My past 3 experiences here have not been great. Slowest service ever, even when they aren't busy. It takes forever just to get some drinks.

I need to stop ordering from here. My order has always been incorrect, either wrong number of wings (I always order 10 and get 7 or 8) and even though the bag says ranch, they must have a ranch shortage that they forgot to tell us about. Disappointment every time. read more

This Buffalo Wild Wings is the worst I was there Tuesday with my nephew and his girlfriend and they refused to let us dine in even doe I was over 21 and we have came on Tuesday and Thursday in the past with no problems after 9 , the host had her manger come to the front and he tried to make It seem like I was a liar and that this has been the policy over 10 years well you know what screw your location and I'll just go to another Buffalo Wild Wings which I did in Middletown which was much cleaner and had no made up rules cause you want to refuse business from del state students on your deal nights read more

Walked in the door, and noone came to great us. There were 3 girls that looked our way, then went back to talking. Waitress couldnt remember our order. We had only ordered pepsi and sweet tea at that point. Waited over 20 minutes for food, which when it came out was not right. Then when the food did come out it was not worth the money spent on it. Generally speaking I like BWW. But my experience today LEFT a LOT to be desired. First my server, Jay, refused to bring water for my service dog. That didn't sit well with me. I spike with a manager who brought water. In my opinion, refusing to bring water for the dog is the same as refusing me service. Later, after spending $20 for food, I told Jay that I was going to the rest room and was then taking the dog outside so she could take care of her business. Jay told me that if I left the building Is be "giving up my spot". In other words I'd lose my seat. Then he brought me my check. That's t he most unfriendly thing a server has EVER done to me. Stopped in for a quick beer and to watch the last period of a hockey game. Despite asking for the manager at least 3 times, he failed to show until well after the game was over when he explained he had an employee issue he "could not break away" There are a couple of things wrong here. First, perhaps this genius manager might want to think about delegating TV control for a sports bar. My family loves this place! We are obsessed with the Cheese Curds with Spicy Garlic Sauce. We come here all the time. I wish we lived closer cause we would come more often. Service is hit or miss. Sometimes we get a great server then other times we get a terrible one... but I figure that's the case everywhere, not everyone can be in a great mood all the time. The one thing I do not like about this place is that they charge u extra if you more than one sauce. I understand it costs them extra to provide us with extra sauces but sometimes u just need to give it to the customer to keep them coming back. I have noticed that sometimes the server charges us and others do not. But what really grinds my gears is when the server does not tell you that it's an extra cost. Soo good! We had several mixed drinks a appetizer of fried onions, SOO GOOD, we both split the boneless and regular wings medium regular and honey bbq boneless, so good once again! Ok so I use to go here several times a week. Been there maybe twice in two years. They have game makers and those are cool when your bored that's about it. Service went way down hill, they haven't fixed a single projector tv since opening, the portions and undefined and shrinking almost daily. Cost is through the roof and if go for a free UFC or boxing match...it's like a war zone everyone thinks they Rocky. And what's with the silliness of filling the beer 3-4 inches below the brim. P.S. Don't think I didn't notice the 22-23 oz glasses becoming 19-20 oz. glasses. Can I give a half a star? Watch the beer pours they are purposely terrible and $4.25 a beer for coors light ? I happened to be there on $.50 wing Tuesdays. The place was packed but we still got seated quickly. Service is friendly. The Honey BBQ Bacon burger and onion rings were pretty good. However, the wings weren't on the same level. Yes, I know they're only $.50 each but the quality still shouldn't suffer. I recall the last time I had the spicy garlic wings in West Nyack they tasted much better. BWW is definitely a great atmosphere for sports enthusiasts. I have been coming here since they first opened their doors. I find myself not coming as much as I used to though. I really like the outside sitting area where I would enjoy a beer and a smoke. The inside area can get hectic and loud. The management takes a no nonsense approach to rowdiness and will kick you out very quickly as I have witnessed. One time the wife and I watched them kick out patrons before they had a chance to order food. They patrons claimed they weren't even the trouble makers, it was somebody that they were with last time. Nonetheless, management did not care and asked them to leave. huh Food has always been great here for me. It does take a little while for it to come out though. Usually I always go on the wing special nights. Nowadays its 60 cents and wing. Yeah yeah yeah I know everything is going up but what can we do about it? I still like their wings. I had family over the holidays and ordered wings/several appetizers. I had a $50 gift card that could be used at multiple restaurants, they attempted to put the information in for 15 minutes and had Manager Kevin try too. I checked it and it has $50 on it, they just didn't know how to apply it to my bill. I live about 30 minutes away and when I got home, they forgot 2 of my items I ordered. Plus the boneless wings were over cooked to the point they were hard. I called and spoke with Manager Kevin and he told me to bring it back and they would redo them for me. No sorry or what he could do to make it right. On my 30 minute drive back, I called and spoke with Kevin and requested a refund. When I arrived at the store the the items, Kevin didn't say anything to me but just handed me my receipt showing void of my purchase and didn't say anything to me. They have a receipt on outside of bag with a check list for the staff to check for all items and it was not done. I would not recommend this place and cus service/management needs improvements. read more

For many years now I have gone periodically. Every single time it has been extremely slow service even if there weren't many others in the restaurant. As well as the food is always cold. What do you expect from a sports-bar chain? Good wings and beer with good ambience, and hang out place. Nothing extraordinary on the menu however, although their new flatbread chicken pizza is pretty good. If you're looking for healthy or upscale, this is not the place. I've been coming here for a while. Everytime I come pick up an order, they show me it before hand. This time they did not do that. I drove all the way home, checked my bag and I'm missing half of my order. I call back to let them know they forgot my wings and I would like new ones. This is me driving back to Buffalo Wild Wings for a second time, no manager said sorry or anything. The host didn't acknowledge me after I told her she messed up my order again. I walk out because I am annoyed at this point. When I walk back in my order was ready but still no communication. Have not had one good experience at this location, including to-go orders. The waitstaff takes 15+ minutes (minimum) to get to your table and it seems that they would rather sit and chat with each there than do anything else. One occasion in particular our server forgot to ring in half of our food and drinks, so we waited almost two hours for a meal that should have been out in 25 minutes. To make matters worse, there was only a handful of people in the restaurant at the time. This location messes up every single to-go order. I travel across the United States for Business and Buffalo Wild Wings has become a staple of my diet. I usually sit at the bar since I travel alone. This location in Dover provided friendly and fast service. My meal arrived on time and it was delicious. I ordered a Dogfish Head 60 minute IPA and the server poured it correctly and the taste was perfect. The establishment was clean and completely filled to capacity which is always a great sign. Upon my return to Dover I will be returning and make this place my hangout in the region. read more

Spent $40 on a to go order of wings. Asked for ranch, and offered to pay for said ranch, they failed to include it. They seemed busy and like they didn't care when called in. I've lived in Dover for 5 years. This is by far the slowest service of any BWW I've ever been to. Management needs to get their act together, just see the other reviews. A friend and I got takeout from here tonight. My food was OK, but his order was incorrect - and this after I watched the takeout lady check the food three or four times before putting it in my bag (his was at the bottom of the bag; I checked the top box, but not the bottom one...should have known better). Had to wait a good 5-10 minutes (they said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes, and I got there 30 minutes later; the food was ready 5-10 thereafter) on seats that were not clean - how do the seats in the take-out waiting area get salt or sugar on them when the food isn't served there? Terrible service every time I come in here! Tonight it took us 45 minutes for first round of drinks and appetizers. Finally our last guy in our party joined us and we ordered. Once we got our food our friend didn't get his ranch he ordered. She passed us multiple times, he even tried to get her attention after she dropped off my Dr Pepper (which she forgot and I had to stop her). Finally he got the ranch after starting to use another one of our friends ranch. Then we asked for the check. She assumed that we didn't want to pay because one person in our party was waiting on Togo food.. ummm hello!? We asked for the check! Also we all had our cards and cash waiting in our hands or on the table! So my boyfriend goes to the drink area and asks someone to please run our checks we were ready to go. I gave them 15 In cash and the rest on the card. I get my bill and my card back and my card was charged the entire check! And my cash was gone like she pocketed it. Over my dead body! My boyfriend was also over charged! His bill was 10.50 and he was charged 19!! The manager came back and was very apologetic but we had already been charged and even though he refunded me it still is deducted from my account for 72 hours and it'll eventually come back but still! Both tasted different not the signature lemon pepper rub taste or the sweet/spicy mango habanero sauce flavor I'm familiar with. So we went in to BWW's because my youngest son wanted to eat there for his Birthday. Making this short and sweet, the server Robin was awesome and had a very positive attitude. On the other hand the food was nasty. I ordered nachos and in the bottom there was torn up trash and made me want to throw up. I could have cared less if the manager took the nachos off of the ticket. Want would make me go back is if they fired all the kitchen staff and replaced them with people who care about their job. Until the kitchen staff is released of their position and replaced with new, I will not be returning there. I don't even want the gift certificates the manager gave me. Great place to catch a game. Wings are much better than any regular bar. Typical bat food and decent collection of beers. Service and decor were decent.
