcooked boneless wings that tasted nothing like asian zing. It was probably orange chicken. My other order was boneless mango habanero. I asked the employee if it was mango because it looked nothing like it. She said the sticker said mango and then asked if I wanted a side of mango on the side. What was on my wings compared to the side sauce she gave me was completely different but I let it go. I shouldn't have because when I got home I found out it was buffalo sauce. I can accept a minor mistake but this was huge! My entire order was wrong and that was unacceptable. food here was awesome. everything came out hot and in a reasonable amount of time. the appetizers, which consisted of onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and nachos, were AMAZING. the wings were even better, its sauces were flavorful and the chicken was fried perfectly. we were also give lots of sauces on the side (see attached pic) which not a lot of places really do, at least without charge. service was ok. our waitress was a little dismissive and in an obvious rush. there were no errors made during our experience though, so that's good enough for me! read more

I went to this location today 01/16/2025 and pre ordered the Bogo 10+10 for pick up. The manager packaged my order in someone else's bag and allowed it to leave the building. The lady who took my comes back and says "this isn't my order" as I'm waiting here for my order when the server comes back and informs me she took my order and gives the women the correct order. She then proceeds to hand my order to me after some stranger walked off with it just a few minutes prior. I informed her I no longer wanted the order because (no offense to the woman) I didn't know what that person did to my food, they could have contaminated it or poisoned it for all I know. The server coped an attitude and was annoyed I asked for it to be remade and proceeded to be rude and dismissive. It is sad how downhill this place has went. Always enjoyed coming here when it first opened and it was always beyond packed. As soon as we entered we were hit with an awful smell of something like dirty feet. We were seated at our table where we immediately noticed how dirty this place is. They definitely don't vacuum or wipe down the tables. Our menu had food scraps all over it so they clearly don't clean those either. By the time my food came I was so turned off by how dirty it was I couldn't even eat my food. The wings tasted like bottom of the barrel day old wings. It's been about 3 years since we visited this BWW location. This time we ordered takeout. Once we picked up the food, went straight home which is a 10 min drive. Opened up our food and seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for about an hour. It was 15 wings and a side of fries. The fries were a small handful of over cooked - looked like day old fries. Also the small packets of ketchups that were given to us were all stuck together with what seemed like honey. So we wanted to grab some wings last night. Placed the order online, waited 30 minutes and headed down to the restaurant to pick it up. When I arrived my order was not on the shelves located in open and reach of the public and was told my order must have been taken by someone. I now was forced to wait another 30+ minutes while I sat there waiting for my order to be remade. This would not have usually been enough to prompt a review except the following that happened when I was asked if I wanted to order a beer while I waited. Not on the house but to purchase since I would have to wait. I did not order a beer and then was asked to not sit at the table if I was waiting for Togo food. I moved to a different t table and continued to wait. After 30 min my order had been remade and I went home and enjoyed the meal. The lady working at the counter was very friendly and did what she could to help solve the problem quickly The food was almost correct (ordered 5 flavors and received 4) but did receive all 30 pieces and they tasted great. The server that asked if I wanted to order a beer could have looked into possible offering a beer. The manager that told me not to sit at the table probably should've looked into why I was sitting at the table. No discounts, no coupons, no nothing. This location needs to look at the system they use for leaving Togo food out in the open and reconsider it. The fact that workers admitted this happens all the time, and that sometimes homeless people walk in and steal orders from the shelves. It would seem knowing about a problem and just being ok with it. Creates situations that are unfavorable to the paying customers. My coworkers and I would come here for lunch once a month but lately we haven't been and today was the first time in a couple months we finally had lunch here. We noticed it was a different server and not the normal person we normally would see. This new server her name was Cristal. First I wanted to say that she did not do a welcome greet as she walked to our table. There was no smile on her face. She just looked unhappy to be there. Second, 3 of us order wings combo while our other coworker ordered a chicken salad and somehow we got our wings first which was odd because I would assume it takes longer to fry wings versus just tossing a salad together. We didn't want to touch our food until everyone got theirs. 10 min has pass and she was no where to be found to let us know the salad was arriving late. She did not apologize for the wait or gave us an update. Mind you we were the only customers that were seated as we arrived at 11:40am. Finally after 15-20 min the salad arrived and there was no sincere apology that it took that long. Her service was just not it. On top of that we had to remind her our coworker ordered a side of carrots as well after receiving the salad. When we finally finished our lunch it took her awhile to come back and ask if we needed anything. At that point we were almost done with our food. We were ready to pay but she wouldn't come back by our table after that until another 20 min. Our coworker had to walk up and tell her that we are ready for the tab. When she finally came and give us our tab, it took another 15 min wait that we had to go up to her and pay and tell her that we were on a lunch break and in a hurry as we been waiting. She gave an attitude saying that she had all these tables to take care of. I get it but those people had just gotten seated and we were the first customers that were here and you knew we were waiting to pay. So we called our order in for pick up. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER because we spent $100 bucks for fight night and our order was not only wrong it was missing a sandwich.... We do not live close too the store. Would have beeen a 40min round trip to go pick up the missing and replaced items. They wouldn't deliver it either. I recently ordered 30 boneless wings ($39.49 worth) from this BWW using the DoorDash app. My DoorDash receipt clearly showed "boneless" wings yet when I received my order, despite the receipt taped to the bag also stating "boneless", all 30 wings were "bone-in". I've tried to resolve this issue twice thru DoorDash and they claim this is BWW's fault. I called BWW and was told that since this order was placed thru the DoorDash app, it is DoorDash's fault and issue to resolve. I will also be leaving a negative review for DoorDash. All I want is compensation for the incorrect order item that I received and for someone (BWW or DoorDash) to take responsibility for this issue. read more

So yesterday we came to búfalo wild wings for my bestie's birthday and Luci was AMAZING from start to finish she greeted us with a great happy smile we had a lot of questions and she was incredibly informative and helped us decide on amazing food. We ordered 36 wings some onion rings, fried pickles, French fries and 3 black cherrie drinks made by Ali who was so very nice he also came out to check and make sure everything was ok. Luci checked on us every so often and made sure we were ok and asked if we needed anything. The music genre was bouncing all over the place which was funny because it sounded a lot like what my Apple Music play list does. Any who....
