I think this has definitely become one of the best places to eat in the Gardendale area. (not that there's a lot of competition). It's really the only sit down restaurant my husband and I would make an effort to come to in this part of town. The food comes out FAST and has been excellent every time we've gone. It's not just premade either because I've usually customized my order. It's always come out right. Bdubs really does a great job making sure their food is full of flavor, that's unusual for a chain. Recommendations: These are delish! -Wings! We prefer boneless with medium sauce and they are pretty hunky, chunky pieces of white meat and the sauce is fairly spicy. You get to choose your own sauce, choose wisely and make sure you don't go too low on the menu because they do get HOT. -Screamin' Nacho Burger:two grilled slammer patties, Chipotle BBQ™ seasoning, corn tortilla chips, pepper jack cheese, jalapeños, pico-de gallo and a drizzle of southwestern ranch dressing. The tortilla chips on the burger are a great, crunchy addition. -Pepper Jack Steak Wrap: seasoned steak, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo and southwestern ranch dressing in a flour tortilla. Served with chips and salsa. The steak was so tender. I love that I can get a whole wheat wrap as well. -Naked Tenders: grilled chicken tenders served with your favorite sauce or dry seasoning. Love it when I can get tenders grilled instead of fried. The staff is still pretty inexperienced and a little immature. We've had one excellent server but he was older than the average staff. One boy we had on our most recent trip couldn't quit flirting with the young hostesses to notice that we needed anything, and we were seated right behind the hostess table! read more

Fight fans in the area are stuck driving close to half an hour away from Gardendale/Fultondale because this location is one of the few that apparently does not show UFC PPV events. I can get better and cheaper wings at other locally owned spots in this area. I won't be spending any more money at this location until UFC PPVs are shown again. read more

However yesterday our service was not great, the waitress was rude, seemed really annoyed. I am a huge BWW fan and was really excited to come here but after I was seated I was ignored for over 15 min! I finally called the hosted over to ask for a server and she said that the server was out back in a meeting with the manager. I continued to receive poor service. I asked to speak to the manager, Jonathan, and he did nothing! I couldn't believe he didn't even offer to comp my soda which took 20 min to getIF big, IF I come back I will only sit at the bar. My wife and i have been coming to this location for about 3 years. We came back about 3 months ago and it was terrible. They have made changes to the food serving sizes and containers. Tonight we went back to give it another try. We didnt receive what we ordered and the wings had very little sauce on them. I will not be back anytime soon! read more

One of our favorites, the wife and I for the wings.... the kids are there for the trivia, taking their shot at the old man. We usually split an order of boneless wings and fries and the kids stick with their favorites. If you go during a football game, NASCAR race, or MMA event, expect a crowd, but this place is moderately busy no matter what. read more

This was disappointing. Some of our wings weren't fully cooked as others still had a lot of feathers attached. When ordering a tall drink I was given a smaller one and when telling our waitress we were told that it had extra alcohol and (which isn't what I ordered) but I was charged for a large drink when I got a small one without any type of offer of change. Not to mention the drink tasted and looked exactly like the first one so there wasn't any extra alcohol. Our waitress would come around every 15 minutes if we were lucky and we had to wait a while for our order to be taken or ask about the wrong charge. I went on the 4th day after they opened. The music was load. On my sound pressure meter it registered 101db. That's too dang loud. I had ordered boneless wings. 45 minuets later the waitress brought wings not boneless. When My order showed up, it was the wrong sauce. My food was taken from our table and returned 3 times without anything being done to it. This was not different orders of food being re-prepared. It was my same basket of wings. Finally a manager came over and asked what the problem was. I told him and they brought out the right order in a few minutes. All the mistakes of this meal can be attributed to one thing: noise. Our 8th grade basketball team was playing in a tournament in Bham and we wanted to eat together as a team. We went to this BWW and waited for the outside patio for our team. The group using the patio were not leaving so I asked if they could seat us inside. We had 24 parents and players. The seating staff immediately arranged a seating plan that would get us all in. By the time we were ordering, we realized that we needed to all eat and leave in an hour to make our next game. After talking to the manager, he got the servers and kitchen staff to rush our food out and we actually left sooner than we needed to. The staff at this location is top-notch and very professional. You would think it a sure bet to have the wings but they were barely edible. The boneless wings had far too much breading on a tiny piece of chicken. They seemed to have been over cooked or perhaps cooked a long while before they were served. Had I known what was in store I'd have gone to McDonald's for chicken McNuggets. Came here for lunch on a Sunday with my family. Place was filling up quickly with the after church crowd. I liked the layout of the place, very clean and brand new looking. The service was very accommodating to large parties and attentive. Plenty of TVs for viewing games. I can see this place becoming a hang out location for the young adults in Gardendale. Wings are something that are pretty standard in Birmingham and for a chain restaurant I have always enjoyed the wings that are offered here. They have a really great beer selection as well and you can always count on them having a few local beers brewed in Alabama. It really is a great place to go watch the game with friends. We have our favorite server, who knows exactly what we want when we come in, and the food is always consistent! Thursday nights they have karaoke and sometimes they have live music. My niece and I decided to eat here around 10:30PM on a Saturday night after shopping all day for her school supplies &tc. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our server was friendly and a huge help when placing our order. He refilled our drinks as needed and brought extra napkins without having been asked. The boneless wings were very good, she ordered mild & I ordered the jamming jalapeno. The blueberry iced tea was AWESOME. Just don't order the cheese fries, those cheese fries are the only reason this review is not 5-star. They cost as much as our entrees and were absolutely inedible, hard as a brick. Before our drinks even were brought to the table our appetizer and wings were out. Waitress Andrea was outstanding. Andrea checked with us several times to make sure everything was satisfactory. I never write reviews but here I am. My husband called in a pick up order for me to pick up after work. I walk into the store and there is a group of employees standing at the front of the store. It takes a good 30 seconds for someone to even look up to see me standing there and i have to literally yell "I'm here to pick up an order!" for them to acknowledge me. One of them finally walks over and brings up my order and i pay. I sit there for 15 minutes and watch as other people who came in after me get there order. One of the employees walks over and asks for my name again and i tell them. He walks into the back and comes back out but doesn't say anything. So i sit for another 15 minutes and I'm mad. I walk up to the counter and have to yell again for someone to acknowledge me. They are like what's your name again? And i calmly tell them. They walk to the back and my food is magically ready. He checks my food and i ask if there is ranch in the bag and he says yes. I drive 40 minutes home and THERE IS NO RANCH IN THE BAG. Ive worked in the food industry so i typically just let these things go. But this have happened to me the last two times I've been at this BWW location. I probably won't go back. No one even bothered to apologize for making me wait over 30 minutes for an order i had called in 20 minutes before i got there. It's just ridiculous and I'm very disappointed. read more

The service wasn't bad, but the food wasn't that great. I had a Philly cheese steak it was ok but really soggy. Also I got teriyaki wings and they weren't as great as I think they could have been. After a tough week, my husband and I wanted to go out. Our 21 year old son was going with us and suggested Buffalo Wild Wings in Gardendale. We were promptly seated when we arrived by a friendly hostess. The noise was incredible, but hey it's a sports bar. Our server arrived quickly and took our drink orders. From here, it went downhill. We ordered onion rings as an appetizer which were good, but very greasy. My son ordered a split order of boneless wings. 12 in one sauce - 6 in another. I ordered a boneless wing snack and the queso dip with chips, my husband ordered a hamburger. Our orders arrived after what I considered a rather long wait. My sons order was wrong in that the number of wings with each sauce were reversed. My wings were correct, but they were mostly an extremely hard crust with a tiny piece of dried out, hard as a brick chicken in the middle. The queso was watery with no flavor other than heat and appeared to have a scoop of dog food on top of it. My husband said his burger was almost as good as McDonald's - we despise McDonald's and do not ever eat there. While trying to choke down the sub par food, we were treated to some guy screaming into a microphone about door prizes and then he proceeded to hold some type of trivia contest. He was so loud that the table vibrated when he spoke. There was no hope of having any conversation due to his noise. $62.00 later, and with a throbbing headache, we left.
