Started with inability to relay order to kitchen from server. When wrong order came out, they tried leaving half at the table while the chicken was remade - for a table of 1. The correct order was restated to second staffer. 7 minutes later another staffer came by to retake the order. No manager anywhere in sight. When I declined to reorder, the grand response was a solid "OK." That's a wonderful representation of what typically is a great brand. No manager cared enough to come by the table once the food was refused. So it's no wonder that the staff doesn't care to serve the customer a very simple meal of wings and fries. Do better BWW. This location is so bad it's almost comical. We have given them countless chances to give us ONE complete, decent meal. We are not asking for the Taj Mahal here, just that the food be hot, warm even, seasoned/sauces correctly and with the sides we ordered in tact. They literally can do none of this. The most recent attempt being we ordered 10 traditional wings. With the salt and vinegar rub. The wings upon pickup lacked ANY seasoning. From looking at them with my eyes, to also tasting one, there was no sign of even salt or pepper much less the rub I asked for. So we returned after arriving home and all they did to correct the order? Give me a ranch cup with the rub in it. So now I have cold wings. With a cup of seasoning to spread myself. Easy enough but that's not what I PAID TO ORDER FROM A RESTAURANT. Could have bought wings and done them myself if I thought that's how it would turn out. Much like the other reviews the service provided at this location is horrible. We made a to go order and were there after the time listed as when it would be available. We walk in and not greeted whatsoever. There is an obvious sign on where to pick up your order. The guy there totally ignored us, even continued answering the phone without even acknowledging us. There was a line forming and still was 8-10 minutes before someone finally spoke to us. Numerous employees walking/standing around and looking at us all just stand there waiting. My order came out without any of the sauces or my drink. So I had to ask for that. The fries seemed old. My food was cold. We had to wait for my coworkers order. It was late by 25 minutes as well. At least her food was fresh. But again we had to check her order and items were missing. Customer service goes a long way. I can definitely understand why this place isn't very popular. After ordering our drinks (a water and a Pepsi I believe) we began to notice the filthy tables surrounding us. Again, they were just finishing the lunch rush but there were 3 hostesses and about 6 waitresses standing around talking and playing on their phones. Our waitress brings us our drinks and takes our order (a grilled chicken wrap and two orders of boneless wings). And then the wait begins. And it never ends. Thirty minutes pass and the waitress never returns. By now there are only two other customers in the dining area. After an hour passes (I wish I could say I am exaggerating but sadly this is not the case) the waitress still has not returned. No tables have been cleaned. I have worked in fast food and restaurants and I know how long it takes to cook/assemble a chicken wrap and wings. I could have gone grocery shopping, returned home, and cooked the meal myself in less than an hour. We left $2 on the table to pay for the soda and left. It's so friggin easy to prep out burgers with your morning kitchen prep. There seriously is no excuse for serving me a frozen burger! EVER!!! I used to enjoy going to BWW in college, but this is by far one of the worst ones in the chain. I get pulled here kicking and screaming (mostly by friends and coworkers looking for cheap wings), and no matter what I order its underwhelming to say the least. I mostly try to stick to safe things that won't kill me, like chips and salsa, but even those taste funny. Seriously- their salsa tastes like caned spaghetti sauce. In fact, this restaurant tops my top five worst meals ever served, coming in at number three: they served me raw chicken. It was a plate of boneless wings (that looked perfectly normal from the outside) and when I bite into them, I discovered a gooey, pink slightly frozen center. To this day I avoid boneless wings like the plague. The first thing the waitress said when I alerted her to the issue was "well I didn't cook 'em!". Charming staff they have here. I had heard a lot of good things about the Buffalo Wild Wings chain, and I needed a place to watch Euro2012, so I came here like 3 or 4 times during the tournament. It was a horrible experience. The food is not bad, but I did start to get kinda tired of it after my second visit. The real problem was the service. It's a sports bar, right? So I came in and asked them to turn a TV onto the game - they looked at me like a deer in headlights. The place was empty and it took 10-15 minutes for them to get around to changing the channel to ESPN. What kind of sports bar has no TV's on ESPN? Especially when there's a big game on? I missed the beginning of a couple games because of these idiots. Sometimes they would change the channel right in the middle of the game a number of us were watching. Are you kidding me? Lazy and half-interested is the best way to describe the wait staff. I was sitting at the bar and had my drink refilled only once. When I was sitting at a booth, I had to get up and walk over to my waitress to ask for stuff. She never came around to check on me. This level of poor customer service is appalling. read more

The service in the main part of the restaurant is horrible, try to sit kn the bar if you can.. We waited over 10mins at the host stand to be greeted, then finally a manager greeted us and half ass cleaned a table and sat us then it took forever to get greeted and another 5 mins to get a beer. The beer was super cold and good. The food came out cold and after a long wait, our beers had been emepty for 15mins, the manager walked by 4 times and still no refills. Our food came out all at different times so we had to eat our food one at a time. Insure food comes out together and hot, Refills, refills refills- its called increasing check size which could increase your tip. Also there is no attractive girls working there, usually a sport bar like bww has cute girls or girls with great personalility to talk to but Enid does not have that going on! This is an awesome place to go if you want to catch a game but if your wanting a quieter evening this is not the place to go as it gets loud and on more than one occasion I've had random strangers come sit at my table and just start a weird convo. all the waiters and waitresses are always very nice. There food in my opinion is good, I usually get a wrap which I love!! The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because it takes forever to get your food, last time I was there it took an hour just to get the appetizer yes there is games and stuff to entertain you in the mean time but hello I'm hungry!!! B-Dubs is a fun place to go if u aren't too classy to enjoy it. I am absolutely not. My loud laughing and booming voice fit right in. Definitely beats I-Hop as a late night choice! The only thing BWW and I-Hop have in common is their midnight crew remembers my crew :) Shout-out to Jake who often remembers drink choice! But back to the review... It's a fun place, I enjoy playing their trivia and loudly WooHoo-ing when I'm the front runner and just as loudly telling other ppl they suck when I'm losing! I guess I should review their food? Burgers are good, flatbreads are kinda soggy, wraps are good, salad doesn't have enough chicken in it... BUT at the recommendation of my great friend Kim I ordered the naked tenders and a side salad and salsa and I was not disappointed at all. This place was good but I've got food poisoning from them twice after eating the traditional wings and my boyfriend got it once, it takes forever to get food or drink orders and takes forever to get your food. Some of the staff is rude and act like they hate the world and stand around talking to each other while playing with their hair and then serve you food after they just played with their hair. Most of the waitresses only pay attention to the table that have men at them and flirt and hang around that table till they leave. The hostess that greeted us took an inordinate amount of time to figure out where to seat us. She just stared at the vast amounts of empty tables. It was like a deer staring at headlights. When she finally decides on a table she picks the ONLY one that was dirty and attempted to sit us there. No, thanks. We ask for one of the clean booths and that was met with a heavy sigh. Guess we didn't live up to whatever advanced calculus seating problem she was doing in her head. The waitress had some short term memory loss and constantly forgot everything. We asked 3 times for silverware before we received any. My wife never got the soda she asked for. Waited 30 mins for the food to come out and it was ice cold. The cigarette smell from the bar didn't help things either. When it was time to pay up, the tickets were rung up wrong, clearly the waitress forgot who ordered what. We exited quickly to avoid being consumed by whatever spirit is sucking the brain cells out of the wait staff. Please spend your wing cash somewhere else, this place is a fun vacuum. read more
