I am absolutely upset, I come home to only realize that I'm missing a whole 10 piece boneless box and on top of that the only 10 piece they do put it the bag has the small amount of sauce and apparently it's the new honey garlic sauce, hysterical not only that my salt and vinegar wings aren't even covered in salt or vinegar it's just clumps of salt scattered in the box not only that I didn't receive any of my sauces I came to pick up my order the restaurant wasn't even busy at all So I don't see how these things aren't overlooked to prevent people like me who actually like BWW to leave reviews like this. From my first observation it looked like they had about 55 TVs at this location playing at least 4 to 6 different games. True definition of a sports bar. Mary was nice. The food was not bad at all. It was 3:30 on a Thursday afternoon and not busy. Mary talked a lot. And was very nice. The hostess clears a booth and then comes back and said her manger told her she can't sit us for at least another 15-20 minutes because she would be double seating us. What????? I wish my complaint was related to COVID-19 so that I could attribute my issue with Dover BWW to the pandemic, but, unfortunately, the issue behind my complaint is an ongoing issue with BWW in Dover. Despite my repeated instructions and pleas to waiters to instruct the kitchen to lightly fry my wings, I continue to receive overcooked, dried out, and chewy traditional wings. This is so disappointing as I love BWW traditional wings and other BWW fry my wings lightly without issue. I have even asked the management in this location to explain to me how I need to word my request at this location so that the waiters and kitchen staff understand my request and cook my wings the way I like them. And before someone comments about health dept regulations related to cooking chicken, I am well aware of regulations as I worked for BWW and I know that the wings may be lightly fried and remain within health dept regulations. They should just save the trouble and hire actual buffalos to work there. They would be more pleasant than the poor excuse for hosts/hostesses and various other staff that we encountered. Husband ordered by phone and went to pick up. Big issues were that the large lemon pepper wings that we ordered had no seasoning and that the celery they put in there was rotten. This is the very last time we will ever eat at this location or probably any other Buffalo Wild Wings. We should've known better to be honest because the service is the same every time. We paid over $50 dollars for food that we ordered online and told to pick up at a certain time and when my husband got there on time every other person that came in after him was given their food and not him.
