My friend and I went there on May 28th, 2026, for lunch. There was only one waiter Aliyah a young black girl. I think I spelled her name correct. When got there she had to large parties and one gentleman waiting. When she came to our table, she was pleasant you could see the stress on her face. We chat a little bit to put her at ease you could see the some of the stress leaving. We give her (10) because didn't us any problems. Our food came out hot no complaints. Stopped in for lunch today and had one of the worst dining experiences in recent memory. Upon walking in, the restaurant was practically empty, but instead of being greeted, an employee sitting in the bar area hollered across the room telling us to seat ourselves. Not exactly a welcoming start. Once we sat down, it took about 10 minutes before a server even acknowledged us. We ordered an appetizer, which thankfully came out quickly, but that's where the positives ended. My daughter ordered six wings with fries -- the wings showed up after about 20 minutes, but the fries never came. My wife and I ordered buffalo chicken wraps with fries, but our meals never arrived at all. After waiting far too long, I politely asked for the check so we could leave and actually eat somewhere else. To top it all off, the bill included everything we never received. I had to ask for it to be corrected before paying. Overall, the service was disorganized, inattentive, and frankly unacceptable -- especially considering how empty the restaurant was. If I could give zero stars I would... could not even get seated! There was a 20 minute wait when we arrived, no problem, but multiple other patrons got tired of waiting and left. We waited the twenty minutes and were ignored by the staff. Finally questioned them and the manager said they could not seat us because they were all on break! Needless to say we left. This place has definitely gone downhill. The place was half empty, yet It took over an HOUR just to get 2 orders of boneless wings which were overcooked and basically all batter. Server then charged us for items we didn't even order. When we complained to the manager, all she had were excuses and no apologies & only offered to remove the unordered items from our bill, and nothing else. HORRIBLE customer service & food!! If I could put zero stars I would. Our food was over an hour late and ice cold. We were told that we'd have a 10-15 extra minute wait because they had a "hold" on boneless wings which is crazy to say the least when we had already paid for our food. Then when we got them they were obviously sitting a WHILE due to how cold they were. We got cheese curds that were burnt to a crisp and again ice cold. Around 5:30pm on Sunday football we walked into this BWW. Stood at the hostess counter for over 5 minutes with many employees walking by us not saying anything. After a while, someone told us to sit wherever. We took a seat and none of the tables in the bar side had been cleaned. We sat there for 5 minutes and once again no one came up to us. Upon leaving we asked to speak to a manager. She told us the issues were due to "shift change." However, this was simply an excuse for poor management as while we were sitting and waiting 3 employees were hanging by the bar laughing and talking instead of doing their job. read more

Went here in Florece last weekend with a friend. We were waiting to be seated in a line of about 5 party's. No one was seated even though there were empty tables. We inquired and a waitress informed us the manager instructed her not to seat anyone. One by one the other partys left leaving my friend and I the only ones waiting. We inquired again and a manager came and informed us they were on a break. We informed her we would rather leave. Her response was, okay, thats fine. We wound up eating across the street at Golden Corall. Do yourself a favor and dont eat at Buffalo Wild Wings in Florence, SC. If you can even get seated. Two stars only because our server was fantastic. We only came here because we we were staying in Florence that evening and wanted to have a few beers close to our hotel and this was the only place around. The tables were all a mess because there seemed to be only one server late on a Friday night so I definitely don't fault her. We found a new able by the bar (it was full) and she took our drink order. We got our drinks and had a few more at the bar when two seat were available. The place is poorly managed. There weren't enough servers there for the amount of people coming to the restaurant. read more

As I am imbibing of my post work beer, I peruse the bar menu. It says "Happy Hour" but gives no times of the actual event. I get the attention of the bar wench and inquire of the happy hour schedule. "The food is done, but the listing of alcoholic options is still available at happy hour prices." To me this is great news. The couple sitting next to me at the bar have a pitcher of beer in front of them. I spy their pitcher, then look at the happy hour pricing for a pitcher of beer, and I decide..... "Barkeep!, give me a pitcher of bud light please." Shortly after I order, what to my wondering eyes should appear???? Yes to the masses it was a pitcher(to those with a limited vocabulary) but to me it was a carafe. The "pitcher" that arrived at my spot at the bar was a mere 1100ml pitcher and less than 1/2 the size of the pitcher the couple next to me had in front of them. When did Resturant's/bars/pubs/nightclubs start having different size "pitchers?" Please! If you are still reading this, enlighten me. At best I feel "deceived" and at worst I feel "cheated." Take out orders are always over the time limit and you'd think because they took way too long they'd at least get your order right but I've had multiple take out where they don't put sauces that I PAID FOR or they just completely forget to put any fries at all or miss a complete order I wouldn't recommend ordering food from here is just stressful and when you done in they at least take 10 minutes to give you the drinks read more

We sat at the bar for 15 minutes and no one acknowledged us. A gentleman came in after us and sat down. He was greated and given a drink and still nothing was said to us. This was the worst restaurant experience of my life, not to mention on Mother's Day. Myself, my husband and our 2 year old went to grab a bite to eat. We sat down and ordered 2 beers, an appetizer and food for our son. Then our waiter never came back to take our entree order until we asked to place our order. It took 30 minutes just to get our beers and 45 minutes to get our appetizer and son's Mac n cheese & French fries, which had a film on them from sitting for so long. Then our son accidentally knocked over my beer which spilled all over us and caused the glass to break. One of employee handed us a stack of napkins but NO ONE helped us to clean up, leaving us to pick up all the glass, in which my husband cut his finger. Our food came out sporadically except for my side of French fries which our waiter finally brought out but after we were done eating. Famished, we asked the check-in clerk what our late night options for food were. B dubs, IHOP, or Waffle House. We chose to check out Buffalo Wild Wings only to learn it was last call. Came to visit son, wife. They hadn't gone to BWW in a couple months due to bad service. We went cause close to hotel, use to enjoy it! Terrible! Patio closed, Sat n bar- after 12 min? ( almost left) a gal came by said she'd be right back, she was handling whole bar?! She came 5 min later, ordered drinks- took naybe 7 minutes til drinks came? Had to flag someone if we wanted another one? We finally ordered food- she brought food maybe 12+ min later? Fries were " cool" to touch! Forgot the celery, carrots till reminded- she was overworked !? Mgr was walking around , hardly helping! Forgot to mention took 40 minutes ( asking 3 times ) to get the soccer game on TV there!
