My family and I were waiting for our car to get done at the shop and we got hungry. To kill time, we went to bww to get some wings and alcohol. We went on a Thursday afternoon at 2pm. It wasn't that busy. The service was pretty fast and the food was actually great. Usually we would go to bww in moreno valley because we live in perris, but this place was so much better than bww in moval. The ladies were prettiet and nicer! The ones in moval are either rude or standing around texting on their phones. I always get the habanera traditional wings and omg it was soo hot! I've been missing these kinds of wings. The time before last I went there the chicken was so salty that me and my wife got sick. I figured it was just a bad day for them, so this last weekend I went to go see the game, beer was great excellent service good seating perfect environment, I loved it. But the wings were horrible. I think frozen microwavable wings would be better than the wings I got for BWW. I really would have been happier if they brought me beef jerkey. So just a fair warning the wings are like eating flavorless tree bark, like I think my front tooth came a little lose trying to wrestle with the wings lol. Just had dinner here with my husband and baby. The service was one of the best I've had! Our waitress, Alexandria, was beyond sweet and very attentive. As we were boxing up our left over wings I dropped them on the seat..oops. She saw what happened, ran to the kitchen and replaced our dropped wings. She didn't have to but it made our night! Aside from our waitress being amazing, the rest of the staff is always friendly here. They kept our 1 and 1/2 year happy with a hat, crayons, and a tablet. We started off with a rude host who wanted to seat me and my family outside even though there was seats available inside so we asked if we can sit in side and he said yes and when I pointed out the open seat he said it was reserved but when I had called early to reserve they said they couldn't. Eventually we did end up getting seated inside (20 minutes later) after numerous tables were open and I had to ask to be seated. When it finally came down to sit the manager came up to us and asked if we seated ourselves and tried to seat us somewhere else when it came to our order we had a large platter of 20 wings with 4 flavors and when it came they were all mixed up and they all tasted the same. Seemed a bit understaffed, took almost 10 minutes for someone to come to our table. Meanwhile the 2 managers are sitting at the table in the corner by the golf game our entire stay there (about 45 mins) doing absolutely nothing but laughing and having a good old time. Pick up experience was very subpar. Will not be bothering with this location any more. What's the point of having a parking spot for pick up if anyone can park there when they aren't picking up to go? I was the only one picking up an order... and why use a metal platter plate with a separator when your just going to carry it at an angle and let all my wings slide together as you exit the kitchen? I love BWW but the Hemet location sucks. Been here a couple of times and every time there's been something wrong. Ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich once and it was way undercooked (and I was prego at the time) which could of made my unborn child and I very sick. I love BWW and I mostly go on Tuesday's and Thursday's or during Happy Hour. I really like the food, and the Manager there is always very nice and friendly. She remembers me and my friend whenever we come in, she even knew it had been a while since we had last been in the last time we went in. Love the food and the place is clean. This was my 5th visit to Buffalo Wild Wings in Hemet. In every visit we had an issue with the service, a bout 2 weeks ago it took an hour before we got our food and about 30 min to get drinks. But, it was the only place open in town at 10:30pm on a Thursday night so we decided to try it again. Service was much faster, but there was one problem. Our server got a bloody nose during our visit. How do I know this? He peeked from around the corner holding a bloody napkin to his nose and say "sorry guys, I got a bloody nose, I will be there with your food shortly". errr..What? Yeah, that happened. You would think that was the end of it but no. He then came out with our food tray, still holding a napkin to his nose and asked us to grab the food from the tray so he wouldn't have to touch it. We asked him to get someone else to serve us (you know, someone without a bloody nose) but he said that nobody wanted to do it. I think we are done visiting Buffalo Wild Wings in Hemet. We just left BWW very unsatisfied! We loved coming here for years, but today was very unsatisfactory. Their new 15 minute rule is horrible. One dish came out in 11 minutes and the chicken wings were undercooked so I sent it back. Second dish came back and guess what undercooked along with the fries. I came here for my birthday and the boneless wings were dry and tough; I could barely get my teeth through them. I normally love this place but it's unfortunate that the last couple of times it wasn't so appealing with our orders.. Lately we have been experiencing the food drier that normal. Today for a late lunch I had snack size medium flavored boneless wings. The wings were dry, over cooked and hard to eat. The hubby said his burger was dried and well over done. Last time We came here the same thing happened with the boneless wings; it was dried, hard to chew on and there was barely any sauce on the wings. The hubby got boneless wings too and it was the same as my order, we felt like we got the bottom of the bag kind of deal, the flavor we got at the time was the mango habanero which in all honesty is really good, unfortunately that time (2-3 months ago) the flavor was soo distorted that we could only taste the burning/chili flavor. I'm from the islands so I love hot food. This side order was burning as if flame was torching my tongue, same for the hubby as well. I didn't want to write a review then because I love this place but now since its happened more than once, we shall not be returning.
