Went for lunch today. Have been there one other time for lunch on a weekend. Both times had Keyla as our server. Keyla provides great, attentive service but the kitchen is the problem. Today, my group of 3 were the only ones in the place except for a few other customers. Our food took quite a while to come out. I ordered the classic chicken wrap & fries. I swear they gave me yesterday's fries. They were cold & stale. Really disappointing. The wrap was ok & I'd probably get it again. No, I did not send the fries back. I was certain they would simply microwave them & our food took long enough so I didn't want any more delay. The worst service I have received in the imperial valley. I almost thought I was at dick's last resort. Waited over 10 minutes for a hostess to show up at the entrance to get a table. Ordered a certain beer... they brought me the wrong beer. I asked for my waitress if she can bring me the one had ordered. She asked me about three times if I was sure that I needed my beer replaced. My daughter ordered fries and never got them until I had to remind the waitress. We never got utensils or napkins. Well'up. Where do I begin. A well established franchise which is being brought to ruin in El Centro, CA. I don't know where to begin. Meltdown burger or aka Patty Melt was executed very poorly. Instead of the onions being on the burger it was scooped into the bread right on the center about the size of a Silver Dollar. Had it remade and I tried to force myself to eat it but for some odd reason they decide to season the rye bread with rock salt. It was too salty and took away from the flavor of the burger. Execution was poor and the reason for my rating. My advice to BWW CEO: Either retrain the whole staff and teach them about excellence and urgency or fire everybody and close down this location. This is my 3rd visit and I have been truly disappointed each visit. The GM needs to be fired if this place wants to survive. Update: March 26th. I also got a stomach sickness the night I got home. My second time here and i am truly not surprised that the service is still as mediocre as the first time. If you have a party of 7 or more, please refrain yourself from stopping here. I've loved BWW for years! My bf thinks it's ridiculous how much I love it lol So once I heard they were going to open one up in the Valley I was ecstatic! The location is perfect in the mall shopping center. Plenty of parking. This location is kind of small but whatever I'm just happy we have one here. I ONLY go during lunch 12-2 pm. It's the perfect time to go. It's NEVER busy when I go so I don't agree with the complaints of waiting for 45+ minutes... I've always been greeted right away, sat down where I choose, always get my orders correctly and in a timely manner. The food is on point and the best service I've had is from Janel. Unbelievably horrible service. Bad service even for the Imperial Valley. While ordering our food, it was concerning to learn that the restaurant did not have basic menu items available. Onion rings, mac and cheese, ect. We were told we couldn't add cheese to a chicken sandwich, and then came the long wait to receive our plates. Finally almost an hour after we ordered, half of our order came. The other half came another 30 minutes later. Unfortunately, the waitress was not acknowledging our table very much throughout the hour and a half we were waiting. The staff sure did have enough time to gossip with each other and friends, while customers are being unattended to though. Sadly, I will NOT be going back to this restaurant again. I travel to this area once every couple of months for work and I can honestly say that this will be my regular stop during my trip from today forward. We came to celebrate my son in laws birthday and about 24 of us. I know big group. Where do I start? When we where seated two of the table legs where broken and finally they changed out our table the manager his name jesse was hesitant we told him it's broken not off balance so what did he do he put it on another big party and the poor people had to re arrange themselves because of the clearly broken table. Service was slow the servers where great especially Robert even though he wasn't our waiter he was very accommodating. One of our guests had to send her food back the wings where cold. Another couple finally got there salads but had to wait for the dressing. Idk this is really my first time here I will probably give it one more shot. Our food was good. I can't believe I even have to write this, but there is a giant discrimination issue at this establishment as well. We honestly felt like second class citizens here and were completely baffled that we were sitting in the United States when this happened. I am honestly horrified that this happened at Buffalo Wild Wings. Here's the breakdown if you care to know: We got here around 7 pm on a Friday. Let me start by saying, we were hungry and came to eat dinner before relaxing at the hotel for the night.100% sober and just arrived to El Centro after driving for 3 1/2 hours. Our waitress came and took drink orders, never returned. A food runner finally brought us our one round of very watery margaritas after we asked 3 employees. We sit there with our drinks for about 20 more minutes and no one comes back-- we walk to the bar and ask if we can order food and drinks with the bartender. She says no. We ask for our server. She finally comes over 5 minutes later after I went and asked the hostess. She takes our food order and then tells us we are too intoxicated to serve us drinks. KEEP IN MIND IT IS 7PM AND I AM SOBER AND HAVE BEEN DRIVING FOR THE PAST 3 1/2 HOURS. The food runner disagrees with her and says we haven't even finished the last 2 sips of our first drinks yet so there's no reason to not serve us. We're all 100% totally sober, functioning of-age adults. The server starts loudly cursing at the food runner in spanish (i'll refrain from giving exact verbage on yelp). So I ask her to get the manager. He comes over and I begin explaining the situation about how I could not possibly be too intoxicated from one half of a watery margarita I got 25 minutes or so before. I heard the server a few feet a way making derogatory statements about our race while we talked to the manager. I explain to him that I have never had a server be so rude or discriminatory towards me in my entire life and that I am very disappointed with how our experience was being handled. Food runner finally brings our food. We've been here for about 45-50 minutes at this point. The order is wrong. I go tell the manager that the entire order is wrong. We wait. Finally get the fixed order 25 minutes later from food runner. Never saw server again. I asked 6 employees for our check and no one ever came. Server comes and throws the check on the table and walks away. Literally throws it. I walk to the hostess stand and ask for the manager. He comes out and I explain I had never had so many people be rude to me in my entire life and that this is completely ridiculous. He apologized and said the employees would be talked to. He said "you're not from around here are you"... really... No. We are not. And we will not be coming back ever again. We paid cash because we didn't believe our credit card information was safe.
