I went to lunch with a group of around 15 friends yesterday and our server was Damaris. She was the most rudest waitress I've encountered in a long time. It took us over an hour to get hour dried food that was left under a heat lap obviously for way too long. I asked for sweet tea and she rudely said we don't make sweet tea here?! I tried calling her several times just to get ketchup and she totally ignored me and my friend. The service is horrible here, save your money and go somewhere else! We just stopped here on our way to San Diego. One person in our party ordered a Garden Chicken Salad and the lettuce was wilted. Gross! Another person in our party ordered Naked Chicken Tenders and they tasted rubbery. We never received one of our kid's orders and the waitress claimed we never ordered it but we remembered telling her how we wanted the chicken tenders cooked for the kid's order, so therefor we must have placed the order. The only thing that tasted good from our five orders was the Garden Crusher. At one point we asked for some BBQ sauce and instead of our waitress going to get it and bring it to us she stood at another table with a few other waitresses and took selfies. If I can give 0 stars I would this is the second time I have gone dine in and both times are service has been horrible and both times we have waited over 45 min to be seated . Both times I have gone they have gotten my drink order wrong and last night our food was cold when brought to the table. My Husband and I went in on tuesday for the 2x1 deal on bone in wings they have .which it was pretty busy for this place but we had a server who was rude and his attitude wasnt polite period. He wasnt the one took the food to our table someone else did he got the sauces correct he mix them up how i wanted them his name tag said NICK but on check said VICTOR he didnt ask if we had blazing rewards nor did he add the points. So my boyfriend and I walk in the doors and there's a small group of about 5 employees huddled up chit chatting behind the counter. We walk in and they just stare at us and one starts to giggle. We ask to sit at the bar and she tells us to go ahead. We go back to her because we changed our mind and she giggles and walks us to a table and says "that one" and walks away. Her name was Claudette and I thought she was extremely unprofessional. As I was browsing at all the waiters I realized that NONE of them were smiling, they all looked as if they hated their job! I tried this location in the valley. The food was OK, but overpriced. The ambiance of the place is definitely active and loud. We tried the hot wings: teriyaki sauce and BBQ sauce. I did like the sauce. The vegetables are NOT FRESH and it seems they did not wash the veggies they were serving. The servers were friendly and helpful. The manager was accommodating. Food was decent. Service needs improvement. Waited about five minutes to be acknowledged at our table. Finally caught someone's attention who said they would get our server. I couldn't understand why the wait because we saw a dozen employees. Not sure what type of system they have but it's not working. Poor service from some of the staff. After I got my food I didn't see my waitress so I could get my check, so had to ask someone else. This is the only Buffalo Wild Wings that I've been to that charges extra for ranch and carrots. That should come with wings for free. My waitress also did not ask if I wanted a box for my leftover food and automatically assumed I wanted my wings extra wet with sauce when I ordered. I usually enjoy going to BWW we usually have great customer service and a great time. Unfortunately on my last visit I had horrible customer service. Our waiter only came around twice didn't even bother to ask if we needed refills. He actually brought extra waters to the table so I had to refill from there. My friend had to ask for a refill on her drink. If someone is unhappy at their job maybe it's time they look for a different one! This wont stop me from going but for sure Will complain to management next time. I normally don't complain but it's unacceptable to behave like that. read more

I came here during their first week of opening and only got takeout. It took 40 min and the large order of boneless wings looked very small. They were out of onion rings!We had waited enough so I did not talk to a manager since it was jam packed. I paid $27 for wings that could barely feed my kids. We had to go get happy meals in order to feed the whole family. Wrote into customer feedback on their website and NEVER received a response. BWW will not last long in El Centro. It was astonishing how poor the service in this place is. I dont want to take it personal, but it felt like the server hated my guts after the way she attended me and my friend tonight. First of all we waited for about 20 min for every single thing we asked for, that would include; water, food, and even forks at one point!!! The waitress would all out ignore us even when making clear eye contact with us, she would constantly forget to bring things (20 min waiting period) and to end it all she didnt even lend a pen to sign the receipt. We had to use forks and add pressure to the paper to sign the damn reciept!!! We even had to use two of the damn paper baskets to take our food because the chick wouldn't even give us the time to ask for boxes to take home... Idk, if the waitress is the only rotten apple in this establishment or the manager is at fault here. But they sure as hell need to fix something or they're going to keep getting poor reviews, like they have been getting since they've been open in the Valley. read more

We went to Buffalo Wild Wings to celebrate my husbands birthday since he loves wings. It took over 45 minutes to get our food and one order was wrong took about another 20-25 minutes for them to get us the right food by then we just decided to get it to go. We love BWW but honestly the one in El Centro has been the worst one we've gone too, which I doubt we will be going back since from the 7-8 times we've gone probably more than half have been bad experiences. read more

Came on a Thursday evening. Ordered wings and nachos. Wings came with barely any sauce and the nachos were sent back because they had nothing on them. Service was lagging tonight as well. I have never had a good experience here. Tonight my girlfriend and I decided to dine out for dinner and my girlfriend insisted on coming here. The wait was short and the hostess was nice. After realizing that our server still hadn't taken our drink order the hostess approached our table and did it for her. Our server??? Brought our drinks to the table and finally took our food order and that would be the first and only time we would see her. someone else brought our food and once it was at the table that was the last time we received any service until we had to waive down the manager to ask for a box and our bill. Our server finally appeared!! But not to assist us but to take the order of the table next to us and after seeing the manager help us decided to talk to another table instead of coming over to make sure everything was ok. Needless to say I will not be returning. I have never had a good experience here and I don't think I ever will. I work the customer service industry so I understand stuff happens, but this was a clearly a situation of poor customer service. read more
