Like all Buffalo Wild Wings, this one is no different. I had high hopes when I first went there but it was because it was super early and empty. Service actually started off strong, appetizers and drinks came out decently quick. But as more people came in, I didn't even see my server for 30 mins. The other server came by the tables around me very frequently and tables that ordered after us with that server got their food first. We never got our drinks after that and kept having to remind her. It was close to impossible to even get the check. I'm always hesitant to try anything other than wings and some of the apps, but they had a deal on the burger so I decided to give that a try. The burger itself was decent. The normal fries were extremely stale and we didn't eat it. So, another typical Buffalo Wild Wings. Slow service and mediocre food. The plus are the TVs and happy hour specials.

Things are definitely getting better. Before this last time I swore we would never go again, but with the AYCE deal we couldn't resist trying. We were seated right away. Pretty lucky since it was before a playoff game. Our server was very cool. Wish I remembered his name, but he took great care of us. Kept things going until we were stuffed. We started with 10 wings and a side of fries. I tried 2 different flavors and they both were good. The wings were fried well and of good size. If the service and food stay this good, this will be a great place to come back for sports games.

Nachos - super dry, lacked toppings

Went here with a couple friends to watch a game on a Sunday around noon. There were other groups but it was nowhere near crowded or even busy. With that said, service was very slow and our server was very short with us, curt even. We ordered wings, nachos, fries, and drinks. Ordering drinks at the beginning was quick but it was quite a while before our server came back to take our food order. We did like the wings and fries but the nachos were insanely dry. Just the top layer of chips had toppings, but there was barely any cheese. Would never order them again. I would get wings again but only if I have time to spare and a game to watch. We got Caribbean jerk, Asian zing, buffalo (dry), and lemon pepper (sauce). My favorite were the Asian zing (nice kick), followed by the Caribbean jerk (a bit clovey/cinnamony). I think I'd rather have Buffalo sauce and lemon pepper dry if I were to get those flavors again.

Geo the manager was great at helping his staff be seated and take orders. He let us know he wasn't our waiter but assisting as the place was busy due to the Warriors game being on. Not only did he ask us but another manager named Terese's asked us if we are doing okay and needed anything. Geo was helping at the bar, cleaning tables, checking on tables. He was doing what a manager should be doing.

Went here at my daughter's request. Just as anticipated extremely slow service. Seems to be the theme at every BWW I have been too and it wasn't even packed We all got our food but my kids wings came out 15 after we all finished our food. Some "mixup". Our hatch queso appetizer was trash. The cheese was cold. Half of the chips seemed burnt. They seriously took it back and microwaved it. Probably the last time I waste my money at BWW to be honest. Every location is the same.

Two large wedge two diff times and 1/3 full, is this the standard? Why charge $8 for a large when it's a $2-3 size?

We arrived right at 3pm when HH starts and were greeted immediately by the host who told us we could sit anywhere at the bar , once we sat we were greeted by Julez who was such a great help and let us try a few beers until we found one we really liked. The food came out and it was great , we tried the pizza, the ahi tuna nachos, and the wings . Everything was great. Good sports bar with a ton of TV's definitely recommend to sit at the bar for HH

A rush of people had left the restaurant at the same time because a sports game ended. The time to get seated was incredibly short, taking less than 5 minutes for us two. Once seated the hostess did not offer us anything, instead saying someone else would come help us and she hurried off. We sat for over twenty minutes without a single server speaking to us. In that time we had four separate parties of 1-4 all be seated around us. They all were given drinks either by hosts or servers. Two of them had orders taken. We were not asked how we were. Even after activating the "need waiter" mode on the tablet every single server ignored us. I know mistakes happen, a rush had ended and we may have been lost in the shuffle. Every server who looked at us and the tablet could have checked in. It was clearly bright and alerting. The restaurant wasn't incredibly busy, as our section was mostly empty when we entered. As we were getting up one of the servers looked at both of us, the alerting tablet on the table, and then towards the table next to us and asked if they needed help. I have to mention that all the people who were served before us were white. Most of their servers were. The hostess who sat us down also was. We are an interracial couple. I am very visibly middle eastern. It felt incredibly targeted. We would tip as much as any other party. We wouldn't treat the staff poorly. All we did was have a brown guy at the table. When we went to hand our menus and unused utensils back to the hosts the only host who showed any concern and attempted to help wasn't white. She offered to get us reseated and immediately helped. Considering the racist treatment towards us by the other staff we declined. We left promptly. I would love for someone from the management team to reach out and look at any footage of the incident to clarify what might've happened. Our reservation at check in was under my partners name and placed at 4:34pm.

This past weekend I got a chance to try it with my boyfriend, who's already had it once before. We decided to go in around 8pm on a Saturday. We attempted to call beforehand to check in with how busy the restaurant was as we were both starving and wanted food asap! We weren't able to get past their automated answer choices, so we decided to take a risk and go in. Upon arrival, it was a joy to see that there was not many people eating as well as no waitlist to be seated. We got seated immediately by what seems to be the restaurant manager. He was nice and made us feel welcome. Our server for the night whom I forgot the name of, was sweet and responsive to our needs as well! We were pleasantly surprised by how empty the restaurant was. We both ordered burgers, which my bf had recommended to me based on the one other time he came. Our food came out so quickly, I would say just around 10 minutes! I got their "Eureka! American" with cheddar cheese rather than swiss. Oh my gosh, it was one of the best burgers I've had! It was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. My bf got the Bacon Jalapeño Jam Burger which he liked, but said the bread was almost too sweet for his liking. It's also worth noting that their bathrooms were super clean and taken care of, which is usually not the case at these type of restaurants. I can't wait to come back and try their truffle fries next! I definitely wish I tried them that night but it just gives me an excuse to come back!

The sandwich delivered: packed with meat, mushrooms, grilled onions, and a sweet BBQ sauce that tied it together. The cheese was there, but buried under the stronger flavors, not a dealbreaker, just lost in the mix. The side? Potato salad. I was hoping for house‑made, but it tasted like store‑bought Reese brand with a sprinkle of cayenne for decoration. A letdown, especially next to a sandwich that actually had some heart. The bar was loud, full of laughter, the kind of energy you expect from a golf course hangout. Legends isn't trying to be fine dining. During the security screening, our bags were searched and we were patted down, which we understand may be standard procedure. However, the security guard went far beyond what we considered appropriate by squeezing our breasts during the pat-down. We immediately objected and made it clear that we were uncomfortable and felt violated. The guard identified himself as "Natty Martinez" (although we are not sure whether that was his real name). After the incident, we watched other patrons entering the bar and did not observe anyone else being subjected to the same level of physical contact. That left us feeling as though we had been singled out and treated differently. No one should expect to be touched in such an invasive manner simply for entering a bar.
