Ordered take out. Pulled pork sandwich, potato wedges, & cinnamon squares. I got there, waited a while for someone to acknowledge I'd walked in but finally got my food. Got home (1/2 mile away), bun was not warm at all, pork was super fatty with a bitter flavored sauce. Won't order again. Wedges were good. The only reason for 3 stars instead of 1 is the cinnamon squares. They look like fairly questionable foam blocks, similar to the ones in a gymnastics gym, however they were pretty good. Fun Activity's And Great Food I Recommend If You Want To Party Go There

Absolutely poor service. Our waitress didn't know the simplest things, like how many wings came with the boneless/bone-in combo. Probably something you should know at a place that has WINGS in the title. She also neglected to ask us if we needed anything for quite a long time, as she sat in the booth next to us talking to friends. Also, the wait staff repeatedly asked us to help with cleanup (handing them salt/pepper shakers and ketchup bottles to clean) while we were still sitting in the booth finishing our beer and our game. They also vacuumed under our booth and feet as we sat there. Either the management wants to get out of the place as fast as the staff, or they don't care if they make the guests feel as though they're kicking them out. Personally, I don't think any wait staff should vacuum or clean occupied booths while guests are still enjoying their evening. This all happened on a Sunday night during the late NFL game. We plan on finding another place to go for our next outing. As for the food? It was alright. Nothing more exciting than wings. A friend of mine got a wrap, but the tortilla was "straight out of the fridge cold". There are many other places in Derby you can visit for a game. This is only the third time I've gone to Buffalo Wild Wings. First of all, the service was exceptional. The street tacos were pretty good. They were a little spicy, so if you're not into spicy food, I wouldn't recommend it. The grilled chicken buffalitos were perfect though, and they're great with the honey BBQ sauce. The French fries could've been a little better though. They tasted more like those frozen pre-made packaged Ore-Ida French fries. I like the way they served their strawberry lemonade in cocktail glasses. It is a decent restaurant, and if you're a die-hard sports fan, you should definitely hang out there to watch some football games. read more

I can't say enough good things about this specific Buffalo Wild Wings. I always go to the Derby location for UFC events. Because there is often a lot of us that eventually show up, I come before everyone else to ensure that we get a table and everyone else has a minimum waiting period; and they happily seat me even when my party hasn't fully arrived! The staff is almost always friendly and attentive too. Plus this is one of the very few specific restaurants that I save room for dessert at. Love this place! read more

The food has been a little funky the last few times that we have been here. I feel like all the wait staff always has a bit of an attitude here and they are never happy. It's not the kind of environment that you really want to return to no matter how much my mister loves wings. We will be finding another resaurant to fulfill his wing cravings. read more

I've been to some pretty poor BWW and been to some good ones. This one ranks right up there. Sat at the bar and had great service. The place was packed and the food took a little while to get out. But when it came out it was cooked and hot. So why 4 stars. Because I am a fan of the brand. When I go to BWW I want good wings, a beer, and friendly staff. This place is hit and miss. Sometimes we are met with good, attentive service and good foood. Sometimes we are met with poor service and bad tasting, under-cooked food. She walked by our table numerous times, we had to go to the bartender for drinks since she never checked on us, frequently forgot items and gave us our check/disappeared for 20 minutes and finally came back to let us check out. Omg the management team was awesome!! They took care of a 40 top sumo wrestling team and did t harass them for dress code.. we ordered lots of food and it came out hot and fresh. I been here a number of times. Service and food varies. Lack of consistency. They make a big deal about captains, but after the first visit it's hard to flag them down for anything. Sometimes the sauce is minimal and I ask for more. Otherwise they might as well be naked wings. Last two visits had an intestinal impact on me about 5 to 8 hrs later... and I have a cast iron stomach. Had leftovers and the same thing. Makes me wonder about their food prep and cleanliness. My food wasn't ready when I went to pick it up, so I had to wait. Then they forgot to put the drinks in so I had to wait some more for the girl to get off the phone and go get the drinks. My family went to this location for lunch today. Everything was fine except for two issues, one with the waitress and one with the manager. Our waitress showed up at our table and looked horribly sick. Her eyes had huge dark circles around them and her eyes never opened more than halfway the entire time we were there. Her voice was so scratchy and harsh it was barely audible. I don't blame her, she probably needed the money. I do blame the manager. The manager should have sent her home the minute she walked in the door. Instead, he allowed her to serve food and drinks to several tables. Having no idea what her ailment was, or if it was contagious, I find it highly irresponsible of the manager to allow it. I could tell the waitress was struggling and I could see her coughing a lot. After lunch, as we were headed to the door, I glanced over and saw our waitress slouched over asleep in a nearby table. I saw the manager come by and nudge her awake but as we were walking by I didn't hear him say anything about her needing to go home. Anyway, I go to this restaurant quite a bit and I really have to question the managers decision making skills when it comes to other aspects of the restaurant. Bottom line, that waitress should not have been allowed to work. Being this is the food industry, extra care should be taken when it comes to the possibility of spreading germs and illness to the customer. after ordering an appetizer and it coming out half right 20 minutes later should have been our first clue the food wasn't going to be good. my hamburger was cold and my husband wings were half sauced. the waitress was to busy flirting with a table of guys to check on us and my husbands tea was empty most our meal.
