It must be easy to get in and limited waiting, but Keep in it's a afternoon about 3pm so your time for waiting to get seated may vary . Depending on the time of day you are visiting the restaurant.

Low carb lunch option! Tenders are a good size and grilled nicely. I opted to dip the wing sauce.

I've always enjoyed the BWW food options and I would highlight that this Gardendale location is consistently offering great service. I go for lunch les when needing a midday work break and always have a great experience!

Buffalo Wow! We picked you again! Yum! This stuff here is good! We got the dry Buffalo and medium bone/in and boneless wings with a large potato wedge with celery and carrots, some blue cheese and ranch on the side. Oh yes we grubbed! So, y'all already know, I'll be back.

Consistent and what you'd expect! That's a big compliment. You better not get wings wrong these days! The service and atmosphere is great, sporty and fun. If you haven't been they have every sauce you'd imagine. There's a nice selection of apps and drinks. They even have an allergen menu! I had the Mango Habanero sauce with ranch. Great for parties, games and friends. .

Stopped I for lunch today to place a to-go order. The lunch menu has several combos which includes an entree, a side and a drink for under 10 bucks. I ordered the grilled chicken tacos (add cheese) and potato wedges. I also ordered hot lemon pepper wings which you can add on 4 for $3.99. The wait for my to-go order wasn't bad. The street tacos were ok. Next time I will get them without the bbq ranch sauce. They were good and filling because they give you 3 nice sized tacos loaded with chicken. The potato wedges are always on point. I ordered the hot lemon pepper wings for later, but I couldn't resist tasting one. Needless to say I was disappointed. How could a wing place have not so good wing?! There was hardly any sauce on my wings and they were dry. They also tasted old, not fresh at all. The ranch dressing didn't taste like ranch at all. I don't know if they were having an off day with their wings, but I probably won't go back for them.

    Mild boneless wings. Delicious!!

I've been to every BWW location in the greater Birmingham area and I can say this is the best one by far. There was almost no wait on a busy night, and we had the fastest service I have ever experienced. The Hoover location left me waiting almost an hour to get a table, and almost another two hours to get us the check after we had ordered and eaten. I order the mild boneless wings at each location. The wings just seem bigger and better at this location. I had some of my friend's BBQ wings, and they were alright too considering I'm not too big on BBQ overall. The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five was because our waitress left off an order of celery for my table. She was able to bring it to us within a few minutes. I'm sure we could have used her forgetting to get away with not being healthy that night, but I was on good behavior that night considering I just finished an hour long Zumba class. I usually order the snack size which is very filling for me, but decided to go all out and get a small. Still so much more food than most people can handle! Tell that to my friend that came here and once mindlessly ate 90 wings!

Jojo enjoying her sweet tea, potato wedges and wings!

My mom and I enjoyed a really good meal at Buffalo Wild Wings in Gardendale tonight. Our wings were cooked and seasoned perfectly (she had medium, I'm a wimp so I got mild), and the side salad, carrots/celery, and potato wedges were super fresh and tasty. Our waitress was very attentive. We'll be back on our next trip through!

Sadly during a pandemic this location does not let you order the BOGO boneless wings to go.

One of my favorite things about The Refinery is their Monday pop-ups, which feature chefs from different local restaurants and food businesses. On my most recent visit, I had the opportunity to try Flava Yaad, a local Jamaican chef bringing authentic island flavors to the table. I ordered the Pepper Shrimp, and it was delicious -- flavorful, well-seasoned, and a great introduction to the pop-up. I love when restaurants create opportunities to showcase other local culinary talent, and this is such a fun way to experience something new. The cocktail menu is another major highlight. The Wealth Espresso Martini is, without a doubt, one of the best espresso martinis I've had. It isn't always available, which can be a little disappointing, but I can appreciate that a cocktail with a more involved preparation may not be offered every day. I also enjoy the Glass Pavilion, where the menu seems to rotate somewhat seasonally, making it another reason to return and see what's new. The regular food menu is just as impressive. My personal favorites are the Grilled Chicken Miso Sandwich and the Club Croissant, both paired with the Truffle Fries. My boyfriend has enjoyed the Smash Burger and most recently tried the Shrimp and Grits during Sunday brunch. We also like to split the Caesar Salad, which is a generous portion and works well as something to share before the meal -- although we almost always have leftovers. The staff have consistently been great. I've seen different bartenders depending on the day, but everyone I've interacted with has been friendly, attentive, and welcoming. With the rotating pop-ups, creative drinks, dependable food, and consistently good service, The Refinery is becoming the kind of place where I can stop in for a cocktail, plan a meal, or try something completely new. Definitely a spot worth adding to your Birmingham rotation.

I had a delicious pork chop with black eyed pea, corn, okra, and tomato succotash. A glass of red wine and a bottle of beer. Small dining area with a warm welcoming feel. There are tables outside when the weather cooperates. It was a little warm outside for us. The service was good! Our only issues were rounding the block a few times for find parking and 18% gratuity being included with the bill.

We sat at the bar and all the chairs at the bar are very uncomfortable and old. They each one we tried rocked back and fourth. It's a cool place to chill, have drinks, and play pool. In our opinion the only good food is the pizza and chicken quesadilla. The wings were ok, nothing special. The fries are ok, they just aren't what I like. I don't care for the seasoning, but that's just preference. The cheese sticks were horrible and tasted chalky. I've never had cheese sticks like that before. We would come back here to hang out and have a couple of drinks, but would only eat pizza or the quesadillas and pass on everything else The other weird thing was, we sat at the bar, ordered our food and did not have any alcoholic beverages. They would not submit our order until we paid for our food first. Normally you pay for food after you eat, but that's not the case here. Service was average.

It's a pretty neat hangout spot with a bar and food service, virtual baseball and football, bowling, darts, and several other games. Our work event had lunch catered, including green beans, mac and cheese, sliders, chicken tenders, rosemary potatoes, cookies, brownies, and doughnut holes. Overall, the food was pretty good. The mac and cheese was a little bland and could have used more seasoning, but the chicken tenders were seasoned and cooked perfectly. Honestly, if I wasn't there for work, I probably would have gorged myself on those chicken tenders . And the brownie? Spectacular. Thick, moist, and super fudgy, definitely the highlight for me! Service was great also-they came around routinely checking in to see if we needed any drinks, cleaned up plates, etc. Not necessarily somewhere I'd go specifically for myself, but I can absolutely see the appeal for groups, work events, or anyone looking for a fun place to hang out, eat, drink, and play some games.
