My friends loved going here a decade ago, but this BWW is dirty and dates now. I visited on a weekday night, and despite some groups chilling outside, the restaurant wasn't too busy. Wow! This place is the best place to go for sports! I am one who follows multiple football teams from Ohio & Florida and a couple other places too. What can I say...I am a football junkie! I loved how I can set in one place and watch 4 games at once! Mike our server was the bomb! I ordered a buffalo ranch chicken wrap that came with in house made tortilla chips & salsa. My sandwich was delicious. The tortilla chips were baked too long and were over done. Mike was gracious and brought me a new side of potato wedges . I decided to stop by Buffalo Wild Wings in Forum Blvd area after work on my way home. When I walked in, the delightful smell of bbq sauce was in the air. I went and sat at the bar and the bartender was very friendly, outgoing, and personable. I liked that they had a pretty decent selection of craft beer on draft. I ordered their Jai Lai beer and an order of their Everything Pretzel Knots (which were delicious!). Overall, pretty good experience. read more

She definitely did not want to be at work. It took 40 mins for appetizers to come out and when they did they had been sitting up in the window to long. The nacho cheese was dried up, the cheese dip was watery and cold, the mild boneless wings were very spicy and cold. We had to ask for silverware and she just laid forks on the table. I ordered a cheeseburger which wasn't too bad just little over cooked but looked like they just tossed the fries on the plate. Even the water had a bad taste. So I have never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings since moving to Florida. The one in Tucson is a dive next to the Albertsons supermarket so I had expected the same experience. The host was nice but was confused if they had a table. Another employee basically came over and told us we could sit at the high top tables or go...Not great customer service but my husband had his heart set on hanging out here. Fortunately our server was adorable and great at her job...Strawberry margarita was surprisingly good. It's loud, lots of TV s just what you would expect a sports bar to be. And we got lucky to have Kelly as our server so it definitely made up for the rude guy in the front area. This location is also way nicer than the one in Tucson ....I will say employees were hustling , none of the servers were standing around. Food was good. Girl that brought us our food practically threw it on the table and left. Never asked if we needed anything. Since my old B Dubs closed down in Naples, I've had a few gift cards burning a hole in my pocket. Finally, I made the trip to this location and I'm so glad that I did. Being a fan of the brand, and visiting locations in several states, this store didn't disappoint in the least. First of all, the location is in a developing area right off of I-75, near many other great stores and on the corner of the plaza. There's plenty of parking, and they have a very nice covered patio with lots of shade. Inside, there were plenty of staff members on hand to serve the many customers around lunch time. Everyone was very friendly, and the service was quite prompt from the moment I stepped in the door until the time I left. The owner/operator was also visible during my entire visit touching tables and helping out the servers. Everyone was busy, working together and looked to have a purpose to keep the guests happy. That's the point, right? The entire restaurant from floor to bar seemed very clean and orderly. All of the HD TVs were in full effect, and I was thrilled that they had Buzztime going as well with several other players already pounding out the Lunchtime games. (The two BDubs in Georgia that I visited didn't have Buzztime, which was a buzzkill, so back to "normal" here.) I really like the layout of this store as well. Every table has plenty of space to accommodate guests, and the other machines (Golden Tee, etc.) weren't really in the way. The bartender was super nice, and did a great job. She put in two separate orders for me perfectly while also keeping the rest of her customers happy, not to mention fulfilling all the servers' orders as well. I was very impressed how together she was on a very busy, Sunday lunch rush. Plus, the food was just really good. Wings were huge, fried just right and sauced perfectly. They were so good that I had to get some to go home as well. Overall, if this is what each visit will be like to this location, I'll be happy to make the 20+ minute drive up here to get my BDubs fix. They were out of the Sweet and recommended Asian zing instead. The boneless wings arrived quickly and I must say the size of the actual wing is way smaller than I would have expected. If I combined the two orders it would equal a small order of boneless wings elsewhere. The Asian Zing was a little too spicy for me. I ate one and was just going to discard the rest.
