Let me start by saying I love buffalo wild wings, but they really disappointed me. When I walked in the host was very rude. He asked if I needed something, and I was like yes I need some food, ‍. I have never heard that while walking into a restaurant. After seating myself waiter came and placed my order. When my wings came out half of them had sauce the other half were plain. This made no sense to me because I felt like nobody would ever order plain wings. My drink was not refilled until after I recieved my bill. While waiting I over heard the waitress at the other table. She was explaining to them their Tuesday special. This really upset me because it was almost the same thing I ordered except i had to pay full price. Wow! I finally went out for "wings"! This was my first Buffalo style wings dinner since I had some at a Hooters in Florida about 10 years ago. They were my first Buffalo style Wings, and they were terrible. Ten years later, I thought I'd try some again, especially since the wing is my favorite chicken part. (I was really upset when the popularity of "Wings" ran the price of chicken wings out of sight-and out of my budget.) Anyhow, my wife, her son and I decided to try Buffalo Wild Wings. After being open about six weeks, I figured the bugs would be worked out. It appeared that way with only a few negatives. The solid wall of noise that hit us upon entering maintained its vigorous hammering throughout. Our waitress totally confused us trying to communicate her knowledge to us neophytes. Persistence proved useful and we settled in to devour a meal of sandwiches (1 Prime Rib Philly & 1 pulled pork) for the two guys and a beautiful Grilled Chicken Salad for my wife. These, of course, were capped off with four 4 packs of wings. We selected one of Habanero Mango; one of Caribbean Jerk; one of Spicy Garlic; and one to cool off with - Sweet BBQ. The wings were cooked well, and the sauces were an unexpected taste blast! White bartender lady was EXTREMELY rude as the rest of the staff. The only one that was helpful was the male host in the front, he was amazing. But the bartender ruined our entire experience. I came back here after receiving terrible service and once again I had Donna ask the bartender and she was AMAZING. This woman single handily took care of not only myself but 6 other patrons at the bar AND prepped the bar for the next bartender. Buffalo Wild Wings is Hanford is a good place to go to. They have a lot of seating, friendly staff, and fair prices for what you are getting. Unfortunately, their to go service is poorly executed and I have given it multiple tries. Almost 100% of the time the order is wrong or the food is lower quality to what you would get for dining in. For example, I will order the chips and cheese and only get the chips, or order wings and be given less wings than advertised. Most recently there was a sticker in my chili cheese dip. Pros: It's recently opened, so everything is in good shape. The service had been very attentive, even during local sports games. The bar has several local beers on tap. Cons: There's always a wait when there's a game on. There's only a handful of parking spaces nearby. You usually have to park at the mall. We've been to other BWW in other towns and cities and were never as disappointed as we are in this BWW in our own town. The service is atrocious. The times we've been there our wait to be addressed was 25-35 minutes at least. Taking our orders 45-60 minutes. Food getting to the table 2 hours. Waiting for the check another 35-40 minutes. Some have had bad experiences but they have obviously never had Jessica or Andrew! Both are amazing and remarkable servers. We have had Jessica serve our table almost every time we have come in and she has done a great job every time. I am very disappointed with the lack of service that I receive every time I visit this Buffalo Wild Wings On multiple occasions I have asked to sit outside and they are always under staffed and choose to sit six guests in a tight booth. We have always been very patient with the lack of time they devote to the customers and usually we are not the only table unsatisfied. I usually always have to ask for silverware and refills. First time coming into a Buffalo Wild Wings. I was not happy with my service. The manager Rob was amazing in helping with our service as well as honoring happy hour which we missed by seconds. Because we had to wait 30 plus minutes for a table. However our waitress, Gabby, was not helpful as well as took forever for our drinks and silverware. Our food was cold by the time she grabbed it for us. And after about three times of us telling her she didn't fix our checks for our military discount she still didn't change it and we eventually gave up and left. First time here. For Veteran's Day they were pretty on point. Sat us right away, got a free small wing meal with fries and even a military discount. We had been disappointed by Applebee's when we got passed over for an hour for seating because they didn't have a high chair. Honestly wasn't even expecting a free meal or discount at either place, was out in town and just wanted to eat a meal while checking out the town. I went in following their safety guidelines and she automatically helped someone else and sat them first for the same size party I had! When I asked why they were getting seated before me she said they were there before me when I watched them walk in. She stated she would clean a table for them. I have been here 4 times and all times horrible service and food. First we always have to wait 20 mins plus for a seat. Once, when we are seated we waited an additional 15 mins for a server. This place gets 0 stars.... food was so dry, all of it, just horrible. They forgot a bag of food that WE had to go back for. When we tried to call back, it's like they knew we were calling, it went straight to a Verizon message. They only take on line orders. They are busy and their "employee" rule is, when it's busy, you don't answer the phone. So... you can't even get in touch with them. I think it's because they know their food and service sucks. In truth, I could hear nothing of our attempts at conversation. This was my first visit to Buffalo Wild Wings in any city, and I suspect I am not the target audience for this establishment. All at the table were pleased with the food and beverages.
