We go to this Lazy Dog frequently and always have a good time, but today we had an extraordinary experience because of our wonderful server, Sonia. She was the perfect combination of warm and friendly and at the same time professional and efficient. She attended to us elders, seeing to our special requests and checking on us regularly. We enjoy the food (in spite of wishing the bacon candy was less spicy) and the atmosphere, including the dogs. But the excellent service was what made our experience so special today. Ham, Turkey and Chicken Salad, all of them were top shelf sandwiches and the choices LD made on the different breads for each was outstanding. I liked the amount of cheese and condiments on each sandwich, just right amounts of both. The Cobb Salad was excellent! Real blue cheese crumbles, high quality bacon and great cubed tomatoes. The salad was good iceberg and I liked the dressing given on the side, not sure what it was but it went well with the chicken in the salad. Isabella the server was great at recommending food that was to my liking and wasn't pushing anything big and extravagant. The tuna bites were great and delicious. The appetizers we had were good too. Second visit last night. Five stars again. The starters and small plates, three for $25, all excellent. Huge plate of Cajun fries (not too spicy) came with good dipping sauces. The fried brussels sprouts and the BaoBao buns were excellent as well. The Ahi tuna salad and bison burger on a brioche bun terrific. We had tons of leftovers. Went here on 6/20 for a pre-father's day lunch with my family. We made an online reservation and got sat down immediately! While waiting for our server, I decided to buy a few drinks at the bar. Bartenders were super friendly and greeted you with a smile! Our server was pretty chill and detailed oriented. For appetizers, we had the garlic cheese bread and the chicken tinga quesadillas, I couldn't snap a photo because everything was delcious. For my entree, I got the cowboy burger and I was completely satisfied! Might be my go to Burger everytime I come by! Im not the biggest horse radish fan but it was subtle and just enough to give extra flavor. Make sure youre hungry when having this burger because it's a lot of protein! Stopped in for a quick lunch and went with the half soup/sandwich combo. I ordered the half turkey club and it was huge -- definitely more generous than expected. I paired it with the chicken tortilla soup and was pleasantly surprised. The chicken was tender and the broth was exactly what I was hoping for -- not a creamy blend, just a flavorful, comforting broth. Bonus points: no corn (which I feel ends up in everything these days). We also tried the new French Onion pastry puffs. We decided to try Lazy Dog for the first time and it was such A DELIGHT! We ordered the Ribeye Bibimbap (very tasty), shrimp Alfredo, Cheeseburger and Chicken Nuggets for the kids. The dishes we tried were very appetizing and portions were huge. We had plenty to take home. For dessert, the Yuzu Lime Cheesecake is a must try. Even the kids approved! The service was fantastic. We went for Easter brunch and were able to get seated right away in the bar. It was pretty busy which made our wait a little longer but that's to be expected on a holiday. People showed up to work that day so that we didn't have to cook and we can enjoy a meal out. I started off with the Hair of the dog Bloody Mary, it had just the right amount of spiciness. We decided to get a couple of shareables. We ordered the breakfast tacos, the bacon candy and the biscuits and gravy. The breakfast tacos 10 out of 10..so delicious! The bacon candy never disappoints, although it came out kind of cold but it was still delicious. The biscuits and gravy, ahhh not a good choice. They were a little dry. Lazy dog has always had a special place in my families heart because of being able to spoil our pups with their own meal. We come a couple times a month but the past 2 times have disappointed us greatly in regard to the service. The first upset was about a month ago. We came in for dinner to be seated outside and we were told "they had all tables reserved". We were sat at the fire pit and had to eat our dinner bending over which is super uncomfortable but we were starving and were craving the NY steak (which is chef's kiss) We asked our server to please check on a table for us and he never said anything about it. We ended up being here almost 2 hours eating and drinking and all the "RESERVED" tables were never filled!!! Sooooo idk what the point of that was? We then again came in on Valentine's Day, Saturday 2/14. The patio was about half full so we figured we wouldn't have to wait long. As soon as I walked up to the podium and asked for a table outside the young guy tells me there's a 3-4 hour wait. No option of maybe try the fire pit? The bar? Nothing. He didn't even ask for my name. I stood there confused and asked him if we could sit by the fire pit and get a table as soon as ones ready. He mentioned there's 8 reservations coming in within the hour so I said the fire pit was fine. He proceeds to say never mind, that's all taken too. I walked out to check and in fact it was not full at all, and there was at least 10 empty tables. I came back inside and saw the older "manager" and mentioned to him that we just wanted to eat quickly and there was plenty of tables - if there was anything he could do. He turned around went to the young guy and had a conversation. He came to me to ask for my name to put me down (No it'll be X amount of time, no sorry we can't seat you, again NOTHING!!!) Again I'm left standing there confused and I go back to ask the young guy. He now says the system is saying the table will be ready in 5 hours!!!!!!! So I leave my name and we wait outside for about 40 minutes while we wait for some friends and the tables we're never filled. The fire pit stayed empty. And I never got a text of my table being ready. What a disappointment to feel like your money isn't good enough to even get clear communication from the "manager" We love lazy dog but this experience ruined it all for us, we'll just be going elsewhere where they actually have customer service skills and want to actually feed people. read more

We were excited to come back to this place after seeing their well-advertised happy hour specials online, but our visit on July 18, 2025 turned out to be a huge letdown. The moment we walked in, the hostess barely looked up as she handed us menus and silverware before motioning vaguely toward the seating area. To our surprise, the menus we were given didn't include any happy hour options at all, completely contradicting what was posted online. We sat at our table confused and waited... and waited. After more than ten minutes of being completely ignored--no water, no greeting from a server, nothing--we finally gave up and walked out. It's baffling how a restaurant can advertise happy hour but fail so badly at executing even the most basic level of service. Save yourself the frustration and spend your money elsewhere. We had waited 15 minutes before someone came to apologize for the wait and left us again at the last restaurant, so we left and come here. We walked in and the host smiled, said hello, table for 2 and we were seated immediately with menus. A minute later, a sweet woman with a beautiful smile, took our drink order and moments later returned with drinks and we ordered our food. The wait for the food felt a little long but the food was hot and delicious. We ordered Cajun fries with the burger, they got it wrong but left the fries and brought a side order of Cajun fries. They had a hint too much lime flavor but they were hot and crispy. I ordered some bison/wuygu meatloaf and mashed potatoes that was delicious. Though I think it would have tasted better without the bbq glaze on top. We finished dinner with a s'mores brownie with vanilla ice cream and toasted marshmallow that was hot and delectable. I ordered a Grilled Cheese with Candied Bacon along with some onion rings. The sandwich was delicious. The candied bacon was a nice touch. Onion rings were well made. While they were probably frozen, I did like that they were not over battered, and the onion was crisp and broke apart when bitten. I can't stand when the whole thing just drags out of the batter because they are rubbery. The table shared an order of Firecracker Shrimp. They were good, not great. About what you would expect. I also had a Hibiscus Margarita that was on special, and for its price, very good. Service was just fine...no complaints but nothing extraordinary either. First time at Lazy Dog and I was pleasantly surprised! The restaurant is spacious with both indoor and patio seating. I love that the patio is pet-friendly, you can even bring your furry friend and order food just for them, which is such a fun touch. I tried the weekday lunch special ($13 for soup or salad, plus a sandwich and fries). The portions were generous, the taste was solid, and definitely a good value. Our waitress provided excellent customer service, attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome. The rest of the staff were equally kind and professional. I'm disappointed to leave this review because while I understand accidents happen, the way the situation was handled at Lazy Dog was unacceptable. I visited yesterday with a group of friends, and while a server was clearing our table, she dropped a shot glass onto another glass, causing it to shatter and send broken glass across our table, drinks, and food. Instead of immediately cleaning the area and making sure everyone was okay, she made comments about us being able to "sue her" and then never returned to the table. We were left sitting with broken glass still on the table and had to use napkins ourselves to cover parts of it until someone could clean it up. Our original server came back and also did nothing, so we had to get up and ask for a manager ourselves. Because glass had landed in our beers and on our food, including quesadillas and chicken, we asked that our unfinished drinks be replaced since we were no longer comfortable consuming anything on the table. To make matters worse, after all of that, we later found a hair in one of our replacement drinks/shots as well. Even after the broken glass incident and then finding a hair in a drink, there was still no real effort to make the situation right--no comp, no meaningful apology, and no sense of urgency. When the manager finally came over, her response felt dismissive and the entire situation was brushed aside as if it were not a serious customer safety issue. Mistakes happen, but what was most disappointing was the lack of accountability, poor follow-through, and the fact that we were left to deal with the aftermath ourselves instead of having the restaurant take responsibility and properly resolve it. read more

Something about a hot burger with softening (not melting) peanut butter pretending it's about to ooze down the side with the cheese is just oddly fantastic. I was told people are a little scared to order it, if you love peanut butter, just go for it. As for the jelly, I think it melted on top of the bacon, seriously? The fact that I can even type that sentence and want another bite right now is epic. Whoever thought of this burger is my kinda weird, loved it. My friend DoorDashed food for us from here and I decided to give them another look after not having been here in a very long time. This time, I decided to order their burgers and see how it tastes. Kid's cheeseburger: For a kid's cheeseburger, it was really tasty and filling. With the usual fixings of lettuce, tomato, onions and pickle, the burger for the price was very fair.
